Great resort and accommodation. Had a 1 bedroom apartment and it was very comfortable. Service is great and breakfast amazing (although must note it's quite unusual to have it start at 8am only). Make sure to book restaurants for diner as gets quite busy during summer season. Only negatives: - blinds in bedrooms are not blocking light properly so everybody was up by 6am. - water in pool was freezing...

This was our first experience here, and I can say that it was AMAZING. I tried almost the entire menu at the restaurant, including chicken, pork and duck. A nice neighborhood, new and clean with offers of good accommodation. It's far from the sea, about 5km. There are several pools in the neighborhood but the water was very cold in august.

Very nice hotel : excellent "quality-price", nice pool (not heated) and delicious restaurant. Rooms are well equipped with large bathroom. Never order a taxing from reception, they double the price ! Instead type "Balchik taxi" on Google and you will find a company. Price to go to Balchik from hotel is 15lv and the hotel asked 30lv !

Excellent stay! Hotel is recently opened in June, everything is new and modern. Large room with a large bathroom and balcony, very good cleaning and comfortable bed. A nice hotel, friendly staff, great food. Very close to the beach but no swimming pool. No draught beer in the hotel and no English newspapers.

Very helpful, nice and cool staff. Perfect service. The food wasn't bad, nothing exciting. For the guests with children the terraces at the bottom of the corridors can be very nice place to relax after setting the children to sleep. If we come back to Albena we would use this hotel again.

The rooms are very spacious. We had booked an apartment with two bedrooms and a living room which is a great option for family with kids, or if you are a group of more than 2 adults and want to be in an apartment. A hotel between 3 and 4 stars. The breakfast is like a 3 stars hotel and a restaurant that tries to serve you with cogelate fish and some pices of meat. Not recomanded

Very comfortable Hotel close to Queen Maria of Romania's summer Palace & even closer to the sea. We had superb views of the sea from our balcony, which was large enough for us to sit out comfortably. Staff were lovely & we ate at the Hotel's restaurant every evening as the food was excellent. Definitely going back next year 😍

Great hotel, sunny, right in front of marina, clean rooms and bathrooms, friendly staff - they are like elfs, nicely taking care of guests. We come to Balchick for summer holiday every year, and we rediscover its air of royalty.

If you're looking for the best hotel in town, this should be your best choice! Their cáfe works throughout the year and it can be visited not only by hotel guests, but also outter people! Highly recommend!

One of the few hotels open off-season. The staff was nice and the room was clean. Overall it was a very nice experience. The parking was not included but it was pretty cheap.

The hotel is very good, clean and comfortable! The breakfast is included in price and is very good. We have for welcome bottle of wine. Everyday we have water and coffee free of charge in room. The spa is very good.

I've been there in late May last year, during off-season. The personnel was extremely friendly, especially the cook who spoiled us and the chief-of-staff lady! We enjoyed very much the backyard which is in fact a park and the relaxing and peaceful view, with birdsong as the only 'noise'! Also, the furniture has a distinctive, classic design.
