Nice rooms, good price, verry nice view

I love the view, the pool and the sound of the waves that you can hear from the balcony. Nice and quiet place, the rooms are big and the restaurants near the hotel are quite cheap.

If you expect standart hotel, it is somehow from far. Breakfast is prepacked, wi-fi speed is 1 mb/s and we had bad luck to have almost no tv and leaking sink. Swimming pool is ok. May be for two stars is ok, but the price is for 3 and up.

A nice, affordable hotel with direct sea view. Biggest con is it has no elevator so we had to carry our heavy suitcases all the way up to the third floor. I think the Investor can afford an external one. The kid's "playground" is not really suitable for children, the equipment is really old and rusty and looks dangerous.

The hotel is nice and very close to the beach. The breakfast was delicious and had everything you might want. The rooms are very clean, beautiful and spacious. The bathroom is clean as well. The hotel has a clean pool and there are a lot of restaurants nearby. It is very close to the castle and botanic garden.

The hotel Bisser in Balcic is a very good hotel and I recommend it to toner tourists. My note is maximum for cleanliness, great comfort, sea view and tranquillity. The good is very good and fresh. I will come back with great pleasure next year.

A cheap hotel nice room but a very old uncomfortable mattress on the bed, clean bathroom, nice pool but all games facilities are in bad shape, no bar or working restaurant

We love this hotel and have been many times.....I think about 10 times in the last 2 , and we didn't go last year as we couldn't travel due to Covid-19. It's not a deluxe hotel but totally fantastic for us. A family run hotel and the staff are just so lovely! An amazing view from the front rooms.

Decent place with nice pool and building. The bathroom needs some improvements as the water does not flush properly and the instalation is old. Staff was pretty ok, nothing special (we came 2h eariler but couldn't check in until 14:00 as specified on booking) Overall it was ok given the price but it can be more if investments are done properly.

The room we were offered was pretty good, considering we needed accomodation for 2 adults and 2 kids and all we found everywhere else was two separate double rooms. The view is fantastic! Very good positioning. Near balchik gardens and palace. 2 pools. Not very clean. Poor service. Room was full of smoke smell. 2 days needed for air refreshing.

It's such a mellow and zen place to stay! The rooms are so nice and there's terraces for almost every room, not to forgot they serve breakfast every morning (homemade!! Even for vegans like me 😊). The location is nice, you can see the beach from your balcony and the stars at night. To finish it off, there's even a bar and a good place for kids to run around.

Nice cheap hotel, kinda great view, quite far from Balcic, half way to Albena, close to the Gardens; what is not good at all are the bathrooms; all rooms have only 2 beds and the view from the balcony rarely reachs the sea; restaurant stake house nearby and also a supermarket; get the homemade breakfast, it's great!

It is a quiet and pleasant location, the view is beautiful. In the spacious rooms there is also a kitchenette. In the location there is a swimming pool and children's playground, also a terrace for parties. It is a good choice for families with young children and those who want to spend their free time away from the noise of the city

Nice discreet and welcoming place.

Good, clean, comfortable room with small kitchen and lovely terrace. The pool was all to ourselves. The bathroom is a little small, very small sink, without shower tub or bathtub, you can shower on the floor tiles. No air conditioning but we didn't feel the need for it either. Overall great experience. We were here for the second time in 3 years and surely we'll be back again.

Big and clean rooms, friendly staff but Wi-Fi connection is the worst that I ever see. Solve the problem and you will get 5 stars.

I liked the hotel. It had a good value for money. The room was quiet. clean, it was close to the beach and had plenty of restaurants nearby. It also had stores and supermarkets nearby. The location was great. We also parked our car in front of the hotel in a place where all the parking spots were free. The terrace was good and the room had us toiletries

Expansive restaurant and bar with suspiciously happy and friendly, english and other languages speaking middle-aged staff. Mainly foreigner visitors, good atmosphere. Here the Music is Abba.

It is a nice hotel where you can take breakfast. It takes on foot arround 15-20 min to the nearest beach.

This hotel has been completely refurbished which reflects my objection to all of these review sites be it Google or Trip Adviser - there is no way of removing out of date photographs and reviews. We did not stay at the hotel, but we had some fabulous dinners at the restaurant. We wondered in accidentaly and we did not go anywhere else for the rest of our holiday in Balchik. I can honestly say, that this was the best shrimp, squid and mussels I have ever had. Very fresh, marinated in homemade wine and herbs and with delicious side salad. The owners are very nice and friendly. Trust their recommandation...

Sparkly clean, big room, extremly nice and helpfull hosts. They smile a lot. In the bathroom there is no shower cabin or a curtain, you wash directly on the floor of the bath, but it'll do. During the high season, might be noise from the street as the hotel in very central. 3 min walk from restaurants and shopping area.

A good accommodation, for a few nights, enough to visit everything you can.

Very nice hotel in the center of Balchik promenade. Friendly staff and very good price. The room is big. The only problem was with bathroom design: no separation between toilet and shower.

The studio is comfy. There was enough space for a family of four. The sea view is questionable because there is a hotel across the street. Clean place, friendly staff and a lovely receptionist who is quite helpful. Working hours of the front desk: 8-17 h.

The guesthouse is very nice and in a good location, only 15 minutes walk far away from the seaside. The room was big and clean and there was a nice view from the big balcony. The staff is amazing and super friendly. They helped us a lot. We had an issue with another booking and they did all the best to help us out. I totally recommend it to everyone

We almost didn't go to this beautiful place based on the last reviews. The owner is very accommodating and everything was clean... the sanitary facilities were clean as was the kitchen. A great view and if you don't want to be in the middle of tourism, this is the place for you. One must not forget that this is not a hotel and yet there were towels thick and thin cover AC and a TV that even got a German...
