Booked this apartment last minute when booking in another location fell through. After booking I saw the reviews and was quite concerned.

From my perspective the negative reviews were largely unfounded.

The location was fine if you want to be on the Southbank. 15 minute walk to Melbourne Event Centre, Crown Casino, 25 to DFO for retail therapy.

Staff checking in were attentive and really helpful. The staff were helpful anytime we needed any assistance, two minor issues with the room were remedied immediately upon advising them. Room was unusual shape the bedroom door did not close unless you moved the bed, but functioned well, was well appointed and clean.

Swimming pool was a bit of a let down, it is smaller than it appears in the photos, and can get crowded given the size of the complex (two towers at 40 floors each).

Lifts were a little slow, there are only 2 per tower which seems a little light, but this must be the standard in Victoria.

Great experience staying at this place. We’re on the 30th floor and the view was spectacular. Walking distance to CBD and free tram area. The pool was good too, not full of chlorine like most other pools instead had a salt water vibe like the beach. Minor issue with the cleaning however was easily fixed when we notified reception. If you are looking for a non-traditional hotel that gives you that apartment vibe with everything you’ll be needing down to washing machine/dryer, this is the place.

We arrived a little bit early for check-in this morning but received the most beautiful warm greeting and smile from Lisa on reception. Lisa was very helpful and most reassuring. An available room was soon found and we were most grateful to have not been turned away with our large suitcases. High five and congratulations for employing such an efficient and respectful member of staff. We were very impressed by Lisa's professionalism. Great start to our holiday, thank you Lisa and thank you Imagine Marco!

The room was a two bedroom apartment. It was roomy, well appointed, and could easily be used as accommodation for a longer stay
It was in an area of Melbourne that seemed tucked away in maze of roads and freeways. This did not affect the property, and it was a short Uber ride to many of Melbourne's attractions.
The car park was convenient and cheap. The hotel has no catering facilities such as a restaurant or coffee shop, at least I didn't see any. That's more to let you know, rather than a criticism.
The room rate was very reasonable, and the room was impeccably clean.
I would recommend this to anyone.

Couldn't fault this place! And I am a tough critic.

Room with a view. Had a washer and dryer. Bathroom and kitchen were clean. Lounge was comfortable. Location is good. Staff are friendly and easy-going.
