I liked Ula far from all small kids

A new resort at the Marjan Island. The hotel feels airy and new. What the place lacks is a sense of cosiness or warm welcome

My only comment where there is an opportunity to improve is cleanliness, the dishes on the breakfast were cleaned but didn’t smell good. e pool toilets and changing rooms…) were not clean

The facility is amazing, the beach was very nice, my daughter loved the kids club, the live music was really good

Room was smaller for UAE standard but very clean and comfortable. I had a half board package and dinner at buffet restaurant was quite dessapointment. Not so many food variety and service was below average

Over all we spend a lot of time on the pool, temperature is controlled and it was fresh, clean and all the staff are nice and provided high service standards

We stayed at this hotel and were very impressed by the excellent service! The staff is incredibly friendly. Right from the entrance, employees stand at attention and greet arriving guests

You can’t even get an ice cream at the pool bar in the all inclusive package. Rooms only get a 4 as not all of our electricity points work. Best they could do is an extension lead

We were attended to and shown to our room by a very cheerful and sociable guy named Ramadan. The hotel manager, Alexander, also came to greet guests at the reception, chatted with them, and even came over to greet us

We saw him latet again at 10 PM despite it being a weekend. The restaurant has a fantastic selection of food, and importantly, drinks are included (tea, coffee, juices)

The hotel is clean; before we had time to change and swim in the pool, our room was already tidied up in the evening! Overall, well done, team—keep it up

The hotel is new and stylish, which made a great first impression. We were grateful that they even upgraded us to a suite for free—the room was amazing! Spacious, comfortable, and really well designed

Booked at Cove for 2 days over the weekend. This place will not disappoint you. The place is huge and buggies are required to move around. One of the best and cleanest beaches in have seen with very fine sand

Food: The food is not as good as expected. The restaurant is very big, but the staff number is not enough, especially during breakfast time

They always include essentials (pasta, rice, meat) but also prepare specials which change around. There were fruits, salads and deserts. We were very thrilled by the choices

We have big fun in this hotel. They have nice animation team, good entertainment organization. Teens club is very fun for kids, we won medals for different tournament: hockey, billiard

Went to this hotel on the beach from Acacia Hottel, the atmosphere is great! Clean sand, beautiful view, friendly staff) and There still will not be bored! Volleyball, Zumba, morning gym, water Polo, Darts, and in the evening there are different shows where you can have fun and dance! I loved the view at this hotel. They have a beach and a pool tho I didn’t get a chance to swim since I was only there for a quick work trip. The room was clean, breakfast was tasty and the staff were super attentive

From the moment we checked in, the receptionist explained all their facilities and inclusions thoroughly, and since we arrived a little early, they let us enjoy their buffet lunch immediately while they were preparing our rooms, which was very considerate of them since the kids were hungry

They have an entertainment show every night, and a lot of games to play next to the beach (volleyball, ping pong, huge chess. The food isn't that good and shall be improved. The staff are very nice and helpful

Rooms were good and clean although they are slightly older and it shows in some places like the sound of AC and paint etc. but that is part of wear and tear. The menu was all encompassing

The hotel is of average quality with its own good beach. But boats that go at the same place where people swim may present danger for the swimmers. The food is not versatile but of good quality

The rooms are comfortable and quiet. There are good services outside. The parties inside the hotel are enjoyable. The drowning rescue team is a master in protecting people from drowning. A very, very beautiful experience

August 2024 we enjoyed our stay in Double Tree by Hilton. It was nice food, good entertainment special thank you for Tatiana. The beach was great, the only thing what I didn’t like it’s weather, but it’s summer

With many pools, a splash park, a very good supervised indoor play area, and a playground (which was closed). Unfortunately not up to the mark in terms of management and maintenance

We have just returned fro 7 nights and 7 days at this Hotel Family of 6. The hotel couldn't do enough for us. There is building works going on inside and outside the resort but this didn't bother us too much

We had the standard all inclusive package which was more than adequate, despite eating out 2 nights in the Al la carte restaurants. The buffet can be quite busy at times, so its nice to go somewhere quiet

Beautiful resort! We had all inclusive ,food was great, drinks available in all resort restaurants were so nice. Special 5*goes to the beach bar CIDER and very nice barmen Aarish who took great care of our group and kids

Apart from that, we did not venture outside the hotel as we wanted to relax and this place is perfect for it. There are loads of lovely pools (I think 6 or 7), one fresh water which is not heated and the rest are heated

We upgraded to a villa on a beach, and we loved waking up to a view of the sandy bay. It’s very quiet and tranquil, beautiful warm sea, and the sun shining every day, around 30-32 degrees (we went in April)

It's okay for the price you pay. Don't expect high quality when room prices are low. The rest is as clean as it can be. Old carpets that need replacing. But all in all , good enough for simple overnight

Cleaning is done every day, bed linen and towels are changed every day too. The beach is also clean, and they constantly keep it like that! The reception staff is so welcoming and they’re eager to help any moment

Location of this hotel is very good - next to the private beach. On the private beach you can use hotel sunbeds for free as well as towels. There are 2 pools and one jacuzzi

Food are align with international cuisine where most nationality can enjoy it! Service is the most the I appreciate as they are all helpful, fast service and accomodating! We will definitely come back on our next visit!
