Excellent location, 5 minutes to walk to Tirana downtown (skenderbeu place), large and comfortable rooms, bar and live music all night long, wellness and spa is clean and well equipped, nice people, enjoyed the stay, thank you Rosa Blu.

The most suitable hotel for romantic surprises! At a great price I got a romantic package for my partner's birthday, which, in addition to the decor, also included a bottle of wine. The staff listened to me and assisted me in every question or specific request and they were really responsible and did their work with a lot of love. The room was huge, the spa fantastic. EVERYTHING PERFECT!

Ideal hotel for family holidays!
The breakfast buffet was abundant almost like lunch. The price of the family room was very economical, paying 75 euros for 4 people was a great deal for our family. The kids enjoyed their time in the pool and so did the adults. What I would emphasize besides the good price was the cleanliness in all the premises. The kindness of the staff was really an added value. They helped us with every request we had. If you want an option in the center of Tirana, with reasonable prices compared to similar structures around, this hotel is the best solution for you.

One of the best hotel experiences I have encountered in Tirana. Fantastic prices for a structure that offers a diversity of facilities. Spa & Pool included in the price of the room, restaurant with fantastic cooking, impressive views where you can find a wide range of wines at prices you've never heard of. Very dedicated and efficient staff, it's rare to find places that offer so much and don't bother you financially. I'm doing this review because I'm shocked by the negative comments about this place, which really has nothing to compare with the price ratio and what you get in exchange!

Problem:
- Air Conditioner did not work while we where there. It was annoying trying to sleep like that. No solution came from the staff.
- Internet: slow.
Room:
OK, it had a very weird smell which was annoying, decoration is questionable, some things where not exactly cleaned (shower).
However room was big, jacuzzy in the room was OK.
Breakfast:
Good.
Receptionist Lady:
Not friendly and a bit rude.
IT Guy:
Definitely rude to coworkers. Not good at all.

I would stay in another hotel without jacuzzy/big room as long as it has air conditioner + did not smell weird.I would not come again though, since my priorities are having an AC

This is the best hotel I have stayed in whilst in Tirana. The rooms are huge and well equipped. There was a jacuzzi in the room, wide screen smart TV, huge beds, tables and mini bar, a spa on site and a range of other amenities. There was a helpful city guide available and nearby were many cafes and restaurants. Opposite they have a supermarket and upstairs a restaurant overlooking the city and mountains. Staff are friendly and helpful and the food was excellent. Overall I highly recommend to others and will be coming to stay again.
