The hotel is situated in a serene location, the ecologically pristine area of the desert called Wadi Khadeja, surrounded by mighty evergreen gotovymi trees. The hotel became the first resort in the UAE, who offered accommodation in villas with private pool, complemented by a built in the Asian style Spa, a nature reserve, a private beach club with the option to kombinovati beach holiday and exploring the desert, and a field for playing Golf of 18 holes. It is a true oasis that covers more than 100 hectares, 60 of which are dedicated to a unique nature reserve.

Location: 90 km from the airport Dubai, in 25 km from the city of RAS al Khaimah, in the desert part of the region.
Total area: 10 000 m2.
Consists of one hundred and one single-storey Villa located in the wilderness, and thirty-two one-storey villas by the sea.
The stylish and modern Arab-Bedouin style. Each Villa is decorated with an arched roof on wooden poles.
Beach: sandy private beach, Beach Club with a restaurant, 20 km from the hotel (3 coastline). A free Shuttle is available, on schedule, every 90 minutes from 09:00 to 17:00 daily.
Guests beachfront villa check in at a separate reception, located by the sea.
When you arrive at the hotel will collect a Deposit, in the approximate amount of which is 300 dirhams/day (on the concept of FB) or 500 dirhams/day (on the concept of BB/HB) (the amount of the Deposit is returned in dirham).

Pets are not allowed.

We recently organized our company's annual retreat at the Ritz Carlton, expecting top-notch service befitting a 5-star property. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory, and their services did not even deserve a single star.
Firstly, the conference room was a disaster. The AV setup was a complete mess, with screens that didn’t work properly and kept blinking throughout our presentations (including big announcement videos!). This severely disrupted our sessions and affected the overall flow of our retreat. Even more concerning was the fact that their team was aware of the issues but requested us not to mention their names, fearing they could get in trouble. To compensate for the AV mess, they proposed adding an extra activity to our session, which only felt like an inadequate patch to an already bad start to the day.
Then came the coffee breaks, which were a huge letdown. Despite the actual menu "they" proposed, promising a variety of sandwiches and other refreshments, we were served a simple plate of fruits and coffee. This was a major disappointment.
Adding to our frustration, we emailed the main host (we prefer not throwing names here) about the bad setup, and they mentioned they would check on it. It's been a month since the event, and we haven't received any follow-up email from them to date. This lack of communication and accountability only adds to our dissatisfaction.
Overall, our experience was far below the standard we anticipated from 5-star. We hope the management will take these issues seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure better service in the future for other orgs "if" they still plan to celebrate.
The staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive. Special thanks to Ajith, who promptly resolved a minor issue with in-room dining. The only area for improvement is the variety of food options.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we can't wait to return. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable.
This hotel experience is in my top five all time, and trust me I have stayed at some very very nice places. Would recommend it in a heartbeat for anyone visiting Dubai. It is such a special place and a welcome, serene change from the craziness in Dubai itself.
Specially Shahrukh who made my stay so pleasant with his kindness. Highly recommended place but needs some maintenance on the room specially the showers that were cold in both villas and were not fixed unfortunately and we couldn’t enjoy any nice hot showers.
We stayed one night in the two bedroom Desert View Villa.
The first impression when we stepped into the villa was stunning, it was not the luxury of the villa but the structure and design of the villa that blended so well with the surrounding desert environment.
There is a desert dune in the backyard of the villa, so we enjoyed the private pool (warm water) while admiring the stunning desert landscape.
The food was served in our unit and tasted very good and exceeded our expectations.
We had a wildlife feeding activity in the afternoon and it was a great experience. Special thanks to the driver Mr. Javaid, he did a great job.
All staff at the resort are very friendly and nice. Thumbs up to our butler Mr. Anup who was very professional and caring and went extra mile to make sure our stay was perfect.
The only regret was that due to the cloudy weather that night, we were unable to do the stargazing activity which we were looking forward to.
Overall, Our whole family enjoyed our stay and thank you all for your warm hospitality and best service. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a desert experience.
