From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was clean and well-appointed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable

The quality of the food was excellent , I particularly enjoyed the danish and cinnamon rolls , absolutely delicious. The outdoor pools were hands down our favorite thing about our stay

The room itself was spotless, smelled heavenly and topped with a generous amount of premium water -I’m picky with water so that was a pleasant surprise- the breakfast was as you’d expect from a 5 star hotel, some of the dishes were not ready when we went to eat

Absolutely stunning ! Service was impeccable , I accidentally booked the room with the wrong dates and they smoothly changed everything within 5 minutes, hassle free even though I had pretty specific requests that in any other hotel caused problems

The hotel was extremely crowded and the staff were trying to be nice despite the horrific numbers of humans. No support at pool and beach side. The rooms and public showers were not clean

The staff are the shining light, we have never been treated so well anywhere, the friendliest happiest staff from concierge, cleaners, restaurant staff, lifeguards, absolutely everyone couldn't do enough

But if we stayed longer we would have. The pool area has lots of space and sunbeds

A very nice and premium property with great rooms, beautiful views, and great staff. Clean and nice swimming pools, that too with very less crowd. It was all in all a great experience here

The animation team were fantastic, option on throughout the day are great as is the evening entertainment and kids club for our 5 year old. Sonic in the team is fantastic and really engaging with both adults and kids

August 2024 we enjoyed our stay in Double Tree by Hilton. It was nice food, good entertainment special thank you for Tatiana. The beach was great, the only thing what I didn’t like it’s weather, but it’s summer

The only issue is the lack of vegetarian food options here. Beef is served here right next to the limited vegetarian food counters, which makes it very difficult for Indian visitors to have food here

With many pools, a splash park, a very good supervised indoor play area, and a playground (which was closed). Unfortunately not up to the mark in terms of management and maintenance

There is also a good pool bar. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are really friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We lost a key once, and they helped right away with no charge. They also provided a late checkout

Apart from that, we did not venture outside the hotel as we wanted to relax and this place is perfect for it. There are loads of lovely pools (I think 6 or 7), one fresh water which is not heated and the rest are heated

We upgraded to a villa on a beach, and we loved waking up to a view of the sandy bay. It’s very quiet and tranquil, beautiful warm sea, and the sun shining every day, around 30-32 degrees (we went in April)

I’d say it’s great value for money because this hotel has so much to offer for everyone. There is so much to do, with 9 pools (we tried 4), even a 24/7 pool, kids activities, indoor activities and so on

Beautiful resort! We had all inclusive ,food was great, drinks available in all resort restaurants were so nice. Special 5*goes to the beach bar CIDER and very nice barmen Aarish who took great care of our group and kids

We were about to walk away but nearby hotels were fully booked. - The beach and pool are so nice. The ‘family room’ is so badly designed that makes it too tight for a family of four, highly not recommended

My only comment where there is an opportunity to improve is cleanliness, the dishes on the breakfast were cleaned but didn’t smell good. e pool toilets and changing rooms…) were not clean

Over all we spend a lot of time on the pool, temperature is controlled and it was fresh, clean and all the staff are nice and provided high service standards

There's a bouncy castle in the shallow waters of the beach for the kids and some other outdoor activities. The restaurants are decent but the buffet spread might need some more improvement

It took more than 1 hr drive from Dubai but the trip is totally worth it! The view is spectacular! The pool and beach are amazing! Food is delicious though the service is extremely slow and bad specially at Boons restaurant

A new resort at the Marjan Island. The hotel feels airy and new. What the place lacks is a sense of cosiness or warm welcome

For example, you can get drinks from the pool bar which is included but if you want food you are required to go to one of 3 restaurants thus meaning shower, go in, then back out if you want to be outside

You can’t even get an ice cream at the pool bar in the all inclusive package. Rooms only get a 4 as not all of our electricity points work. Best they could do is an extension lead

We were attended to and shown to our room by a very cheerful and sociable guy named Ramadan. The hotel manager, Alexander, also came to greet guests at the reception, chatted with them, and even came over to greet us

Tegan one of the managers is brilliant and very approachable thus is a credit to the establishment. Hotel has a long way to go to be a 5 star

No hot water between 1230-430 tomorrow for urgent repairs which means cold showers for us as we have plans to go out before 430

Extremely satisfied with the service. The rooms are a bit small for 3 + 1 child. They gave us the POD room, which was hood and suited our needs. Though I didn't order good, the menu is super expensive.

We came here for summer family vacation. It was a great stay with good accommodations in the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and a lot of food. The buffet dinner was great and we enjoyed the meals

For future improvement I would suggest if the swimming pool is open earlier in the morning as it is in a summer season

The attendants / lifeguards are doing a very good job but (at times) are not taken too seriously. Secondly, the steel slot to slide open the bathroom door was very sharp and might injure guests' fingers
