Beautiful. Quiet place. Nice view of the sea. Good restaurants. Nice pools. The villas are big and nice. Good cleaning. Very good for golf. There also academy for golf.

- water in pool was freezing so kids couldn't swim more than 5min before turning blue (and this is in August so 30°C full sun weather) Would still recommend though and probably go back!

Great villas with amazing views and amenities. Most of the villas are quite spacious with private pools in front. Unfortunately, staff was somewhat unprofessional and slow

The hotel is very good, clean and comfortable! The breakfast is included in price and is very good. We have for welcome bottle of wine. Everyday we have water and coffee free of charge in room. The spa is very good.

The personnel was extremely friendly, especially the cook who spoiled us and the chief-of-staff lady! We enjoyed very much the backyard which is in fact a park and the relaxing and peaceful view, with birdsong as the only 'noise'! Also, the furniture has a distinctive, classic design

Nice looking hotel BUT, very bad hygiene in the rooms and in the restroom of the restaurant. There is black mold and ants in the fridge in the room. Soul in the bathroom does not work. The staff is very nice and friendly

The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. There is a swimming pool a bar and a restaurant, but the bar was closed due to Covid

The food is tasty, clean, not super into the interior, but for the money it's great! The pool was nice. The beach is small, the sea is relatively shallow-the proper depth for children, the water is shocking

Close to the hotel, they have a good-sized pool with a beautiful view to the sea side. This year, they had only the breakfast option, not all-inclusive hotel anymore

I'm not sure the pictures match the reality, it wasn't "all inclusive" when I stayed, the restaurant and the pool was not working, so "no inclusive"

I love this place! I will definitely spend my next summer here, with my family once again. It's a silent place with all needed. It's comfortable bc there is football court. Clean units and linen bed sets

Pro: relative small price for all inclusive in august 2000 bgn for 1 week,nice staff, 2 pools, relativly clean as per total, nice big rooms, area for kids over 4 years 2 play, okysh food, very very nicr staff, cleaning lady changed our sheets like 4 times because the kid kept eating biscuits in bed and made it dirty, always had fresh towels, all in all a good experience

There is a bar, a restaurant with a toilet, paddling pool ( so-so) today the warm water and fun waves

Nice place with all what you need for a nice sitting. The staff very polite and the food very good and diversity on menu. The room big and the price a very good value ( all inclusiv).We really had a nice time!

Cons: linen from the bunk bed was not changed when we first arrived, floor sweeped only in the middle of the room, glass staines on the table, no green areas with shade

The view is fantastic! The pool is clean and spacious, and it has a special zone just for kids. The parking lot was pretty busy but we found great spots everytime we left the hotel

It's very close to the castle and gardens and there is a staircase close to the reception door that gets you near the sea in 5 minutes. Not the beach (that is about 5 more minutes), just the sea promenade

The room we were offered was pretty good, considering we needed accomodation for 2 adults and 2 kids and all we found everywhere else was two separate double rooms

Staff was pretty ok, nothing special (we came 2h eariler but couldn't check in until 14:00 as specified on booking) Overall it was ok given the price but it can be more if investments are done properly

There are at least 3 restaurants 5 minutes away, and you have discounts for some of them for staying at the hotel. Overall, we loved it! What we found not so great: - the mattress was a bit

We stayed at Hotel Victoria at the end of July, beginning of August with some friends. This was our second time and our friends first time to stay here. The fact that we rebooked this hotel should tell you something

I am very glad I stayed at Victoria Family Hotel. Not only that, I've had the best meals here, and they have the best frozen yogurt I had ever tasted. I will definitely come back to them, whenever I visit Balchik

I can honestly say, that this was the best shrimp, squid and mussels I have ever had. Very fresh, marinated in homemade wine and herbs and with delicious side salad. The owners are very nice and friendly

Not fancy, but who needs fancy when food is top quality!!! Convenient location, close to port, promenade, botanic gardens and castle, supermarkets and shopping. We will be back, without a doubt!

We did not stay at the hotel, but we had some fabulous dinners at the restaurant. We wondered in accidentaly and we did not go anywhere else for the rest of our holiday in Balchik

It's such a mellow and zen place to stay! The rooms are so nice and there's terraces for almost every room, not to forgot they serve breakfast every morning (homemade!! Even for vegans like me 😊)

The location is nice, you can see the beach from your balcony and the stars at night. To finish it off, there's even a bar and a good place for kids to run around

The owner is very friendly and the location is great. Nice terrace, quiet and peaceful. Great place if you wanna have a relaxing vacation.

Nice cheap hotel, kinda great view, quite far from Balcic, half way to Albena, close to the Gardens; what is not good at all are the bathrooms; all rooms have only 2 beds and the view from the balcony rarely reachs the sea; restaurant stake house nearby and also a supermarket; get the homemade breakfast, it's great!

