What an excellent location and the facilities offered are extraordinary. We really enjoyed their highest level of hospitality from Check in to check out in each areas

The only drawback is you have to cross the road and then access the beach which generally all resorts have in their property itself. We loved the restaurant there which served great Lebanese food

Absolutely stunning ! Service was impeccable , I accidentally booked the room with the wrong dates and they smoothly changed everything within 5 minutes, hassle free even though I had pretty specific requests that in any other hotel caused problems

Very quiet Hotel !I inter the room was nice smell and romantic music. I met with wise pastry chef 👩‍🍳 on breakfast he make best pancake. Many nice girls from Nepal as well working in hotel

The staff everywhere be it near pool bars or restaurants were very courtesy. Once you enter you feel your in different country. Loved my yoga session near the beach

Me and my wife stayed here for our 1st wedding anniversary. The staff is so good and well behaved. Awesome swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam and sauna. We enjoyed a lot!! Most recommended place for all your special occasions

Food is delicious, there were different meat, fish, fruits, cakes, ice-cream and cocktails! And of course people in hotel very very good, especially Anthony))) good and friendly guy! I guess we will come back here one more time❤️

It's a beautiful area, drinks are served after 11am, there is music, a bar (with music, more like a club [after 4pm]!), 2 heated pools (we were there in January, weather was in the 70-80s and while the beach was good, a warm pool was even better) and children's shows in the evenings

We have big fun in this hotel. They have nice animation team, good entertainment organization. Teens club is very fun for kids, we won medals for different tournament: hockey, billiard

Very impressed after our first couple of days here. The hotel is great, food and entertainment is very good. A little busy but I suppose that’s due to how much is on offer here

He is always there to take care of my family from reservation till check-out. I have stayed many times along with my DOG. I like Room 554 because its very close to the beach & easy to handle the DOD as well

However, I was disappointed with the beach. The water was shallow and the seabed was covered with a lot of seaweed, which made swimming less enjoyable

They have an entertainment show every night, and a lot of games to play next to the beach (volleyball, ping pong, huge chess. The food isn't that good and shall be improved. The staff are very nice and helpful

The hotel is of average quality with its own good beach. But boats that go at the same place where people swim may present danger for the swimmers. The food is not versatile but of good quality

Nice hotel! Everything is good! Tastes menu in restaurant, Houskeeping keeping clean in the room, best beach and so comfortable entrance in the water in the sea! Animation team every day made a lot activities: dance class, game and every evening hotel have shows and some interesting competitions! Rano, Memo, and Vitalii made all for your good mood and having fun!

The rooms are comfortable and quiet. There are good services outside. The parties inside the hotel are enjoyable. The drowning rescue team is a master in protecting people from drowning. A very, very beautiful experience

August 2024 we enjoyed our stay in Double Tree by Hilton. It was nice food, good entertainment special thank you for Tatiana. The beach was great, the only thing what I didn’t like it’s weather, but it’s summer

What can I say about the hotel. It is very good in almost all respects. Rooms, beach, cleanliness are great. The opportunities to spend a holiday there with children are fantastic

The restaurant and also the swimming pools. The staff in all the hotels were very respectful. and all of them is friendly 🌹🌹

However, there are other restaurants on site which are discounted if you’re all inclusive and the Asian and Turkish especially are lovely. Overall enjoyed our stay the pools, staff and facilities were excellent

I went with my younger brother and older sister also my momWe had so much fun playing with the slides I played the slides for few hours then went to the pool. I enjoyed swimming and diving I played until it was closed

With many pools, a splash park, a very good supervised indoor play area, and a playground (which was closed). Unfortunately not up to the mark in terms of management and maintenance

We upgraded to a villa on a beach, and we loved waking up to a view of the sandy bay. It’s very quiet and tranquil, beautiful warm sea, and the sun shining every day, around 30-32 degrees (we went in April)

Apart from that, we did not venture outside the hotel as we wanted to relax and this place is perfect for it. There are loads of lovely pools (I think 6 or 7), one fresh water which is not heated and the rest are heated

The rooms are nice and lots of them have a great view out to the ocean, facilities are also very good with lots of pools (most are temperature controlled) and good access to the beach with lots of loungers for guests

Beautiful resort! We had all inclusive ,food was great, drinks available in all resort restaurants were so nice. Special 5*goes to the beach bar CIDER and very nice barmen Aarish who took great care of our group and kids

There is also a good pool bar. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are really friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We lost a key once, and they helped right away with no charge. They also provided a late checkout

I’d say it’s great value for money because this hotel has so much to offer for everyone. There is so much to do, with 9 pools (we tried 4), even a 24/7 pool, kids activities, indoor activities and so on

One of the best hotels we’ve been to. We love to treat ourselves to a nice 5 star break from time to time and this is up there with the best. We’ve been here a couple of times and it’s 5 star in every sense

The bed mattress could have been better. Breakfast spread has tasty , vast variety, but not everything looked fresh , weekend could get noisy , service was good

honestly their service and all the workers there are so kind and polite and the breakfast there is just so delicious. the pool and the beach is so clean and nice. they take care of you and the rooms are so clean

Cleaning is done every day, bed linen and towels are changed every day too. The beach is also clean, and they constantly keep it like that! The reception staff is so welcoming and they’re eager to help any moment

Location of this hotel is very good - next to the private beach. On the private beach you can use hotel sunbeds for free as well as towels. There are 2 pools and one jacuzzi

- cleanliness: very good - Pool/ Beach/ Gym: there is a nice and big pool ( be careful it’s not shaded), and the beach is right in front of the hotel. Gym is equipped and super clean. - staff: attentive and professional

Overall experience was a 4/5 stars. We spent two nights during the past spring break and was welcomed to a lovely Vila room at beach front. The beach was wonderfully clean and the children loved it along with the pools

clean, nice, but not the level of Hilton. Restaurant menu very poor and the food is so so. the beach at 5 stars, but the pool is not very small for such a hotel. the price matches the quality.

Overall, the hotel is great and the staff is very friendly. The restaurant also has a good food variety. As for the kids club, it’s an amazing place for kids and adults too

This hotel is lovely, it’s so so so pretty with great pools and beach. It’s close to the mall and not to far from Dubai, the rooms are lovely with great views. Definitely go all inclusive though as it is very hot

It was a sudden stayover for 1 night but the hospitality was great just as the name of the Hotel. The staff is really effiecient and accomodating. The view is all that matters as it's just opposite the Sidroh Beach area

A budget option in front of the sea 🌊. One secret: behind the hotel there is a shopping street which is very traditional and cheap. I like it.

The apartment was so clean and big. It's almost nearby to everything, the beach is public.
