A few issues of the actual room itself, which we've raised to the Manager so hopefully it's rectified for the next Guest

Smart TV not working, main bedroom window did not close properly, beds not made, rubbish not cleared and oven light broken.

We did stay during the busiest Christmas week so the staffs were trying their best.

Chinese travelers, a heads-up: I don't recommend housekeeping here. Seriously, take my advice. You might catch a glimpse of hot air balloons in the morning sometimes, but the rooms facing the street are really noisy.

The stay was a great disappointment. The basic amenities were not maintained properly. It was winter the temperature was below 10 degrees celsius the living room window latch is faulty resulted in slightly ajar and cold wind leaking into the room we tried to close the door between the living room and bed room to prevent the leaking cold winds blowing into the bed room but too bad the door was faulty it could not close. Few other amenities were faulty the living room TV got no signal and the bed room safe is faulty not able to lock. We reported this and asked for a room change unfortunately they told us the room was fully booked they will have someone to fix the faulty amenities for us. But I got to give credit to them, they did remedy the faulty windows latch and door, also fix the TV signal when we are back in the late evening. Well, it's not the guest responsibilities to pre check the basic amenities and the hotel management should have SOP replacement plan for contingency like this and not have a sellout room. For me I would not stay again for sure. Thanks.
