Lovely hotel with nice pool and kids zone. If you are looking for really quiet place in June that’s your choice. Season there starts quite late and is real quiet but for us was exactly what we wanted.

Very disappointed. Within minutes of entering our suite had a list of issues. Safe not working, missing cutlery in kitchen, no slippers, no kettle, very little toilet paper. A nice neighborhood, new and clean with offers of good accommodation. It's far from the sea, about 5km. There are several pools in the neighborhood but the water was very cold in august.

Very nice hotel : excellent "quality-price", nice pool (not heated) and delicious restaurant. Rooms are well equipped with large bathroom. Never order a taxing from reception, they double the price ! Instead type "Balchik taxi" on Google and you will find a company. Price to go to Balchik from hotel is 15lv and the hotel asked 30lv !

Great resort and accommodation. Had a 1 bedroom apartment and it was very comfortable. Service is great and breakfast amazing (although must note it's quite unusual to have it start at 8am only). Make sure to book restaurants for diner as gets quite busy during summer season. Another round of golf for us here in Bulgaria. This time Black Sea Rama. Compare to next course entrance to this one is more surprising and stylish. Love the club house and view. Magical place. With captivating atmosphere leading you to enjoy unique cuisine and relax with amazing view. My fav place in eastern Bulgaria.

Greener than the neighbouring Lighthouse Golf&Spa and with a feeling of a more relaxed and closer to nature environment. Of course visited by a lot of Romanian tourists and gold players and a bit crowded in that time of the year (June).

Great villas with amazing views and amenities. Most of the villas are quite spacious with private pools in front. Unfortunately, staff was somewhat unprofessional and slow. Also, it was quite hard to travel within the resort since it is very spread out.

The hotel is very good, clean and comfortable! The breakfast is included in price and is very good. We have for welcome bottle of wine. Everyday we have water and coffee free of charge in room. The spa is very good.

I've been there in late May last year, during off-season. The personnel was extremely friendly, especially the cook who spoiled us and the chief-of-staff lady! We enjoyed very much the backyard which is in fact a park and the relaxing and peaceful view, with birdsong as the only 'noise'! Also, the furniture has a distinctive, classic design.

Nice looking hotel BUT, very bad hygiene in the rooms and in the restroom of the restaurant. There is black mold and ants in the fridge in the room. Soul in the bathroom does not work. The food is nice. The pool is clean. The staff is very nice and friendly

Friendly staff, well cleaned premises and nice atmosphere. Excellent Bulgarian 3 star hotel. Nice pool and possibility to swim in ocean. Well working airconditioning in room. Family room with 2 bedrooms was big enough for 4 persons. Restaurant was basic good, and breakfast was good everyday. Took rental car from airport wich helped moving around. Using taxi would have been quite costly.

The best hotel in Balchik or even in the Black Sea coast! The staff is super friendly, the owners are the best and very accommodating. We had our wedding here and it was an amazing time. The food is great, cook very talented and the housekeeping is fast and thorough. The views from the hotel are even better. One of the best vacations of my life!! Will be back 100%! ❤️

Great on all fronts! Very friendly staff, lovely location (in walking distance to the pomerade and lots of restaurants) with direct access to the sea. There is a kids play area with a climbing frame, trampoline, games and a small pool for toddlers or kids that cannot swim. Our room was very clean and tidy daily which was fantastic! The all-inclusive is great - food is on the level of Turkish all-inclusive. The rooms are very spacious, cleaned daily, and renovated. The beach is huge and the hotel is right next to it.

The beach in Albena is a beautiful place. Very clean. The path to the sea. Tualety. Bars from restaurants. For many customers-for free. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available each room at the hotel. Sorry the sun is not 'saditsja in the sea.

Warm sand, bright sun and a sea with doesn't come anywhere close to the bitter cold of the the North sea - what's not to love? I know it's a resort and perhaps not a proper representation of the rest of Bulgaria, but if the country is half, nay a quarter, as nice then Bulgaria rocks!

It is not the best hotel and my room wasn't the cleanest and smelt a bit weird. There is a TV and shower room/toilet and a small fridge and a AC so that's good. There is a pool but on the day I was there I was freeeeezing. But I think this hotel is just a place to stay and the main attraction is what's around the hotel outside like botanical garden and nice shops and beach around.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The service was exceptional as well. I'm not sure the pictures match the reality, it wasn't "all inclusive" when I stayed, the restaurant and the pool was not working, so "no inclusive". The rooms are basic but the position next to the palace and the gardens more than makes up for it's previous mentioned shortfalls.

I ate the best eggplant salad here. Dishes are good and service the same. Didn't stay at the hotel because everytime when I was in Balchik was a day trip, but I take in consideration to stay few days here in the future as the view offered by the hotel is awesome (it is in the front of the Black sea) and, also, it has a nice spa.

A hotel between 3 and 4 stars. The breakfast is like a 3 stars hotel and a restaurant that tries to serve you with cogelate fish and some pices of meat. Not recomanded

Very comfortable Hotel close to Queen Maria of Romania's summer Palace & even closer to the sea. We had superb views of the sea from our balcony, which was large enough for us to sit out comfortably. Staff were lovely & we ate at the Hotel's restaurant every evening as the food was excellent. Definitely going back next year 😍

I go to Selena every year as it has the perfect location and great food/service. What can be better than a sea view and to be right on Balchick's promenade road, by the sea, few metres away from Queen Maria's Palace ?! It is perfect.

I just had lunch here and the seafood is amazing! I recommend you try the mussels soup and butter sea snails 😁
