We had a very unpleasant experience during our recent one-night stay at Clifton Hotel. My husband and I were staying for one night as we had work in Fujairah the next day. Upon arrival in the afternoon, we were given room 610. The room next to us (611) was occupied by several ladies who were making a lot of noise and were frequently visited by different men.
At first, we didn’t complain as it was still early in the day. However, when we returned to our room around 8:00 p.m. after dinner, we noticed that men were continuously coming to room 611 to look for those ladies. This continued throughout the night, and we later discovered that rooms 611 and 612 were being used by prostitutes.
After 3:30 a.m., when the club inside the hotel closed, even more men—of various nationalities—were coming and knocking on those doors. We were disturbed the entire night until around 5:00 a.m., as people kept ringing doorbells and making noise in the corridor.
I reported this to the reception, expressing my disappointment that we were placed in a room next to such activity. If the staff were aware of what was happening in those rooms, they should not have assigned us a nearby room.
This was an extremely bad and uncomfortable experience for us, and we will never stay in this hotel again. I hope the management takes this matter seriously to ensure other guests do not experience the same situation.

This is basically not a hotel it's cheap apartment and the staff is very unprofessional staff they don't care about Google review complains and anything I strongly not recommend to visit with family and friends

I visited this hotel and had one of the worst experiences of my life. It is not suitable for families at all. The service is terrible, and the staff are the worst I have ever seen — they don’t even care about guest feedback or reviews. I strongly recommend that you do not visit this place with your friends or family.

Hotel is situated at a prime location. The staff was super friendly. We booked a Deluxe room and it was all clean and well maintained.

Very bad hospitality. People at the reception only looking after to make some extra money. There was spit marks on the floor. While check out they will try to make extra money from the customer by blaming them for the stain marks on the towels.

Even room temperature truly reflect the hotel’s vibes (ref. attached pic). Overall services are in line with star category and price.

WARNING! HIV/AIDS filled place! Not a family hotel. Stay away. I would recommend to stay clear from this hotel. The staff in the hotel was okay, however in one club, my friend and I asked for a coffee and they charged 200AED for it. The hotel is rotten and it doesn’t bring in a sophisticated clientele. Only bachelors. They staff smelled of BO (sweat) and the people on stage (The entertainment was really bad. They didn’t want to be there) the other clubs where fine, however it set the tone for the evening. WARNING! Not a family hotel. I would’ve never stayed if I knew it was that type of hotel. I was that sick, I didn’t even ask for a refund. I just wanted out of the hotel.

Two single beds joined to make one queen size was irritating
Everything like microwave oven, kettle, fridge, ashtray were provided on request, no dental kits, no room slippers, no safe locker available.
Mr. Posta Bahadur was nice and helpful staff in housekeeping.
