Great resort and accommodation. Had a 1 bedroom apartment and it was very comfortable. Service is great and breakfast amazing (although must note it's quite unusual to have it start at 8am only). Make sure to book restaurants for diner as gets quite busy during summer season. Only negatives: - blinds in bedrooms are not blocking light properly so everybody was up by 6am. - water in pool was freezing...

Magical place. With captivating atmosphere leading you to enjoy unique cuisine and relax with amazing view. My fav place in eastern Bulgaria.

Greener than the neighbouring Lighthouse Golf&Spa and with a feeling of a more relaxed and closer to nature environment. Of course visited by a lot of Romanian tourists and gold players and a bit crowded in that time of the year (June).

Great villas with amazing views and amenities. Most of the villas are quite spacious with private pools in front. Unfortunately, staff was somewhat unprofessional and slow. Also, it was quite hard to travel within the resort since it is very spread out.

A nice neighborhood, new and clean with offers of good accommodation. It's far from the sea, about 5km. There are several pools in the neighborhood but the water was very cold in august.

Very nice hotel : excellent "quality-price", nice pool (not heated) and delicious restaurant. Rooms are well equipped with large bathroom. Never order a taxing from reception, they double the price ! Instead type "Balchik taxi" on Google and you will find a company. Price to go to Balchik from hotel is 15lv and the hotel asked 30lv !

Excellent stay! Hotel is recently opened in June, everything is new and modern. Large room with a large bathroom and balcony, very good cleaning and comfortable bed. A nice hotel, friendly staff, great food. Very close to the beach but no swimming pool. No draught beer in the hotel and no English newspapers.

Very helpful, nice and cool staff. Perfect service. The food wasn't bad, nothing exciting. For the guests with children the terraces at the bottom of the corridors can be very nice place to relax after setting the children to sleep. If we come back to Albena we would use this hotel again.

It is a 3-star hotel, by no means a 5-star hotel. I went for a weekend family trip. On reception I had quite a few demands so I had to speak to the manager Ion Bondar. Was looking for a pool to use while on Kranevo. The Therma Palace allowed non guests to use the pool and garden areas for a cost of 30 leva. Inside is a pool and 2 wooden jacuzzis. Room cleaning excellent. The downsides were full plates of food being cleared away when we had quickly popped back to the buffet and before we had even started to eat! What a waste! This might sound like the most random review, but this hotel smells amazing! The garden has a lavender alley which has a spectacular aroma drifting around the pool areas. The inside of the hotel and the rooms smell cotton-y and fresh 😄. Other than that the hotel is really cozy and comfortable. Delicious food and friendly staff. Would like to visit again!

The hotel is very good, clean and comfortable! The breakfast is included in price and is very good. We have for welcome bottle of wine. Everyday we have water and coffee free of charge in room. The spa is very good.

I've been there in late May last year, during off-season. The personnel was extremely friendly, especially the cook who spoiled us and the chief-of-staff lady! We enjoyed very much the backyard which is in fact a park and the relaxing and peaceful view, with birdsong as the only 'noise'! Also, the furniture has a distinctive, classic design.

I ate the best eggplant salad here. Dishes are good and service the same. Didn't stay at the hotel because everytime when I was in Balchik was a day trip, but I take in consideration to stay few days here in the future as the view offered by the hotel is awesome (it is in the front of the Black sea) and, also, it has a nice spa.

Very comfortable Hotel close to Queen Maria of Romania's summer Palace & even closer to the sea. We had superb views of the sea from our balcony, which was large enough for us to sit out comfortably. Staff were lovely & we ate at the Hotel's restaurant every evening as the food was excellent. Definitely going back next year 😍

The rooms are a little oldschool/outdated but they are clean and the beds are relatively comfortable. The location of the hotel is great. Air conditioning works well which is a huge plus for the rooms that are located on the front which have sun almost all day.
