BreakFree Diamond Beach

A lot of improvement is needed, rooms are dirty and have carpet stains, curtains and shower door broken, sliding doors didn't lock properly. Phone wasn't working, this was randomly repaired on our 3rd day without notice, I wasn't happy about a trades person entering the room without our knowledge (we weren't there at the time) mess and cut wires were left on the ground for my 2 year old daughter to find. A loud fan going on and off above our room kept me awake at m often at night. It's a shame as this place has the potential to be a decent establishment.

The rooms definitely need some TLC. The beds were so uncomfortable my back hurt for days. The pools needed cleaning, especially the small pool with the water fall beside the warm spa. It was so filthy there was mould growing. I wouldn't stay here again.

The place needs a good clean. Theirs mould on the curtains and it’s black mould .
The decks aren’t clean leaves everywhere . The sliding doors need a good clean as well. For the price you pay it’s not worth it. It’s really disappointing. I am not sure if management has changed or not but it’s a let down.
