I stayed at Mughal Suites for three years, and the service has always been exceptional. Everyone here is warm, approachable, and ready to help. I always felt safe, secure, and genuinely cared for, truly grateful for such a welcoming environment.
Food downstairs is also amazing. If you get lucky they have better deals in talabat .
Big thanks to Mr. Hassan, Diana, Sanu(Puja), and the maintenance team for always assisting me with my documents and being quick to help whenever I needed anything to fix inside the flat. ❤️
I’m gonna miss staying in Mughal for sure.

Was patronized by Diana and Hassan. Amazing service and sure as heaven fun. We are coming back. Hope you will remember us. And we loved the pool, onion rings and darts!! Hehehehe

Breakfast option through the menu,no buffet system as they said when there is more gust like 40 people in house then they will arrange the buffet
I think because of painting at the property, I saw cockroaches at the bathroom but never complained as I understand it's come out because of painting smell.
I booked room with a child, but I have to ask for pillow and quilt for child then they provide

Went to socials to eat. Not busy at all. Ordered chicken stroganoff and beef goulash. Very tasty. Good portion. Ran out of tissues....no napkins just a tissue box. Waitress brought one from another table and out came a cockroach. One is unlucky, but then there was a second larger one ambling across the wall behind my friend. I was freaked out. I was told the storeroom had been locked for a month and only just reopened! But I imagine opened boxes were in the store to make cosy homes for these pests! I'm not rushing back to revisit.

One of the best things about this hotel is its reasonable pricing, making it a great choice for budget travelers. I highly recommend it for those looking for an affordable yet comfortable stay.
However, I noticed that the pool washroom was not well-maintained, and there were quite a few mosquitoes in the area, which could be improved.
Overall, it's a good place to stay if you're looking for budget-friendly accommodation with decent facilities.

Extremely unhygienic place to stay in.
We asked for extra towels, and one of them had a big hole in the middle with hair strands in it. This is unacceptable and disgusting for someone staying at the hotel.
The apartments are not maintained well. The room we checked had cockraches in it and curtains were all broken as well.

It was a great experience for us. The front staff was very nice, accommodating and efficient. The food was also good. Just need to adjust pool timings by allowing till 9pm and begin a little early(say by 7). Rest everything is nice. Just update your wares a bit.

I booked through booking.com, with significant taxes and charges. When I arrived at the front desk, they claimed some additional accommodation fee must be paid to them. This has never happened to me with a UAE hotel before. Booking.com is clear that *nothing extra* should be charged that isn't stated upfront. But the other policy related to this booking was no refund, later confirmed by booking.com CS. So, initially, no room (because I refused to pay anything additional) and no genuine possibility of a refund. After I spent approximately 2 hours in a hot and humid lobby, trying unsuccessfully to get through to booking.com, with a friend on the phone to the manager, he agreed to waive the charge. As I checked in, the receptionist then informed me there would be no running water after 8am the next morning due to government inspection of water tanks. So about 275dhs the first day for a room with no running water.

What a welcoming hotel to stay. We arrived early but there was no issue with us checking in early(the receptionist was very helpful)and were kindly taken to our room by a polite young man who brought in our bags.
Rooms are comfortable and clean and well equipped with everything you need for your stay. We decided to visit the pool and were welcomed by a lovely young man called Nuwan who couldn’t have been more helpful. He explained about the pool depths and the jacuzzi and offered us towels but we had our own. The pool is so relaxing and we could have stayed there all day. Nuwan took the time to talk to us and advised us on the restaurants close by and in the hotel and the best way to get to the beach. Thank you Nuwan you are a credit to this hotel.

The front desk staff were very friendly and hospitable.
Life guards were vigilant and professional.
It was a day well enjoyed with family.
The only issue was in the washroom, it was not cleaned properly and the shower room had a defective lock (ladies washroom).
