Lovely hotel with nice pool and kids zone. If you are looking for really quiet place in June that’s your choice. Season there starts quite late and is real quiet but for us was exactly what we wanted.

Very disappointed. Within minutes of entering our suite had a list of issues. Safe not working, missing cutlery in kitchen, no slippers, no kettle, very little toilet paper. It is not the best hotel and my room wasn't the cleanest and smelt a bit weird. There is a TV and shower room/toilet and a small fridge and a AC so that's good. There is a pool but on the day I was there I was freeeeezing. But I think this hotel is just a place to stay and the main attraction is what's around the hotel outside like botanical garden and nice shops and beach around.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The service was exceptional as well. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Balchik. I would definitely send a friend there. If the system allowed me here I would give 10 stars than 5. :)

Good low-cost option for Balchik. They have breakfast, air conditioning, freezer, and hot water showers at 95 leva (~50 Euros) for a double room. It’s the perfect stay for a family vacation. It’s close to the Botanical Garden and all the best restaurants. The staff is very helpful and friendly. And the view from our room was the best. The pool is very clean and perfect for families with children.

I'm not sure the pictures match the reality, it wasn't "all inclusive" when I stayed, the restaurant and the pool was not working, so "no inclusive". The rooms are basic but the position next to the palace and the gardens more than makes up for it's previous mentioned shortfalls.

A cheap place to stay. Pay 30 more euros and go nearby to White Rock Castle if you want a way better experience. Friendly staff

The place has nice views, a beautiful pool. The rooms are spacious but not great. The Bathroom was not the best, the bed was not comfortable and the bedding was bad

We spent just one night here unfortunately and the weather was so bad... but the place is beautiful and clean and it looks promising for the next trip.

stayed for twelve days in may.2013. the hotel is being updated and the room we had was excellent, the staff are very helpful and the manager/owner will arrange all trips,taxis and any visits you should need most enjoyable stay and look forward to visiting again

Excellent hotel with a very good restaurant attached. Good food, good prices, Shepard's salad, mussels and sprot a must try, BBQ also very good even though there aren't many dishes. Also very good priced, much better than other restaurants in the area.

- breakfast was good enough and consistent. -the room was clean and there was good water pressure. - It's close to the sea but normal rooms don't have a sea view -there's a disturbing sound , like water dripping which comes out of the cooling device.

Lovely hotel,very comfortable and perfectly located (literally 2 minutes walk to the beach).The staff were very helpful and friendly,also an exellent breakfast.We will definitelly come back, so I would hightly reccomend this hotel to everyone :)

I like it! This hotel has a character. Very nice atmosphere, polite staff, spacious rooms and lots of sunlight. Very good layout, clean and cosy. Close to the beach and the main street where all the restaurants are located - just 5 minutes walk - and it is placed on a very quiet street at the same time. Excellent value for money! If you need a relaxing spot, that is the one. I really recommend it

Went there in august 2020. The free parking is in fact a strip of land across the road paved with rocks; it's free indeed, but anybody can "park" there and there are a lot of locals and visitors coming there during the weekend. The hotel is OK (air conditioning, comfortable beds, good breakfast), but the beach leaves a lot to hope for - seaweed, trash (cigarette butts, waste paper, beverage cans...), sharp rocks... In addition, the roads and pavements leading to Oasis are in bad shape... not recommendable to handicapped or elderly people.

Friendly staff, well cleaned premises and nice atmosphere. Excellent Bulgarian 3 star hotel. Nice pool and possibility to swim in ocean. Well working airconditioning in room. Family room with 2 bedrooms was big enough for 4 persons. Restaurant was basic good, and breakfast was good everyday. Took rental car from airport wich helped moving around. Using taxi would have been quite costly.

The best hotel in Balchik or even in the Black Sea coast! The staff is super friendly, the owners are the best and very accommodating. We had our wedding here and it was an amazing time. Great on all fronts! Very friendly staff, lovely location (in walking distance to the pomerade and lots of restaurants) with direct access to the sea. There is a kids play area with a climbing frame, trampoline, games and a small pool for toddlers or kids that cannot swim. Our room was very clean and tidy daily which was fantastic! I go to Selena every year as it has the perfect location and great food/service. What can be better than a sea view and to be right on Balchick's promenade road, by the sea, few metres away from Queen Maria's Palace ?! It is perfect.
