Great hotel with even more amazing Spa. Balinese masseuses are the best! The spa is clean, spacious and very cozy. It offers a lot of different therapies and massages. Definitely recommended. The hotel itself it's great, it has many food outlets, outdoor swimming pools, private beach and golf course naturally, but the spa is it's best feature.

Comfortable and incredibly spacious rooms. The hotel condition is ridiculously expensive!!!! This is the best value for money hotel. This is the best hotel for off-season golf trips.

Nice place to have few days in Balchik, close to Botanical Garden and Castle. A little to far from Balchik centre and beach. Room was small but cosy and clean enough. What we didn’t like was the strange smell inside when you enter the room - like sime chemicals. Breakfast is ok, same food or with very small variatios. Not very friendly with vegans. Coffee is not drinkable …

Lovely hotel with nice pool and kids zone. If you are looking for really quiet place in June that’s your choice. Season there starts quite late and is real quiet but for us was exactly what we wanted.

The hotel is a very cozy and wonderful place, far from the typical hustle and bustle of the sea. With a large garden, private parking at the hotel (and free for guests). The breakfast was very good, everything was fresh. The room is large, spacious and clean.

The hotel rooms is big and clean! The breakfast is buffet and is very good and tested! The outdoor swimming is big, and is very quiet and relaxing. The children have indoor playground and outdoor! The hotel have our parking and enough place for cars!

I've been there in late May last year, during off-season. The personnel was extremely friendly, especially the cook who spoiled us and the chief-of-staff lady! We enjoyed very much the backyard which is in fact a park and the relaxing and peaceful view, with birdsong as the only 'noise'! Also, the furniture has a distinctive, classic design.

Good low-cost option for Balchik. They have breakfast, air conditioning, freezer, and hot water showers at 95 leva (~50 Euros) for a double room. It’s the perfect stay for a family vacation. It’s close to the Botanical Garden and all the best restaurants. The staff is very helpful and friendly. And the view from our room was the best. The pool is very clean and perfect for families with children.

I'm not sure the pictures match the reality, it wasn't "all inclusive" when I stayed, the restaurant and the pool was not working, so "no inclusive". The rooms are basic but the position next to the palace and the gardens more than makes up for it's previous mentioned shortfalls.

Nice place with all what you need for a nice sitting. The staff very polite and the food very good and diversity on menu. The room big and the price a very good value ( all inclusiv).We really had a nice time!

stayed for twelve days in may.2013. the hotel is being updated and the room we had was excellent, the staff are very helpful and the manager/owner will arrange all trips,taxis and any visits you should need most enjoyable stay and look forward to visiting again

Excellent hotel with a very good restaurant attached. Good food, good prices, Shepard's salad, mussels and sprot a must try, BBQ also very good even though there aren't many dishes. Also very good priced, much better than other restaurants in the area.

Lovely restaurant by the sea. Food was great, the service was great, our waiter Vasil was amazing, he's not only an amazing waiter but also a great entertainer.

Everything is just great for us, like years ago, and next year is booked. Perfect location, everything easy, very clean, employees very nice.

The hotel has all de facilities you need : free parking spot, spacious rooms, very close to a private beach area ( you have to pay en extra cost for a chaislounge and an umbrella) and bars to have a drink! We had half board included, the breakfast was ok despite the dinner which was very poor!

We love this hotel and have been many times.....I think about 10 times in the last 2 , and we didn't go last year as we couldn't travel due to Covid-19. It's not a deluxe hotel but totally fantastic for us. A family run hotel and the staff are just so lovely! An amazing view from the front rooms.

Decent place with nice pool and building. The bathroom needs some improvements as the water does not flush properly and the instalation is old. We did not stay at the hotel, but we had some fabulous dinners at the restaurant. We wondered in accidentaly and we did not go anywhere else for the rest of our holiday in Balchik. Sparkly clean, big room, extremly nice and helpfull hosts. They smile a lot. In the bathroom there is no shower cabin or a curtain, you wash directly on the floor of the bath, but it'll do. During the high season, might be noise from the street as the hotel in very central. 3 min walk from restaurants and shopping area.

It's such a mellow and zen place to stay! The rooms are so nice and there's terraces for almost every room, not to forgot they serve breakfast every morning (homemade!! Even for vegans like me 😊). The location is nice, you can see the beach from your balcony and the stars at night. To finish it off, there's even a bar and a good place for kids to run around.

Nice cheap hotel, kinda great view, quite far from Balcic, half way to Albena, close to the Gardens; what is not good at all are the bathrooms; all rooms have only 2 beds and the view from the balcony rarely reachs the sea; restaurant stake house nearby and also a supermarket; get the homemade breakfast, it's great!

Rooms not so clean. Our fridge was full of mold and the cleaning lady came and clened with with a basic cloth (did not look clean at the end), smelled sooo bad. Also, we saw a bug in the room. The cleaning lady was doing a lot of noise, always knocking things. Very close to the small beach and close to markets.

Family room with 2 bedrooms was big enough for 4 persons. Restaurant was basic good, and breakfast was good everyday. Took rental car from airport wich helped moving around. Using taxi would have been quite costly.

Very nice hotel in the center of Balchik promenade. Friendly staff and very good price. The room is big. The only problem was with bathroom design: no separation between toilet and shower.

The studio is comfy. There was enough space for a family of four. The sea view is questionable because there is a hotel across the street. Clean place, friendly staff and a lovely receptionist who is quite helpful. Working hours of the front desk: 8-17 h.

This hotel is an excelent place to rest. It is situate în right center of Balchik, very close to change office, bank, ATM. All the rooms has a magnificent view to Black Sea. The room we have was clean, with fridge, AC, TV, balcony. We eat to Deva terrace, 5 - 6 minutes away. Very taste and cheap food, and very friendly personell. We will visit this place surely.
