Great resort and accommodation. Had a 1 bedroom apartment and it was very comfortable. Service is great and breakfast amazing (although must note it's quite unusual to have it start at 8am only). Make sure to book restaurants for diner as gets quite busy during summer season. Only negatives: - blinds in bedrooms are not blocking light properly so everybody was up by 6am. - water in pool was freezing...

Another round of golf for us here in Bulgaria. This time Black Sea Rama. Compare to next course entrance to this one is more surprising and stylish. Love the club house and view. Fantastic Stay. Very clean, wonderful breakfast, great staff, beautiful view of the Black Sea from my balcony. The General Manager, Elena was outstanding. Nice walking path along the water in front of the hotel. Easy to access lounge chairs on the sand.

Relatively new, beautiful hotel. Nice, well organised rooms furnished with all necessary features. Very comfortable beds. The staff consists of well selected and trained profecionals and every boady is ready to assist you if you need something.

A nice hotel, looks as a 5 stars but it may be improved. Big, nice, confortable rooms. Outdoor pools could be heated because in 30 May and 6 September when we were nobody could swim there. Lucky that they have an indoor pool (small one) . I would have expected that sauna is included and does not have to pay extra for it. Breakfast and lunch are buffet. Excellent stay! Hotel is recently opened in June, everything is new and modern. Large room with a large bathroom and balcony, very good cleaning and comfortable bed. Room has everything you need, including good quality cosmetics from Fragonard. Very good food, restaurant is not at all crowded, you can definetly see the difference between this 5 star hotel and the rest of Albena’s 4 and 3 stars hotels...

A nice hotel, friendly staff, great food. Very close to the beach but no swimming pool. No draught beer in the hotel and no English newspapers.

Very helpful, nice and cool staff. Perfect service. The food wasn't bad, nothing exciting. For the guests with children the terraces at the bottom of the corridors can be very nice place to relax after setting the children to sleep. If we come back to Albena we would use this hotel again.

It is a 3-star hotel, by no means a 5-star hotel. The rooms look good, they are spacious, but the cleanliness leaves much to be desired, the bathroom fills with water every time you shower and the toilet bowl moves. The services are 3 stars maximum. There is a coffee machine in the room, but the coffee is for a fee. There are no chopsticks with which to chew your coffee sugar. I arrived at the check...

Overall a nice experience. Accommodation in vila was a very nice surprize( premiere and lux, standard just ok). Facilities are very nice, plenty of pools and the beach easy to reach. The food was the minus and the level of English of the staff, doing their best to communicate but clearly lacking even the basic knowledge. I went for a weekend family trip. On reception I had quite a few demands so I had to speak to the manager Ion Bondar. After our short conversation I received exactly as I wanted as a room and amenities. +++ for this trip, i can recommend it more!!! The service, the restaurant, the views, the beach!!!! It's been 3 days since a hotel employee has been mowing the grass with a moto scythe every day. The noise is terrible. I recommend they use an electric scythe so we don't feel like we're on a construction site. Smoke and noise

We are a family of 6 with 2 teenagers and elderly parents and had an absolutely wonderful stay at Therma Palace! The all-inclusive package made everything so easy and enjoyable with a great variety. Was looking for a pool to use while on Kranevo. The Therma Palace allowed non guests to use the pool and garden areas for a cost of 30 leva. Inside is a pool and 2 wooden jacuzzis. Both were good to use. Outside a pool and a jacuzzi which unfortunately was broken so no bubbles. Lots of sunbeds and canopies outside . Garden was nice to sit in. Had some lunch and drinks while there too for extra charge...

The hotel is a very cozy and wonderful place, far from the typical hustle and bustle of the sea. With a large garden, private parking at the hotel (and free for guests). The breakfast was very good, everything was fresh. The room is large, spacious and clean.

The hotel rooms is big and clean! The breakfast is buffet and is very good and tested! The outdoor swimming is big, and is very quiet and relaxing. The children have indoor playground and outdoor! The hotel have our parking and enough place for cars!

I've been there in late May last year, during off-season. The personnel was extremely friendly, especially the cook who spoiled us and the chief-of-staff lady! We enjoyed very much the backyard which is in fact a park and the relaxing and peaceful view, with birdsong as the only 'noise'! Also, the furniture has a distinctive, classic design.

Cons: linen from the bunk bed was not changed when we first arrived, floor sweeped only in the middle of the room, glass staines on the table, no green areas with shade.
