I liked Ula far from all small kids

A new resort at the Marjan Island. The hotel feels airy and new. What the place lacks is a sense of cosiness or warm welcome

My only comment where there is an opportunity to improve is cleanliness, the dishes on the breakfast were cleaned but didn’t smell good. e pool toilets and changing rooms…) were not clean

We were about to walk away but nearby hotels were fully booked. - The beach and pool are so nice. The ‘family room’ is so badly designed that makes it too tight for a family of four, highly not recommended

Over all we spend a lot of time on the pool, temperature is controlled and it was fresh, clean and all the staff are nice and provided high service standards

Room was smaller for UAE standard but very clean and comfortable. I had a half board package and dinner at buffet restaurant was quite dessapointment. Not so many food variety and service was below average

For example, you can get drinks from the pool bar which is included but if you want food you are required to go to one of 3 restaurants thus meaning shower, go in, then back out if you want to be outside

You can’t even get an ice cream at the pool bar in the all inclusive package. Rooms only get a 4 as not all of our electricity points work. Best they could do is an extension lead

We were attended to and shown to our room by a very cheerful and sociable guy named Ramadan. The hotel manager, Alexander, also came to greet guests at the reception, chatted with them, and even came over to greet us

We stayed at this hotel and were very impressed by the excellent service! The staff is incredibly friendly. Right from the entrance, employees stand at attention and greet arriving guests

Tegan one of the managers is brilliant and very approachable thus is a credit to the establishment. Hotel has a long way to go to be a 5 star

No hot water between 1230-430 tomorrow for urgent repairs which means cold showers for us as we have plans to go out before 430

Ahmed from reception he made our stay more wonderful as he gave us upgraded room and late check out. Amazing experience👍 definitely will come back here for another get away

The quality of the food was excellent , I particularly enjoyed the danish and cinnamon rolls , absolutely delicious. The outdoor pools were hands down our favorite thing about our stay

Absolutely stunning ! Service was impeccable , I accidentally booked the room with the wrong dates and they smoothly changed everything within 5 minutes, hassle free even though I had pretty specific requests that in any other hotel caused problems

Me and my wife stayed here for our 1st wedding anniversary. The staff is so good and well behaved. Awesome swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam and sauna. We enjoyed a lot!! Most recommended place for all your special occasions

The hotel is perfect! We really enjoyed our anniversary there! The breakfast was good and the room was clean however the system in the room is a little bit old. Pools are clean and have a nice view

Accessibility: Due to the vast area of the hotel as it expands horizontally, not vertically, you have to wait for a golf cart to take you to the pool, beach, or even the restaurant

Location and Scenery: It has a nice location. Variety of pools for kids, family, and couples

Booked at Cove for 2 days over the weekend. This place will not disappoint you. The place is huge and buggies are required to move around. One of the best and cleanest beaches in have seen with very fine sand

Cinnamon restaurant is huge and there were multiple stations at the buffet to avoid queues. Don’t forget to check the notice board to see the list of events and shows to keep yourself entertained

They always include essentials (pasta, rice, meat) but also prepare specials which change around. There were fruits, salads and deserts. We were very thrilled by the choices

We had a lovely time at Radisson Resort! The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was so friendly and helpful with all of our requests

The pool made their resort special because the kids enjoyed it. Also, the private beach is amazing, only downside of the beach is its a bit rocky at the bottom

We have big fun in this hotel. They have nice animation team, good entertainment organization. Teens club is very fun for kids, we won medals for different tournament: hockey, billiard

Rooms were good and clean although they are slightly older and it shows in some places like the sound of AC and paint etc. but that is part of wear and tear. The menu was all encompassing

Rooms aren't hygienic as compared to other 4 Star hotels. Kids swimming pool is a better activity. The sauna room is not working & please don't forget to bring shower gel and shampoo after swimming to the shower room

The Highest Restaurant in UAE 🇦🇪. You can spend the whole day especially if you are adventurous. Rates at these places are on the higher side but who cares when you are out to Enjoy the day? God Bless UAE

With many pools, a splash park, a very good supervised indoor play area, and a playground (which was closed). Unfortunately not up to the mark in terms of management and maintenance

We have just returned fro 7 nights and 7 days at this Hotel Family of 6. The hotel couldn't do enough for us. There is building works going on inside and outside the resort but this didn't bother us too much

We had the standard all inclusive package which was more than adequate, despite eating out 2 nights in the Al la carte restaurants. The buffet can be quite busy at times, so its nice to go somewhere quiet

Good 3 stars hotel for short stay. Location near many cafes and restaurants, recommended to book creeks view room on top floor. Pool and gym available, continental breakfast only 30dh to add on upon your room charge

I recently stayed at this hotel, which is either newly built or not very old. The cleanliness throughout the property was impressive. The food from the hotel restaurant was delicious, though a bit on the expensive side

Sameh is very professional and supportive. Supportive all the way from booking to checkout. If you need non smoking, they make sure you get non smoking room. The restaurant serves very delicious meals also

The staff was helpful and friendly. Highly recommended to NOT book online as the prices may differ when you book directly at the hotel (maybe just my experience)

There is also a good pool bar. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are really friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We lost a key once, and they helped right away with no charge. They also provided a late checkout

Apart from that, we did not venture outside the hotel as we wanted to relax and this place is perfect for it. There are loads of lovely pools (I think 6 or 7), one fresh water which is not heated and the rest are heated

I’d say it’s great value for money because this hotel has so much to offer for everyone. There is so much to do, with 9 pools (we tried 4), even a 24/7 pool, kids activities, indoor activities and so on

We spent only two days/one night at the Hilton RAK and wish we stayed longer! The resort exceeded my expectations. No shortage of activities, restaurants, and swimming pools to choose from

We upgraded to a villa on a beach, and we loved waking up to a view of the sandy bay. It’s very quiet and tranquil, beautiful warm sea, and the sun shining every day, around 30-32 degrees (we went in April)

The rooms are nice and lots of them have a great view out to the ocean, facilities are also very good with lots of pools (most are temperature controlled) and good access to the beach with lots of loungers for guests

Cleaning is done every day, bed linen and towels are changed every day too. The beach is also clean, and they constantly keep it like that! The reception staff is so welcoming and they’re eager to help any moment

Beautiful surroundings, definitely allows for all your stress to “evaporate”. Front desk staff are lovely, well mannered. The rooms are large, and homey. The views and the beach are what make me love this place the most

Food are align with international cuisine where most nationality can enjoy it! Service is the most the I appreciate as they are all helpful, fast service and accomodating! We will definitely come back on our next visit!
