Very good hotel just food needs improvement

We had a great time at the property and thoroughly enjoyed the All inclusive package which had some of the best drinks and food included in it. There s always dome kind of entertainment in the evening on the beach side and we had a great time. Great service, excellent entertainment facilities and an amazing property.

The room was clean and the environment was good. It was convenient to swim on the beach or in the swimming pool, and it was also convenient to eat. I brought my family here and they were all very satisfied.

Service was perfect, kind and polite. Food was kind of monotonous but really tasty. Every evening (around 8 pm) there was a show where lady was singing. During the day at the pool there was a lady spreading positive energy while doing aerobic shows. Whole vacation went perfect and i’ll come back for sure. I really recommend this hotel.

The hotel is under renovation , and it was not so quiet . Hotel food was good , but what maked this hotel 5* its staff - SHAKIRA was the best . Also guys at check-in was great . The beach is closed so you have no ocean view from the entire property. Currently heavy machinery extending the beach to make way for future developments. They did not inform us there is no direct beach access during bookings or check in you had to find out by yourself.
