Very good hotel just food needs improvement

We had a great time at the property and thoroughly enjoyed the All inclusive package which had some of the best drinks and food included in it. There s always dome kind of entertainment in the evening on the beach side and we had a great time. Great service, excellent entertainment facilities and an amazing property.

There was no complimentary fruit, complimentary chocolate, or any welcome amenity in the room. Usually, 5-star hotels provide complimentary items for their guests. Was a nice trip, would suggest if you can to stay in the intercontinental club side for the extra perks such as cocktail hour and the adults only pool. I checked in at around 8pm and there was only one person working at the front desk and I had to wait. I asked if I wanted a king-size bed room or a double bed room and I was told I wanted a king-size bed room. But when I opened the door, I was told I was given a double bed room.

Overall enjoyed our stay. We were a group of friends and had good time. The rooms sizes are big, cleanliness and service was very good. Several small things could have been improved during my stay. The staff and facilities did not seem prepared during high season: From towel shortages at the pool & at the beach to broken thermostats in the room. Beautiful surroundings, definitely allows for all your stress to “evaporate”. Front desk staff are lovely, well mannered. The rooms are large, and homey. The views and the beach are what make me love this place the most. I felt welcomed by the hotel, which probably sound crazy as it is just a building but, it’s an incredible feeling.

The beach is closed so you have no ocean view from the entire property. Currently heavy machinery extending the beach to make way for future developments. They did not inform us there is no direct beach access during bookings or check in you had to find out by yourself.
