I recently stayed at Jannah Hotel, and I am incredibly impressed with the housekeeping service provided by Win. and Sachini She was truly outstanding! Win ensured that my room was impeccably clean and organized every single day. Her attention to detail and dedication to making my stay as comfortable as possible did not go unnoticed.
Beyond her excellent cleaning, Win was always friendly, polite, and willing to assist with any request I had. She really added a personal touch to the experience, making me feel well taken care of during my entire stay.

I first gaved 5 star to this hotel but i changed my mind totally
Cause the service they give is 0/10
Telephone not working
Tissue in washroom not available.
Slippers not available
Fridge in the middle of night making weird noises
Made me stay awake until midnight
Also please dont ask your stuffs to as us to review
If it is necessary like now to give bad reviews we will give.
The stuff bought me items that i called actually i went down to lobby cause it was not working the phone which was in my room
And they after 15 minutes he comes and asks me to review good and i gave honestly but at the last day of staying here i changed my mind and i changed the review from 5 star to 1 star review if there was 0 stars i would given.

We were initially booked into a king studio and unfortunately the apartment was a little small and the finish of the apartment was quite poor. The housekeeping manager, Swadeh, was very understanding and accommodating and offered us a free upgrade to a one bedroom suite. From here on in, everything was fantastic and we were very happy with the service! Special thanks to Ali who regularly checked on us to make sure we were satisfied with the entire experience.

I have been staying in Jannah for the past 10 months. It’s in an excellent location which is developing very rapidly, nice cafes, resorts and leisure facilities around. I’m particularly very glad with the service, the entire team is very responsive and any request is immediately attended to. More particularly the house keeping services are very good when the apartment is serviced twice a week and in particular the housekeeping staff who regularly service my room - Sachini and Vin are doing an amazing job.

Been staying here from 5 months and feel like home away from home. The entire staff is very good especially Win the lady housekeeper is really tooooooo good . She always stuff my room with water, always changes the bedsheets and clean towels . And I come to know if someone else clean my room .she makes a lot of difference. All the best to her ❤️

I was very impressed. Staffs were very helpful and professional. Big thanks to Mr. Mohamed Mustafa (from Sudan) who was extremely courteous and friendly. Rooms are spacious and well kept.
If you want to have a relaxing stay please do visit this place. Me and my family enjoyed every bit of our stay here. Would definitely come back again.

Our stay was so comfortable thanks to the room service staff particularly Sanal, Ali and Naseem… courteous and clean. After a good clean of the villa, they filled it up with an Oud aroma!

The Villa was not as clean as we expected, the air conditioners were not working properly ( hot )
The bathroom was not clean
It looks very old and cheap
+ it’s the big delma villa it supposed to be the luxurious place compared to the rest

I alway book specially summer time 4 bedroom villa, beach front and big swimming pool, the cleaning team are excellent, they do all cleaning plus giving extra towels and water without asking.. Thank you Mr. Krishna, Mr. Santos and Mr. Rangana. Will definitely come back to the same villa.

The location was perfect allowing us to easily explore the area. The rooms were spacious and clean with very nice views. The staff was friendly and accomodating. Overall, great experience
