We had an incredible stay celebrating our wedding anniversary. The team welcomed us with open arms, and the check-in process was seamless. The staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive. A big thank you to Oliver for the guided tour of the hotel and taking care of our luggage. Our room was elegantly appointed and immaculately clean and thoughtfully designed, the bedding was plush and comfortable. The location was perfect for a weekend away, and the breakfast was delicious. It was the perfect blend of luxury and warmth – we couldn't have asked for more!

Had a pleasant stay in this hotel for my birthday. My room was upgraded and received a card, bottle of rosè, little bag of chocolate. Thank you so much! Will definitely visit again. :)

My wife and I had a 3 night staycation over Easter. We had one of the amazing ocean terrace rooms. Perfectly spacious for a 4 day stay with both indoor and outdoor dining.
We love the new look. The local is simply incredible to enjoy the beach, Manly and venture into the city for an explore and shop.
One of the best hotel buffet breakfasts I’ve had. Friendly staff.
I will definitely plan another staycation there. Thanks so much for a really great stay

Positives:
- Attentive and approachable staff at the reception
- Staff accommodating to guest's needs
- Excellent view if staying in the villa / beach view rooms
- Practical with amenities and caring with cleanliness in the rooms
- Great Breakfast bar with buffet style food.

Negatives:
- Small swimming pool in an outdoor setting. Can be packed with guests at times
- Noise proofing between rooms could be better. I had difficulty sleeping due to TV noise from my neighbour
- If you are driving a SUV, moving your car in the hotel parking can be challenging as it was very narrow.
- Not enough parking spaces in the hotel

From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel welcome. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. The rooms were elegant, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped. We especially loved the little details – from the curated art pieces to the plush bedding. The location was ideal for exploring the city, and the breakfast was a real highlight. A perfect mix of luxury and warmth.

My friend and I had an overnight stay at the Manly Pacific Hotel for her birthday. Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade. The birthday cake and champagne another wonderful surprise! In the evening we enjoyed a lovely dinner at Bistro Manly followed by cocktails at Cibaria Trattoria. Both restaurants conveniently located downstairs. The buffet breakfast at Bistro Manly is divine - a tip its worth a trip to Manly to enjoy the breakfast with view of the beach. We were so impressed by the high level of service shown to us by the Hotel and Restaurant staff. A big thank you to Manly Pacific Hotel for our room upgrade, the wonderful facilities at your beautiful hotel and the truly exceptional service your staff provided to us during our stay we really did feel like VIPs.

The hotel ticks a lot of boxes, clean modern rooms, pool and steam room, and in the best location, very central over looking the beach. The hotel has just had a refurbishment, very tidy with a good bar and restaurant on the ground floor. Only slight negative, front dest - check in could be better and a bit more friendly.
If you want to stay in Manly, this hotel is your best choice, the other main hotel is way down at the end of the beach.

Hotel was nice with nice rooftop pool, onsite restaraunts, our hotel was enough for a ling weekend away with our kids, loved the big balcony. Only issue was bathroom didnt have a fan so it tended to steam up. Also back door to balcony was hard to lock only my hubby could do it. Ovrrall happy with the stay though.

Excellent location. Close to everything. Friendly staff. Good size room. We booked superior room with two big bed. Easily fitted our family of two adult and two kids.
Housekeeping could be improved. Overall room is clean but lacked attention to details. Eg some surfaces are dusty. Carpet can do with some attentive vacuuming. Used bathrobes could be hang up or folded. Not simply left on the chair unfolded.
