Wonderful experience for my family. They are staying for a week and so far, nothing but good things to say. Great attitudes seen in customer care & service. Very tasty and wide range of foods

The Islanders Brunch on Saturday afternoons is incredible. I couldn't believe the assortment of food and drinks laid out for guests! The seafood included crabs, oysters, and mussels

Great Family Holiday, very good facilities, the pools are big and not too cold, the beach is very nice and water sports are also very good. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they even gave us free milkshakes

The ladies and mens gym jacuzzi are barely warm. They removed all the play areas for the children. Swimming pool outside closes very early. There is also no service if am item is lost so take care of items

They provide complimentary bicycles for all guests, and it was a pleasant ride within the resort. There are many ghazals moving around the resort, you can see a few videos

From the moment we arrived a quick reception, once checked in we were quickly transferred to the villa though the golf cart

Several small things could have been improved during my stay. The staff and facilities did not seem prepared during high season: From towel shortages at the pool & at the beach to broken thermostats in the room

Beautiful surroundings, definitely allows for all your stress to “evaporate”. Front desk staff are lovely, well mannered. The rooms are large, and homey. The views and the beach are what make me love this place the most

The restaurants in the resort were a disappointment in terms of options and quality of ingredients; I'd recommend popping over to the other hotels near-by. I don't think it's worth another visit during high season

The beach was pretty good though, with sun beds comfortably spaced out and very clean waters

Good service, friendly staff, especially the Nepalese lady at the spa(hard to remember the name - sorry!) - A little noisy and many disturbances by the outside pool area, could improve on addition of seats and opening the bar

Swimming pool, 3 in total (1 common, 1 exclusive men, 1 exclusive women), Separate Sauna, Gym all are great. I was not able to try to the Hot springs. WI-FI free for one device per room and it was of good speed

Parking is not available and you have to park on the private road leading to the hotel as the hotel is situated on top of a small hill. I will sure visit once again to enjoy the hit springs

Being an Indian Vegetarian initially found the dinner buffet hard as you will not have any options, but we liked the pasta and other veg options

My only comment where there is an opportunity to improve is cleanliness, the dishes on the breakfast were cleaned but didn’t smell good. e pool toilets and changing rooms…) were not clean

We were about to walk away but nearby hotels were fully booked. - The beach and pool are so nice. The ‘family room’ is so badly designed that makes it too tight for a family of four, highly not recommended

Over all we spend a lot of time on the pool, temperature is controlled and it was fresh, clean and all the staff are nice and provided high service standards

Room was smaller for UAE standard but very clean and comfortable. I had a half board package and dinner at buffet restaurant was quite dessapointment. Not so many food variety and service was below average

There is also a good pool bar. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are really friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We lost a key once, and they helped right away with no charge. They also provided a late checkout

Apart from that, we did not venture outside the hotel as we wanted to relax and this place is perfect for it. There are loads of lovely pools (I think 6 or 7), one fresh water which is not heated and the rest are heated

I’d say it’s great value for money because this hotel has so much to offer for everyone. There is so much to do, with 9 pools (we tried 4), even a 24/7 pool, kids activities, indoor activities and so on

We upgraded to a villa on a beach, and we loved waking up to a view of the sandy bay. It’s very quiet and tranquil, beautiful warm sea, and the sun shining every day, around 30-32 degrees (we went in April)

The rooms are nice and lots of them have a great view out to the ocean, facilities are also very good with lots of pools (most are temperature controlled) and good access to the beach with lots of loungers for guests

Our room was cleaned so well by the maintenance team- literally everything organized so well! The spa and the facilities are exceptional! Saunas, steam room, jacuzzis!! Rooms have balconies with the most beautiful view! The best burgers too! Simply loved it! Well recommend

Apart from the big elements like the gorgeous lobby, beach, restaurants etc, there are some smaller elements I really appreciated such as complimentary water readily available every where at the property - be it the beach or the pool! They serve ice lollies around the pool area during the day times During our time we dined the Lexington, which was also amazing

Sadly wasn’t able to use the deeper pool as it’s only for adults and I have two kids. Kids play room club was brilliant. Kids enjoyed the time they spent there

Me and my wife stayed here for our 1st wedding anniversary. The staff is so good and well behaved. Awesome swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam and sauna. We enjoyed a lot!! Most recommended place for all your special occasions

The hotel is perfect! We really enjoyed our anniversary there! The breakfast was good and the room was clean however the system in the room is a little bit old. Pools are clean and have a nice view

Accessibility: Due to the vast area of the hotel as it expands horizontally, not vertically, you have to wait for a golf cart to take you to the pool, beach, or even the restaurant

Booked at Cove for 2 days over the weekend. This place will not disappoint you. The place is huge and buggies are required to move around. One of the best and cleanest beaches in have seen with very fine sand

Cinnamon restaurant is huge and there were multiple stations at the buffet to avoid queues. Don’t forget to check the notice board to see the list of events and shows to keep yourself entertained
