The beach scene was excellent, and my son enjoyed the waterslides after our meal!

However, what truly made my stay memorable was the outstanding service provided by the hotel staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the bellboys and efficiently assisted by the reception team

The Islanders Brunch on Saturday afternoons is incredible. I couldn't believe the assortment of food and drinks laid out for guests! The seafood included crabs, oysters, and mussels

The pasta was made in-house, right before guests' eyes. I would need an entire page of space to write it all down. You'll have to check it out for yourself! Both of the performing acts were excellent as well

Great Family Holiday, very good facilities, the pools are big and not too cold, the beach is very nice and water sports are also very good. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they even gave us free milkshakes

The pools were clean and the buffet was just amazing with so much variety and delicious taste. The hotel probably is not considered luxurious but the rooms were spacious, house keeping was on time

Appreciate they upgraded one of my rooms to a suit. Not luxurious and also not low quality. My kids like the water slides although not many. Dinner is okay but not various varieties available

I had a great experience at this hotel! Although there was a small issue with my reservation initially, the staff quickly resolved it in a professional and efficient manner

They made sure I was comfortable and accommodated my needs despite the delay. The room was clean, cozy, and well-prepared, and the overall service was excellent

There is also a good pool bar. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are really friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We lost a key once, and they helped right away with no charge. They also provided a late checkout

Apart from that, we did not venture outside the hotel as we wanted to relax and this place is perfect for it. There are loads of lovely pools (I think 6 or 7), one fresh water which is not heated and the rest are heated

We upgraded to a villa on a beach, and we loved waking up to a view of the sandy bay. It’s very quiet and tranquil, beautiful warm sea, and the sun shining every day, around 30-32 degrees (we went in April)

Food is great with lots of options! Various pools available and family friendly location

I’d say it’s great value for money because this hotel has so much to offer for everyone. There is so much to do, with 9 pools (we tried 4), even a 24/7 pool, kids activities, indoor activities and so on

Beautiful resort! We had all inclusive ,food was great, drinks available in all resort restaurants were so nice. Special 5*goes to the beach bar CIDER and very nice barmen Aarish who took great care of our group and kids

Went to this hotel on the beach from Acacia Hottel, the atmosphere is great! Clean sand, beautiful view, friendly staff) and There still will not be bored! Volleyball, Zumba, morning gym, water Polo, Darts, and in the evening there are different shows where you can have fun and dance! Works great animation team (Irina, Olga, Inna, Adilet and Sasha), they thank you))

I loved the view at this hotel. They have a beach and a pool tho I didn’t get a chance to swim since I was only there for a quick work trip. The room was clean, breakfast was tasty and the staff were super attentive

They have an entertainment show every night, and a lot of games to play next to the beach (volleyball, ping pong, huge chess. The food isn't that good and shall be improved. The staff are very nice and helpful

We were about to walk away but nearby hotels were fully booked. - The beach and pool are so nice. The ‘family room’ is so badly designed that makes it too tight for a family of four, highly not recommended

They do not have beach attached but the turtle beach is just across the hotel. Those who do not wish to go to the beach can use their private pool or the public pool. Staff are helpful and very cooperative

Booked at Cove for 2 days over the weekend. This place will not disappoint you. The place is huge and buggies are required to move around. One of the best and cleanest beaches in have seen with very fine sand

Hamra has plenty going on with a mall close by. 10 minute walk and you can find a Spinneys bottle shop along with a supermarket adjoined to the mall. Overall a great escape from Dubai and we will be back

- Rooms: me and my partner we tried a couple of different rooms during our weekend getaways from Dubai, all of them are very spacious, all amenities that you need are there

- cleanliness: very good - Pool/ Beach/ Gym: there is a nice and big pool ( be careful it’s not shaded), and the beach is right in front of the hotel. Gym is equipped and super clean. - staff: attentive and professional

- Overall experience: positive

clean, nice, but not the level of Hilton. Restaurant menu very poor and the food is so so. the beach at 5 stars, but the pool is not very small for such a hotel. the price matches the quality.

Breakfast is the main reason for not giving 5 stars due to these simple facts: limited options, the warmers didn't exactly kept the food warm, pancakes were not exactly fluffy but the omelette station was awesome! Room service was promptly delivered and anything else that was asked for, such as ice

Rooms aren't hygienic as compared to other 4 Star hotels. Kids swimming pool is a better activity. The sauna room is not working & please don't forget to bring shower gel and shampoo after swimming to the shower room

Very nice hotel with a great concept. It shows the age a bit but still a nice experience. The rooms are huge, designed in a nice way with a private pool. The rooms are close to each other, so don't expect full privacy

Also, if you are neighbouring with kids, expect the noises. They provide a variety of activities for all ages. Our comment is that the pool requires proper cleaning as the grouting is becoming green
