Lovely hotel with nice pool and kids zone. If you are looking for really quiet place in June that’s your choice. Season there starts quite late and is real quiet but for us was exactly what we wanted.

Nice place, clean room, good view to pool and the town. Quite and relaxing. They rent bikes which is great. Food is quite dietetic with vegetables, eggs and cheese, not too much meat which was good for us.

I laughed myself to tears seeing my dad jumping in the pool and my mom grabbing to my watermelon floatie for life :)) It was a much needed break and I loved the little beach from Balchik for sunset, but during the day we’ve spent most of the time at the pool

The place has nice views, a beautiful pool. The rooms are spacious but not great. The Bathroom was not the best, the bed was not comfortable and the bedding was bad

We spend a week with family in Paradise Blue. Hotel offers a food that is very good quality. - this is very difficult to find on Black Sea coast. Management and staff were very helpful and ready to satisfy our whims

I would say best value - you get everything you need for moderate price. Not perfect, no luxury, but it is worth the money. Food is good and divers with Balcan accents

For a 3 star hotel the services were great. They offer all inclusive, and you get 3 free meals a day, pool access, beach lounger access, free bar and snacks, kids programs. The food was good and fruits fresh

I'm glad I was at the Hotel Kompass in Albena, Bulgaria. The service at the restaurant ,, all inclusive " and the staff, the accommodation, the place... it's very nice. Almost is great... I felt great!

The only downside is that you had to force them to clean the rooms, and you have to pay for loungers mattress

You can also get wine, beer and fresh fruits - kitchen is clearly well functioning comparing to other places. The only draw back for me was that the beach is a bit too far, but it took me no more than 8min to get there

It's a friendly resort with a good position near the sea. Rooms (studio) are nice and big with a balcony that has a nice sea view. I do recommend the ones with private pool included

We had a pleasant holiday at White Lagoon and especially appreciated the excellent location, directly on the beach with easy access to the sea

Northern black seeside restaurants are well known for their fish soup. It was recommended by a local person but. if you wish to eat good fish soup do not go there

The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The general atmosphere was one of a true holiday, away from everyday worries. I highly recommend White Lagoon to anyone who wants an unforgettable experience!

14 days we are here, 2 adults + 2 Kids 4 years old in one room. This hotel is the best choice for families. Food is very delicious, stuff is friendly. The hotel is not the newest but, it is in good condition

Honestly a great hotel. There are TONS of stuff to do in general. Tennis areas, shops, markets, horse riding, even a night disco (some nights). Food is pretty good and the beach is nice and clean.

This year they decided to change the staff with people from Asian countries and the guys from Kazakhstan were excellent, smily and ok. But they also changed the kitchen staff with Turkish chefs and whatever they were

The food was horrible looking, horrible tasting and the Turkish preparators made sure you do not eat too much of the good stuff since there was very little. It was poverty line food lines

I stayed in this hotel June 2024. The location is ok for a beach,otherwise there is nothing around. Food a bit boring,not big choice. The hotel is old and needs complete refurbisment n updating from outside n insids too

If I pay for 4 stars hotel,I expect to pick up a bin every day n make the bed n sweep floors,instead they told me they dont do it. The staff wasnt friendly n very rude too

I went at the end of June 2022, a family with 2 children. The location is excellent, right on the beach. The natural reservation next to the hotel ensures an excellent coolness in the rooms

It's not a 4 star hotel persay, but still a very good experience, and it's literally right next to the beach!

My 6th time at this hotel it's rasy, friendly and clean. You get what you pay for. Expecting a 5 star hotel then find somewhere where you pay 5 star prices.

All in all, we felt good, but I think there is a great potential there that is not exploited. Cleaning and some urgent repairs would improve this. And, answering emails would also improve the relationship with the client

It is a 3-star hotel, by no means a 5-star hotel. The rooms look good, they are spacious, but the cleanliness leaves much to be desired, the bathroom fills with water every time you shower and the toilet bowl moves

The food was the minus and the level of English of the staff, doing their best to communicate but clearly lacking even the basic knowledge

I visited Therma ECO Village in October 2023, after the main season – most of the hotels in the area were already closed, so I could enjoy pure nature and empty beaches near the hotel

The beaches are clear and calm, the staff is wonderfully accommodating. They try their best to give you the best experience. The food was good and there was a lot of variety

There is also a lot of nature in addition to the sport camps. The lady at the Palace Front desk, Irena was amazing. She knew everything and did her best to make your stay wonderful! My wife and I loved our stay

People are also very direct, very different culture here. It is a very nice hotel and everyone is friendly and tries their best. This is mainly a sports training camp/hotel

We are a family of 6 with 2 teenagers and elderly parents and had an absolutely wonderful stay at Therma Palace! The all-inclusive package made everything so easy and enjoyable with a great variety

There are two hotels at this place to stay at. Therma Palace and Therma Village. If you want to be with the kids stay at the Village. If you want quiet parents time, stay at Therma Palace

My daughter came to a skating camp here. My wife and I tagged along to this hotel. Don’t expect American standards. It’s hard to compare because things are so different in Bulgaria

Everything was ok, as in the pictures, there are small problems that you can overlook (weak wifi in the rooms, smell of drain in the bathroom (a common problem in Kranevo)

The bathroom is sufficient, there is a problem with the cold water pressure, less so with the hot water, with higher consumption in the hotel, the water almost stops

There is a supermarket right in front of the hotel and a lot of good restaurants in the area. The swimming pool area is lovely with designated small pool for the kids but there is no bar

Very clean rooms and bathrooms! Very spatious and comfy. Underground parking so your car is safe and far from heat. Restaurant food not so great but friendly stuff! Only problem may occur with the noise due to thin walls

We stayed at the Belle View hotel as a couple in a double room with balcony located on the 4th floor overlooking the garden and pool. The room was spacious, with twin comfortable beds and a clean bathroom

The location was convenient, not more than 5-7 minutes’ walk to a beautiful beach with all sorts of sunbeds and umbrellas, with rates from 18 to 30 leva/set, consisting of 2 sunbeds and one umbrella

Breakfast was ok, with cold meat, eggs (omlette or fried), fresh vegetables, fresh fruit, cereals with milk and various sweets and pastry; I wouldn’t recommend the coffee or the juice there
