No towels no support rooom is not clean . Not recomended at all

I don't recommend it for the family. They only allow visitors if they don't pass by reception so it's not secure enough.

The experience was terrible, there were cockroaches running about in the kitchen, about which they did nothing even on notifying. The fridge was out of order, but they did change when we complained. Had to beg for towels, they kept on saying the hotel is full so do not have enough.

I can give 3 stars for cleanness, location and hotel environment, otherwise all are worst including staff behavior worsen, hotel atmosphere is not friendly and not even cooperative that is very disappointing.

Good location but unfortunately the hotel is very dirty,,bad services when you call them no one response and if they answer no one will come ,no towels, no refrigerator in the kitchen
No extra pillow or bed cover, bathrooms dirty and water coming on the floor moreover they quarreled with us because we late after 12 O’clock although we arrived after 4 the previous day
No respect in dealing with customers

Stayed there for one month along with my family while I started a new job. I rented the apartment through third party agency who had a contract with the hotel.

Apartments were quite big with lots of space but furniture was very basic and old. Bathrooms and kitchen were also very basic with old appliances which hardly in working condition.

Lots of disturbance as so many people ringing door bell who were supposed to go some other room. We had this problem almost every other morning.

Room service was okay but always have to struggle with towels and toiletries. Cleaners always complain that they don't get enough supplies from the company to cater for the rooms.

We rented a two bedroom apartment and I literally had to beg and fight to get one additional Access card because they insist to give me only one access card.

Location is a bit convinient between Nesto market and Sahara Mall and very close to Dubai border which you can cross on foot.

Management is very poor and it's almost impossible to get something if you request them only one time... You have to beg and fight for it. Like I have to ask for an iron and iron board and after several requests I got the iron but not iron board and then again after several requests over the period of one week, they have me iron board which was so small that I initially thought that may be it's just a toy.

Restaurant was also not very good and they always insist of cash payment instead of card payments.
