Nice place with all what you need for a nice sitting. The staff very polite and the food very good and diversity on menu. The room big and the price a very good value ( all inclusiv).We really had a nice time!

I've been there in late May last year, during off-season. The personnel was extremely friendly, especially the cook who spoiled us and the chief-of-staff lady! We enjoyed very much the backyard which is in fact a park and the relaxing and peaceful view, with birdsong as the only 'noise'! Also, the furniture has a distinctive, classic design.

Nice looking hotel BUT, very bad hygiene in the rooms and in the restroom of the restaurant. There is black mold and ants in the fridge in the room. Soul in the bathroom does not work. The food is nice. The pool is clean. The staff is very nice and friendly

I ate the best eggplant salad here. Dishes are good and service the same. Didn't stay at the hotel because everytime when I was in Balchik was a day trip, but I take in consideration to stay few days here in the future as the view offered by the hotel is awesome (it is in the front of the Black sea) and, also, it has a nice spa.

Very comfortable Hotel close to Queen Maria of Romania's summer Palace & even closer to the sea. We had superb views of the sea from our balcony, which was large enough for us to sit out comfortably. Staff were lovely & we ate at the Hotel's restaurant every evening as the food was excellent. Definitely going back next year 😍

The rooms are a little oldschool/outdated but they are clean and the beds are relatively comfortable. The location of the hotel is great. Air conditioning works well which is a huge plus for the rooms that are located on the front which have sun almost all day.

Albena is one of the rare Bulgarian Black sea resorts for families with kids - nice, clean, lots of animation for everyone (kids to grownups), food and drinks are various and taste good. It was a real vacation full of rest and fun for the whole family.

Even though it was very quiet all the staff went out of their way to make sure we were well looked after,been 4 times before & the only 'complaint' was no bacon at breakfast & the food not quite up to previous years but overall very good.

Perfect location, close to the large sandy beach. Good food, the drinks are local - included to all inclusive programm. The import ones are paid. The waiters was russian speaking, but they understood english or bulgarian as well. The only problem in whole Albena compex is the car parking. I never succeed to find a free parking space less thar 300 m from the hotel.

Warm sand, bright sun and a sea with doesn't come anywhere close to the bitter cold of the the North sea - what's not to love? I know it's a resort and perhaps not a proper representation of the rest of Bulgaria, but if the country is half, nay a quarter, as nice then Bulgaria rocks!

I stayed at the villa, bad choice. They need hard cleaning and remodeling. But everything else was amazing. The food is great, the beach is great, the Aquapark is amazing for children especially.
