Very nice hotel : excellent "quality-price", nice pool (not heated) and delicious restaurant. Rooms are well equipped with large bathroom

A nice neighborhood, new and clean with offers of good accommodation. It's far from the sea, about 5km. There are several pools in the neighborhood but the water was very cold in august.

Never order a taxing from reception, they double the price ! Instead type "Balchik taxi" on Google and you will find a company. Price to go to Balchik from hotel is 15lv and the hotel asked 30lv !

Got here by mistake... But now we come back every year! Good spa facilities, the golf course it's gr8 for morning run ;-) Excellent breakfast!

I laughed myself to tears seeing my dad jumping in the pool and my mom grabbing to my watermelon floatie for life :)) It was a much needed break and I loved the little beach from Balchik for sunset, but during the day we’ve spent most of the time at the pool

So each morning we’ve had a lazy breakfast, then fun at the pool, after lunch we would go to the Botanical Garden which was just across the street and then went on a nice walk on the beach till that wooden deck from my previous post

Lovely hotel with nice pool and kids zone. If you are looking for really quiet place in June that’s your choice. Season there starts quite late and is real quiet but for us was exactly what we wanted.

Within minutes of entering our suite had a list of issues. Safe not working, missing cutlery in kitchen, no slippers, no kettle, very little toilet paper. Reception could not sort any of this until after 9am next day

Our room was super clean and nice, extremely close to the pool, so we would just open the window and get right on the sun lounges

It is super large and with a kids dedicated area, good music and a pool bar. Everything you might need for a nice vacation

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The service was exceptional as well. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Balchik

It is not the best hotel and my room wasn't the cleanest and smelt a bit weird. There is a TV and shower room/toilet and a small fridge and a AC so that's good

The average age of the visitors was over 50, so the place is very senior-friendly. The breakfast food was bellow expectations. And the expectations were nothing grand, honestly

Beautiful. Quiet place. Nice view of the sea. Good restaurants. Nice pools. The villas are big and nice. Good cleaning. Very good for golf. There also academy for golf.

- water in pool was freezing so kids couldn't swim more than 5min before turning blue (and this is in August so 30°C full sun weather) Would still recommend though and probably go back!

Great villas with amazing views and amenities. Most of the villas are quite spacious with private pools in front. Unfortunately, staff was somewhat unprofessional and slow

Already at the entrance to the territory, there is a feeling that you were in another country. In Bulgaria very few places such a high level

The hotel is very good, clean and comfortable! The breakfast is included in price and is very good. We have for welcome bottle of wine. Everyday we have water and coffee free of charge in room. The spa is very good.

The personnel was extremely friendly, especially the cook who spoiled us and the chief-of-staff lady! We enjoyed very much the backyard which is in fact a park and the relaxing and peaceful view, with birdsong as the only 'noise'! Also, the furniture has a distinctive, classic design

Nice looking hotel BUT, very bad hygiene in the rooms and in the restroom of the restaurant. There is black mold and ants in the fridge in the room. Soul in the bathroom does not work. The staff is very nice and friendly

Our apartment was clean, big, and it had everything we needed ( even a fully equipped kitchen). The view is absolutly amazing and we were alone at the pool almost the entire time ( the pool at the Club Residence)

The very spacious villas with swimming pool, very well maintained, a magnificent setting, the green space, the golf course, the restaurants, the gyms, the movement of the villas, restaurants and gyms at will, a surprising view, the carefree family stay

We will definitely go back and rent an entire house for us & our friends. When booking, we didn't know that there are 2 parts of the Blacksearama Golf, so we booked a room, not knowing that there are also houses to rent

Maybe you should add this to your Booking description ( we would have rent a house if we knew). The experience was great, and we MUST go back and check the Wellness & Spa, cause we didn't have time to try it

This was our first experience here, and I can say that it was AMAZING. I tried almost the entire menu at the restaurant, including chicken, pork and duck

We went to the Pizzeria one day, where pizza is good, but the service was very slow, even if we were the only clients at that point ( 11 AM)

The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. There is a swimming pool a bar and a restaurant, but the bar was closed due to Covid

The food is tasty, clean, not super into the interior, but for the money it's great! The pool was nice. The beach is small, the sea is relatively shallow-the proper depth for children, the water is shocking

Close to the hotel, they have a good-sized pool with a beautiful view to the sea side. This year, they had only the breakfast option, not all-inclusive hotel anymore

The pool is very clean and perfect for families with children

I'm not sure the pictures match the reality, it wasn't "all inclusive" when I stayed, the restaurant and the pool was not working, so "no inclusive"

I love this place! I will definitely spend my next summer here, with my family once again. It's a silent place with all needed. It's comfortable bc there is football court. Clean units and linen bed sets

An excellent hotel which I always enjoy therefore I come again and again. The rooms are big and very pleasantly styled. One the of best feature of the room is the balcony where you can sit and enjoy the sea

I ate the best eggplant salad here. Dishes are good and service the same

the hotel is pretty cool, quality stuff in the room, great location, great view, good food at the restaurant. but I am gonna give 4 stars because of the outdoor pool - it does not exist anymore

Didn't stay at the hotel because everytime when I was in Balchik was a day trip, but I take in consideration to stay few days here in the future as the view offered by the hotel is awesome (it is in the front of the Black sea) and, also, it has a nice spa

Air conditioning works well which is a huge plus for the rooms that are located on the front which have sun almost all day

If you're looking for the best hotel in town, this should be your best choice! Their cáfe works throughout the year and it can be visited not only by hotel guests, but also outter people! Highly recommend!

