I ordered an executive room, but it turned out to be a twin room with 0.8 single beds, which were very light. There was no water in the room, and there was a power outage. It rained one day when we stayed there, and the bathroom roof leaked. When I went to the toilet, water dripped all over my feet.
I couldn't sleep at night because the noise outside was very loud. The so-called swimming pool downstairs was a very small pool, so dirty that I couldn't put water in it. I wanted to check out, but I had to stay for another two nights before I could refund, which meant I had to stay for three nights in total. I almost got depressed after changing hotels.

The front desk service was very good and the location was easy to find. It might be because the price of 160AU/night in the off-season was better than many apartments, so we moved here after staying in the apartment for 4 nights. It should be noted that the check-out time is early, which is 9:00-10:00 local time, and the check-in time needs to be after 14:00

Nice stay in a clean room. It is close to the train and bus which makes transport to the city easy. Only downside was the wifi. Of the 4 nights we only had wifi 1 night.

The staff were friendly, and it was pretty quiet. The room was also nice, however the shower had big gaps for water to escape, there was some hair left on the drain and the shower toiletries were empty.

The overall stay experience is good, and the price/performance ratio is quite high. The room facilities are very new and clean. The front desk service attitude is very good and they also help to call a taxi. It is a 15-minute walk from the Chinese district Chatswood, and there is a bus stop next to it. Recommended.

This hotel has meticulous service and clean and comfortable rooms. It is conveniently located and surrounded by many delicious foods. I will choose this hotel again next time!

It's about fifteen minutes' walk nearby. The transportation to the food market and supermarket is pretty good, and there are bus stops and subway stations nearby. The cleaning lady is friendly. General service at the front desk is OK. If you need to do computer work, you can lift it up and place the computer wherever you want.
