The staff was very friendly they provided good information and suggested some restaurants. The ladies from breakfast were also very helpful. The parking service was very good and we had a very nice view. The hotel is far from the center if you don't have a car but it's close to the airport. The bathroom had a bit of mold and the door of the shower unit was missing so we were only able to close one side but this caused the entire bathroom to be wet.

The hotel itself is a modern, clean, and comfortable haven. My room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with all the amenities one could need, including a comfortable bed, a great rain shower, and effective soundproofing to ensure a peaceful night's sleep. The attention to detail in the room's upkeep was evident, and it was a pleasure to return to a pristine space each day.

While the hotel is located a bit outside the immediate city center, this wasn't a drawback at all. In fact, it's in a convenient area with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, and a short taxi or bus ride gets you to the main attractions like Skanderbeg Square and the National Historical Museum in just a few minutes. The hotel also offers free private parking, which is a huge plus if you're traveling by car.

Recommended only if you're passing through. It looks like a nice hotel, but it needs some updating. Pros: the parking, proximity to the airport, the varied breakfast, and the friendliness of the staff, especially the receptionist who offered us extra water and coffee. Cons: the room curtains didn't have blackout or soundproofing. The night shift staff was annoyed and hasty. The room was clean, but not spotless. To sum up, book only for short stays without too many expectations.

Everything was perfect, the room was clean, staff was very kind and they also had a driver that put our car to their garage. Breakfast was fresh and tasty too. Just 3km away from the city center, this is the best hotel that you can find in Tirana. I will definitely choose Light Hotel again.

I’ve been there many times because its a hotel near the city and the stuff is good. But the rooms are not clean . There is hair all over the room and especially at the bathroom that is important to be clean. Also the cleaning ladies don’t change the duvet covers after every client and there are all over dirt and other peoples hair… if more importance was given to cleanliness, this hotel would be one of the best in the area.Also is a little bit expensive just for a room and a parking lot.

The staff is really friendly. Lona, Mario and the other workers are really friendly and nice people.always smiling and ready to help.
Cleaning was great. You get fresh pillow covers and towels every day. The ladys from the cleaning are sweethearts
Breakfast was very nice. You had a lot of options and the taste was good
The neighborhood is very safe and has a lot of cafés around the corner. The view is nice.
Overall a great hotel. We were very pleased with our stay. We stayed for 11 nights and we would like to stay here again if we ever come back to tirana.

This hotel is a real danger.
Elevator broken, although it can accommodate only 3 people, if by chance the guest only reads the notice inside the elevator, it simply falls, with the doors open. My daughter, as soon as we read the notice, tried to leave and the only reason she didn't get stuck between the floors was because my husband was quick enough to pull her into the elevator. An overloaded elevator is not supposed to fall, much less with open doors, it simply does not move and an audible warning is issued.
The tile used on the bathroom floor, even the one inside the shower, is slippery and not suitable for the floor. The shower is clogged and a shower is enough to flood the bathroom. The cleanliness of the bedding is not perfect.
We chose this hotel due to the reviews it has on booking, but it did not meet our expectations.
However, I leave a compliment to all the staff who are super friendly.

I stayed for 2 weeks in light hotel the reception is kind Very nice and clean and the receptionist was amazing kind In the morning we had a breakfast Was amazing They served for you and the lady was very kind and helpful I'll give this hotel 1 to 10 The staff is very kind and the hotel is spotless nice and clean and the food is amazing Thank you very much for all Light hotel staf⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
