The room itself was spotless, smelled heavenly and topped with a generous amount of premium water -I’m picky with water so that was a pleasant surprise- the breakfast was as you’d expect from a 5 star hotel, some of the dishes were not ready when we went to eat

The quality of the food was excellent , I particularly enjoyed the danish and cinnamon rolls , absolutely delicious. The outdoor pools were hands down our favorite thing about our stay

Absolutely stunning ! Service was impeccable , I accidentally booked the room with the wrong dates and they smoothly changed everything within 5 minutes, hassle free even though I had pretty specific requests that in any other hotel caused problems

- suite size is good. - good housekeeping. - breakfast variety is good - walking area is great next to the sea. - kids room is fun

Interest connections has issues at room. Swimming pool close to early, 6:30 pm not allow to use the pool. Most hotel I visited before in UAE , allow the guest enjoy the pool at least till 8pm

It was a great experience for us including our dog. The pet friendly section was very accommodating. Other guests were very friendly as well knowing that this section is pet friendly

Rooms were good and clean although they are slightly older and it shows in some places like the sound of AC and paint etc. but that is part of wear and tear. The menu was all encompassing

It is a little bit old but clean and organized. Alex was friendly and offered free upgrade so the view was amazing and the balcony was spacious. Access to the beach and swimming pool was smooth

He is always there to take care of my family from reservation till check-out. I have stayed many times along with my DOG. I like Room 554 because its very close to the beach & easy to handle the DOD as well

Very poor animation, in the evening go nowhere. Everywhere is clean! The staff is outgoing, friendly, is speaking in Russian(there are those who do not speak). 2 pools(adult and children's near)

Nice hotel! Everything is good! Tastes menu in restaurant, Houskeeping keeping clean in the room, best beach and so comfortable entrance in the water in the sea! Animation team every day made a lot activities: dance class, game and every evening hotel have shows and some interesting competitions! Rano, Memo, and Vitalii made all for your good mood and having fun!

Me and my family loved it, it was very fun. We didn't expect the movie was there. All the activities are very fun especially infinity pool and the beach. The tent was very spacious, but it was very hot

However, the food was average, lacking in variety and sometimes falling short of expectations. The swimming pool, while clean and inviting, didn't stand out compared to other resorts I've visited

Nice hotel with good mood and many activities! Rank and Vitalii made for you dance and sport activities, and also every evening you can come for shows and disco for kids and adults! Housekeeping all time keeping clean in the room, bar have a lot of soft drinks and cocktails! So that weekend was good!

With many pools, a splash park, a very good supervised indoor play area, and a playground (which was closed). Unfortunately not up to the mark in terms of management and maintenance

August 2024 we enjoyed our stay in Double Tree by Hilton. It was nice food, good entertainment special thank you for Tatiana. The beach was great, the only thing what I didn’t like it’s weather, but it’s summer

We have just returned fro 7 nights and 7 days at this Hotel Family of 6. The hotel couldn't do enough for us. There is building works going on inside and outside the resort but this didn't bother us too much

We had the standard all inclusive package which was more than adequate, despite eating out 2 nights in the Al la carte restaurants. The buffet can be quite busy at times, so its nice to go somewhere quiet

Several small things could have been improved during my stay. The staff and facilities did not seem prepared during high season: From towel shortages at the pool & at the beach to broken thermostats in the room

Beautiful surroundings, definitely allows for all your stress to “evaporate”. Front desk staff are lovely, well mannered. The rooms are large, and homey. The views and the beach are what make me love this place the most

As always, excellent! The sea, the hotel, the staff! The food is a little behind, but this is blamed on weak historical tradition. Well, they do not know how to cook and everything... But I try.

The restaurants in the resort were a disappointment in terms of options and quality of ingredients; I'd recommend popping over to the other hotels near-by. I don't think it's worth another visit during high season

Overall, the hotel is great and the staff is very friendly. The restaurant also has a good food variety. As for the kids club, it’s an amazing place for kids and adults too

The highlight is most definitely the staff though. They are so nice and serve you instantly they are very kind. Jacob was extremely kind to the kids. He was so so nice and made them smile a lot

This hotel is lovely, it’s so so so pretty with great pools and beach. It’s close to the mall and not to far from Dubai, the rooms are lovely with great views. Definitely go all inclusive though as it is very hot

Swimming pool, 3 in total (1 common, 1 exclusive men, 1 exclusive women), Separate Sauna, Gym all are great. I was not able to try to the Hot springs. WI-FI free for one device per room and it was of good speed

Good service, friendly staff, especially the Nepalese lady at the spa(hard to remember the name - sorry!) - A little noisy and many disturbances by the outside pool area, could improve on addition of seats and opening the bar

Parking is not available and you have to park on the private road leading to the hotel as the hotel is situated on top of a small hill. I will sure visit once again to enjoy the hit springs

Being an Indian Vegetarian initially found the dinner buffet hard as you will not have any options, but we liked the pasta and other veg options

Amanda and Neil are great hosts and this seems like a dream in the middle of RAK. Our little Winter loved the stay. Everything is well thought of, you feel like a guest in someones farm house

Calm and quiet with a serene view of the sunrise from bed - just what we needed to disconnect... in fact we enjoyed our stay so much we decided to stay an extra night - Thanks Amanda!
