Very good hotel just food needs improvement

We had a great time at the property and thoroughly enjoyed the All inclusive package which had some of the best drinks and food included in it. There s always dome kind of entertainment in the evening on the beach side and we had a great time. Great service, excellent entertainment facilities and an amazing property.

I checked in at around 8pm and there was only one person working at the front desk and I had to wait. I asked if I wanted a king-size bed room or a double bed room and I was told I wanted a king-size bed room. But when I opened the door, I was told I was given a double bed room.

We had a good stay in royal view hotel. The staffs are accommodating. The place is very convenient near to malls,fast food chain. Room that we stayed is good only thing are the linen and bedsheets..cleaning wise should be improved. Food is average. Budget wise and location wise it's good.
