Great hotel with even more amazing Spa. Balinese masseuses are the best! The spa is clean, spacious and very cozy. It offers a lot of different therapies and massages. Definitely recommended. Hotel a bit shabby for its name, definitely needs some maintenance, room smelled a bit musty, but the food was good and the people were OK.

Our hotelroom was great with direct acces to the pool. It was open, clean, great breakfast buffet and great location. The staff in the reception on the other hand could be more open and forthcoming. We stayed for two days and enjoyed the hotel, nice beach and surrounding of Albena very much. The hotel manager was a great help in answering all our questions and fulfilling all our wishes. Very recommendable!!!

A beautiful property right on the beach. This is our third time and remains one of our favorite spots on the Black Sea. It is lovely and there are multiple clay courts for those who play tennis.

I went for a weekend family trip. On reception I had quite a few demands so I had to speak to the manager Ion Bondar. Was looking for a pool to use while on Kranevo. The Therma Palace allowed non guests to use the pool and garden areas for a cost of 30 leva. Inside is a pool and 2 wooden jacuzzis. I ate the best eggplant salad here. Dishes are good and service the same. Didn't stay at the hotel because everytime when I was in Balchik was a day trip, but I take in consideration to stay few days here in the future as the view offered by the hotel is awesome (it is in the front of the Black sea) and, also, it has a nice spa.

The entire hotel team (including the one from the restaurant and from the spa area) exceptionnaly friendly and helpful. The room clean, cosy, spacious and with fabulous sea view. Loved staying here (for a 3 nights stay) and hope to be back soon enough. Thank you for the warm athmosphere!

Very comfortable Hotel close to Queen Maria of Romania's summer Palace & even closer to the sea. We had superb views of the sea from our balcony, which was large enough for us to sit out comfortably. Staff were lovely & we ate at the Hotel's restaurant every evening as the food was excellent. Definitely going back next year 😍

The rooms are a little oldschool/outdated but they are clean and the beds are relatively comfortable. The location of the hotel is great. Air conditioning works well which is a huge plus for the rooms that are located on the front which have sun almost all day.

Very comfortable hotel, right in the middle of the promenade of the beautiful Balchik. Free parking and a great restaurant, serving all kinds of fresh sea food and other specialties. It is open all year round. Very nice view of the Black Sea. Close to the botanic garden.

If you're looking for the best hotel in town, this should be your best choice! Their cáfe works throughout the year and it can be visited not only by hotel guests, but also outter people! Highly recommend!
