I liked Ula far from all small kids

A new resort at the Marjan Island. The hotel feels airy and new. What the place lacks is a sense of cosiness or warm welcome

There's a bouncy castle in the shallow waters of the beach for the kids and some other outdoor activities. The restaurants are decent but the buffet spread might need some more improvement

Room was smaller for UAE standard but very clean and comfortable. I had a half board package and dinner at buffet restaurant was quite dessapointment. Not so many food variety and service was below average

It took more than 1 hr drive from Dubai but the trip is totally worth it! The view is spectacular! The pool and beach are amazing! Food is delicious though the service is extremely slow and bad specially at Boons restaurant

My only comment where there is an opportunity to improve is cleanliness, the dishes on the breakfast were cleaned but didn’t smell good. e pool toilets and changing rooms…) were not clean

We saw him latet again at 10 PM despite it being a weekend. The restaurant has a fantastic selection of food, and importantly, drinks are included (tea, coffee, juices)

For example, you can get drinks from the pool bar which is included but if you want food you are required to go to one of 3 restaurants thus meaning shower, go in, then back out if you want to be outside

On the downside, dinner (at the main restaurant) was disappointing: there wasn't much variety, the choice was very limited (mainly carbs), and the quality was pretty basic

The staff also deserves a praise as they were incredibly friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was nice, as well as the restaurant's design

You can’t even get an ice cream at the pool bar in the all inclusive package. Rooms only get a 4 as not all of our electricity points work. Best they could do is an extension lead

We stayed at this hotel and were very impressed by the excellent service! The staff is incredibly friendly. Right from the entrance, employees stand at attention and greet arriving guests

The only drawback is you have to cross the road and then access the beach which generally all resorts have in their property itself. We loved the restaurant there which served great Lebanese food

we took a all inclusive package, for the price the option is good. the food spread is good and breakfast was really nice with 4 live counters. the staff was very nice and accommodating

I woke up from birds singing and I had a guest to my Balcony big parrot I saw it first time. I took a Bath with silt at night

Cinnamon restaurant is huge and there were multiple stations at the buffet to avoid queues. Don’t forget to check the notice board to see the list of events and shows to keep yourself entertained

From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always eager to accommodate any request, which made us feel right at home

They gave us special cakes both in room as well as in restaurant

Me and my wife stayed here for our 1st wedding anniversary. The staff is so good and well behaved. Awesome swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam and sauna. We enjoyed a lot!! Most recommended place for all your special occasions

They always include essentials (pasta, rice, meat) but also prepare specials which change around. There were fruits, salads and deserts. We were very thrilled by the choices

Highly recommended place but needs some maintenance on the room specially the showers that were cold in both villas and were not fixed unfortunately and we couldn’t enjoy any nice hot showers

Went to this hotel on the beach from Acacia Hottel, the atmosphere is great! Clean sand, beautiful view, friendly staff) and There still will not be bored! I loved the view at this hotel. They have a beach and a pool tho I didn’t get a chance to swim since I was only there for a quick work trip. The room was clean, breakfast was tasty and the staff were super attentive

Rooms were good and clean although they are slightly older and it shows in some places like the sound of AC and paint etc. but that is part of wear and tear. The menu was all encompassing

The rooms are comfortable and quiet. There are good services outside. The parties inside the hotel are enjoyable. The drowning rescue team is a master in protecting people from drowning. A very, very beautiful experience

The location of the hotel is perfect as the corniche is nearby and has lots of cafes and restaurants. There is also a nearby supermarket. Pillows and bed were super comfy and great

We had the standard all inclusive package which was more than adequate, despite eating out 2 nights in the Al la carte restaurants. The buffet can be quite busy at times, so its nice to go somewhere quiet

The only downside was the food, we were all inclusive and although plentiful offerings at breakfast, lunch, dinner the lunches and dinners were repetitive and if you’re not a fan of casserole/stew/curry every day - it’s not appealing, very little good choice for kids (room service meals much better but do cost)

However, there are other restaurants on site which are discounted if you’re all inclusive and the Asian and Turkish especially are lovely. Overall enjoyed our stay the pools, staff and facilities were excellent

Cleaning is done every day, bed linen and towels are changed every day too. The beach is also clean, and they constantly keep it like that! The reception staff is so welcoming and they’re eager to help any moment

And it definitely didn't live up to its ranking as the best beach resort in the UAE - I have tried many that were much, much better (including the Waldorf further down the same street)! The main restaurant at Hilton Al Hamra didn't present a very nice buffet selection in the evening - several courses were actually cold about 45 min into the service - and the waiters were very inattentive

- Rooms: me and my partner we tried a couple of different rooms during our weekend getaways from Dubai, all of them are very spacious, all amenities that you need are there

If you have "all inclusive" option you eat all meal for free in the main restaurant and for the other you have discount. Drinks are for free (in the all inclusive option) in all restaurants

You can find "Budget" car rental in the lobby of the hotel - with very friendly and helpful staff. Except every day same meals and dirty carpet everything was perfect

The restaurants in the resort were a disappointment in terms of options and quality of ingredients; I'd recommend popping over to the other hotels near-by. I don't think it's worth another visit during high season

This hotel is lovely, it’s so so so pretty with great pools and beach. It’s close to the mall and not to far from Dubai, the rooms are lovely with great views. Definitely go all inclusive though as it is very hot