Good price for quality. Air conditioning in every room. Rooms are clean and tidy. Some rooms have a lovely sea view. It's very close to the Nomad Beach. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Noisy and without any isolation. The WC door and the balcony doors cannot be even closed. In addition, the channel in the bathroom smells. There is no warm water in the morning

Our fridge was full of mold and the cleaning lady came and clened with with a basic cloth (did not look clean at the end), smelled sooo bad. Also, we saw a bug in the room

The cleaning lady was doing a lot of noise, always knocking things. Very close to the small beach and close to markets

The waiters are super professional and nice. The only thing that they could improve is the access to the swimming pool

Family room with 2 bedrooms was big enough for 4 persons. Restaurant was basic good, and breakfast was good everyday. Took rental car from airport wich helped moving around. Using taxi would have been quite costly

The best hotel in Balchik or even in the Black Sea coast! The staff is super friendly, the owners are the best and very accommodating. We had our wedding here and it was an amazing time

Good, clean, comfortable room with small kitchen and lovely terrace. The pool was all to ourselves. The bathroom is a little small, very small sink, without shower tub or bathtub, you can shower on the floor tiles

It is a quiet and pleasant location, the view is beautiful. In the spacious rooms there is also a kitchenette. In the location there is a swimming pool and children's playground, also a terrace for parties

No air conditioning but we didn't feel the need for it either. We were here for the second time in 3 years and surely we'll be back again

Big and clean rooms, friendly staff but Wi-Fi connection is the worst that I ever see. Solve the problem and you will get 5 stars.

This is a an older hotel which could have some repairs and some refurbishing here and there, but the staff is very friendly and nice, there is a very hot and great sauna available as well as an outside pool and jacuzzi

Nice staff, clean rooms, very good price-quality ratio. The place has a swimming pool on the 1st floor (very clean). The hotel has a very good position in Balchik (you can easly go anywere from here)

A few years ago, the hotel restaurant was open to non-residents, but this is no more (correction: I have just heard that the restaurant is now open to non-residents again), so I have no recent experience of the Paris hotel

The rooms were clean and very spatious. Breakfast is included, there aren't many options available, but it is tasty, hearty with decent portions so you can't complain

It was excellent, because all it was fine wright. It's hard to find a good hotel service in Bulgaria. Cleaned daily, and having all you need. Smiling faces, friendly attitude

The view is so nice...and the 404 apartment is all that you need, large, big terrase everything with really good taste and very clean...

I laughed myself to tears seeing my dad jumping in the pool and my mom grabbing to my watermelon floatie for life :)) It was a much needed break and I loved the little beach from Balchik for sunset, but during the day we’ve spent most of the time at the pool

So each morning we’ve had a lazy breakfast, then fun at the pool, after lunch we would go to the Botanical Garden which was just across the street and then went on a nice walk on the beach till that wooden deck from my previous post

Lovely hotel with nice pool and kids zone. If you are looking for really quiet place in June that’s your choice. Season there starts quite late and is real quiet but for us was exactly what we wanted.

Within minutes of entering our suite had a list of issues. Safe not working, missing cutlery in kitchen, no slippers, no kettle, very little toilet paper. Reception could not sort any of this until after 9am next day

Our room was super clean and nice, extremely close to the pool, so we would just open the window and get right on the sun lounges

It is super large and with a kids dedicated area, good music and a pool bar. Everything you might need for a nice vacation

An excellent hotel which I always enjoy therefore I come again and again. The rooms are big and very pleasantly styled. One the of best feature of the room is the balcony where you can sit and enjoy the sea

Didn't stay at the hotel because everytime when I was in Balchik was a day trip, but I take in consideration to stay few days here in the future as the view offered by the hotel is awesome (it is in the front of the Black sea) and, also, it has a nice spa

I'm a regular guest at the hotel. Great conditions in hotel rooms, clean and luxurious! The thermal part is very pleasant- pool, saunas, steam baths

It is the real pleasure to enjoy great massages, real relaxation! I also enjoyed the delicious food at the Passage Restaurant - a five -stage menu - a romantic dinner for two! They greeted me with a smile! And I leave with many pleasant feelings and emotions! I recommend hot!

Nice hotel, big room and very comfortable bed. The staff from SE Asia are very kind, cheerful and discreet and Viraj from the indoor pool bar very professional, skilled and a pleasant company

Since 6 years we come to the hotel 6-8 times yearly for a short or longer vacation. We always enjoy the 5* breakfast and dinner. The ratio price/quality is beyond all expectations!

Great hotel with even more amazing Spa. Balinese masseuses are the best! The spa is clean, spacious and very cozy. It offers a lot of different therapies and massages

The hotel itself it's great, it has many food outlets, outdoor swimming pools, private beach and golf course naturally, but the spa is it's best feature

It is not the best hotel and my room wasn't the cleanest and smelt a bit weird. There is a TV and shower room/toilet and a small fridge and a AC so that's good

The average age of the visitors was over 50, so the place is very senior-friendly. The breakfast food was bellow expectations. And the expectations were nothing grand, honestly

Quiet location, big and clean rooms, kind staff, good breakfast, clean swimming pool, underground parking, 2 minutes away from the Nomad beach.

The pool is clean and can be used if there are not to many guests. The TV in the room is a bit antique but I suppose that holiday means travelling and enjoying outdoor space rather then inside

It has everything you need, with a plus for the studio rooms and apartments (which also have a small kitchen). Hotel staff, uninvolved, disinterested and in no mood. Most were young people with temporary jobs

Our apartment was clean, big, and it had everything we needed ( even a fully equipped kitchen). The view is absolutly amazing and we were alone at the pool almost the entire time ( the pool at the Club Residence)

We will definitely go back and rent an entire house for us & our friends. When booking, we didn't know that there are 2 parts of the Blacksearama Golf, so we booked a room, not knowing that there are also houses to rent

Maybe you should add this to your Booking description ( we would have rent a house if we knew). The experience was great, and we MUST go back and check the Wellness & Spa, cause we didn't have time to try it

This was our first experience here, and I can say that it was AMAZING. I tried almost the entire menu at the restaurant, including chicken, pork and duck

We went to the Pizzeria one day, where pizza is good, but the service was very slow, even if we were the only clients at that point ( 11 AM)