One of the few hotels open off-season. The staff was nice and the room was clean. Overall it was a very nice experience. The parking was not included but it was pretty cheap.

The rooms are a little oldschool/outdated but they are clean and the beds are relatively comfortable. The location of the hotel is great

We come to Balchick for summer holiday every year, and we rediscover its air of royalty

Pro: relative small price for all inclusive in august 2000 bgn for 1 week,nice staff, 2 pools, relativly clean as per total, nice big rooms, area for kids over 4 years 2 play, okysh food, very very nicr staff, cleaning lady changed our sheets like 4 times because the kid kept eating biscuits in bed and made it dirty, always had fresh towels, all in all a good experience

There is a bar, a restaurant with a toilet, paddling pool ( so-so) today the warm water and fun waves

Nice place with all what you need for a nice sitting. The staff very polite and the food very good and diversity on menu. The room big and the price a very good value ( all inclusiv).We really had a nice time!

Cons: linen from the bunk bed was not changed when we first arrived, floor sweeped only in the middle of the room, glass staines on the table, no green areas with shade

The place has nice views, a beautiful pool. The rooms are spacious but not great. The Bathroom was not the best, the bed was not comfortable and the bedding was bad

We spent just one night here unfortunately and the weather was so bad... but the place is beautiful and clean and it looks promising for the next trip.

The view is fantastic! The pool is clean and spacious, and it has a special zone just for kids. The parking lot was pretty busy but we found great spots everytime we left the hotel

Decent place with nice pool and building. The bathroom needs some improvements as the water does not flush properly and the instalation is old

It's very close to the castle and gardens and there is a staircase close to the reception door that gets you near the sea in 5 minutes. Not the beach (that is about 5 more minutes), just the sea promenade

The room we were offered was pretty good, considering we needed accomodation for 2 adults and 2 kids and all we found everywhere else was two separate double rooms

Staff was pretty ok, nothing special (we came 2h eariler but couldn't check in until 14:00 as specified on booking) Overall it was ok given the price but it can be more if investments are done properly

There are at least 3 restaurants 5 minutes away, and you have discounts for some of them for staying at the hotel. Overall, we loved it! What we found not so great: - the mattress was a bit

We stayed at Hotel Victoria at the end of July, beginning of August with some friends. This was our second time and our friends first time to stay here. The fact that we rebooked this hotel should tell you something

I am very glad I stayed at Victoria Family Hotel. Not only that, I've had the best meals here, and they have the best frozen yogurt I had ever tasted. I will definitely come back to them, whenever I visit Balchik

I can honestly say, that this was the best shrimp, squid and mussels I have ever had. Very fresh, marinated in homemade wine and herbs and with delicious side salad. The owners are very nice and friendly

Not fancy, but who needs fancy when food is top quality!!! Convenient location, close to port, promenade, botanic gardens and castle, supermarkets and shopping. We will be back, without a doubt!

We did not stay at the hotel, but we had some fabulous dinners at the restaurant. We wondered in accidentaly and we did not go anywhere else for the rest of our holiday in Balchik

It's such a mellow and zen place to stay! The rooms are so nice and there's terraces for almost every room, not to forgot they serve breakfast every morning (homemade!! Even for vegans like me 😊)

The location is nice, you can see the beach from your balcony and the stars at night. To finish it off, there's even a bar and a good place for kids to run around

Nice cheap hotel, kinda great view, quite far from Balcic, half way to Albena, close to the Gardens; what is not good at all are the bathrooms; all rooms have only 2 beds and the view from the balcony rarely reachs the sea; restaurant stake house nearby and also a supermarket; get the homemade breakfast, it's great!

Good price for quality. Air conditioning in every room. Rooms are clean and tidy. Some rooms have a lovely sea view. It's very close to the Nomad Beach. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Noisy and without any isolation. The WC door and the balcony doors cannot be even closed. In addition, the channel in the bathroom smells. There is no warm water in the morning

Our fridge was full of mold and the cleaning lady came and clened with with a basic cloth (did not look clean at the end), smelled sooo bad. Also, we saw a bug in the room

The cleaning lady was doing a lot of noise, always knocking things. Very close to the small beach and close to markets

Family room with 2 bedrooms was big enough for 4 persons. Restaurant was basic good, and breakfast was good everyday. Took rental car from airport wich helped moving around. Using taxi would have been quite costly

The best hotel in Balchik or even in the Black Sea coast! The staff is super friendly, the owners are the best and very accommodating. We had our wedding here and it was an amazing time
