The hotel is a very cozy and wonderful place, far from the typical hustle and bustle of the sea. With a large garden, private parking at the hotel (and free for guests). The breakfast was very good, everything was fresh. The room is large, spacious and clean.

The hotel rooms is big and clean! The breakfast is buffet and is very good and tested! The outdoor swimming is big, and is very quiet and relaxing. The children have indoor playground and outdoor! The hotel have our parking and enough place for cars!

The hotel is very good, clean and comfortable! The breakfast is included in price and is very good. We have for welcome bottle of wine. Everyday we have water and coffee free of charge in room. The spa is very good.

I've been there in late May last year, during off-season. The personnel was extremely friendly, especially the cook who spoiled us and the chief-of-staff lady! We enjoyed very much the backyard which is in fact a park and the relaxing and peaceful view, with birdsong as the only 'noise'! Also, the furniture has a distinctive, classic design.

Nice looking hotel BUT, very bad hygiene in the rooms and in the restroom of the restaurant. There is black mold and ants in the fridge in the room. Soul in the bathroom does not work. The food is nice. The pool is clean. The staff is very nice and friendly

Cons: linen from the bunk bed was not changed when we first arrived, floor sweeped only in the middle of the room, glass staines on the table, no green areas with shade. Once again, I am ending my one-month stay at the Sandy Beach Hotel in Albena resort. Again, I am very satisfied with my entire stay, and I would like to pay special attention to the management and especially for the responsiveness and attention the hotel manager Kamen Dechev gives to each visitor. There was never a time when I approached him with a problem and it was not resolved.

The hotel is quite nice, very close to the beach. Rooms are clean, air-conditioned. Big problem is the all inclusive system and most of the guests. I've seen couples or small families stuffing a complete table with tons of food which, that physically is impossible to eat otherwise their belly would literally expolde so plenty of food ends up as waste. The all-inclusive is great - food is on the level of Turkish all-inclusive. The rooms are very spacious, cleaned daily, and renovated. The beach is huge and the hotel is right next to it.

Good kitchen and swimming pools. Good location first line sea side. But the look of the hotel from outside is not very luxory. Not as luxury as Silver Beach resort in Byala for example.

Restaurant is not so good. Northern black seeside restaurants are well known for their fish soup. Unfortunately not this one. It was recommended by a local person but...if you wish to eat good fish soup do not go there. There are plenty of pizzas, salads and other "traditional" stuff. Enojy!

I stayed at the villa, bad choice. They need hard cleaning and remodeling. But everything else was amazing. The food is great, the beach is great, the Aquapark is amazing for children especially. I loved walking down in the evening. Primasol is very beautiful in general to spend a vacation. I would definitely come back but I will stay at one of the hotels this time :)

Nice smiling staff. Renovated, clean and spacious room as well as the stylish bathroom. Wifi works with login/password. Delicious breakfast. Beautiful view from the room, which also has some kitchen facilities and a pretty balcony. Restaurants in something 5 minutes walking from the hotel.

The entire hotel is clean and cosy. The staff is very clients oriented. The swimming poll is large, clean and the water was warm. Good food, daily preparated.

Algara is a very cozy, family friendly resort. It's the third year that we comeback for the view, personal and atmosphere. We really recommend it.

The resort offers plenty of ok services, amenities and activities but doesn't really excel at anything. The only exceptions to this are the entertainment team(s) and the evening shows which are pretty great.
