Very bad hospitality. People at the reception only looking after to make some extra money. There was spit marks on the floor. While check out they will try to make extra money from the customer by blaming them for the stain marks on the towels.

Even room temperature truly reflect the hotel’s vibes (ref. attached pic). Overall services are in line with star category and price.

WARNING! HIV/AIDS filled place! Not a family hotel. Stay away. I would recommend to stay clear from this hotel. The staff in the hotel was okay, however in one club, my friend and I asked for a coffee and they charged 200AED for it. The hotel is rotten and it doesn’t bring in a sophisticated clientele. Only bachelors. They staff smelled of BO (sweat) and the people on stage (The entertainment was really bad. They didn’t want to be there) the other clubs where fine, however it set the tone for the evening. WARNING! Not a family hotel. I would’ve never stayed if I knew it was that type of hotel. I was that sick, I didn’t even ask for a refund. I just wanted out of the hotel.

Room was clean
Two single beds joined to make one queen size was irritating
Everything like microwave oven, kettle, fridge, ashtray were provided on request, no dental kits, no room slippers, no safe locker available.
Mr. Posta Bahadur was nice and helpful staff in housekeeping.

Located right on the main road near lots of shops. I was on a transit for an overnight stay on official purpose. The place did not suit to my liking at all. The rooms are outdated and requiring a lot of upgrade. The food is very average and the service. They couldn't even serve an soft drink as they told its beyond midnight and kitchen is closed. They served me a sandwich in disposable plates.. which is atrocious from a hotel. Bedding is not neat and looks poor. The rooms are huge but not well maintained including rhe washrooms. Lighting of the room is very poor. Looks more like an budget hotel. Don't expect any luxury.

Everything seems to fall apart. Furniture is broken almost every piece, bathtub and shower are ancient chipped and looks totally not hygienic. Third day… no towels and toilet paper. Asked for towels. After half an hour the answer was “everybody went to eat”. Disrespectful attitude. They bring a half a toilet paper roll… from another room! Total garbage!

Caveat- This review is based on the initial impressions from the short while I was there.
Pros-
Hotel is well cleaned and nicely furnished.
Staff are very polite. Rooms are very large at least the ones I saw, but some bathrooms are tiny as well.
Cons-
Took really long to check in. The central AC sounds like a vibrating jet engine.
Wasn't there long enough to give a thorough assessment.

Almost good, but TV has poor signal & no HDMI2.1 cable connection, not furnished with carpets, no iron, no refrigerator, no kitchen as already informed, not safe place for children b/o night club in the ground floor
