Expo Sofia Hotel - Free Arrival shuttle bus - Free Parking - Free Compliments - Free Wi-Fi

I stayed overnight in Expo. It was close to the airport and three stops away on the Yellow Line metro for the Top Renta Car depot where I hired a car. Location was convenient for my needs.
I was let down with the airport pick up, but hotel reception told me to take a taxi from Terminal 2 at the airport and they would pay. This happened but apparently via a voucher system.
The hotel was clean and tidy, as was the room. The walls were a little thin as I could hear next doors television.
The restaurant was nice but the food was served up on cold plates. As it was winter, this wasn't very good.
Breakfast was great in the amount of choice.
I would use Expo again as an overnight stay.

The rooms are very decent. The food was good. The only thing I did not like was that you have to slam the door hard in order to open it and that makes a lot of noise all around the floor.

Very close to the airport with a shuttle service. Comfortable, big rooms with all facilities, sauna and fitness free for the clients. Delicios and creative desserts at the restaurant, with kind and quick service. Personalised and polite attention at reception, thanks to Lubo & Valq.

Great for the price they offer, especially with the breakfast they offer. The reception area has a lot of seating area so you don't have to sit close to strangers and make it awkward for everyone.
They even call you a reliable taxi with card payment.
The rooms are clean but they need to maintain the corners of metal objects more thoroughly to avoid rust.

I'm currently staying at the Expo Hotel in Sofia and am thoroughly enjoying my experience so far. From the moment I checked in, the staff has been exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs are met promptly. My room is spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed that has provided me with great rest each night. The amenities are top-notch, including a high-speed Wi-Fi connection and a small minibar. Overall, my stay at the Expo Hotel in Sofia has been fantastic. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a prime location makes it a top choice for anyone visiting the city. I'm looking forward to the rest of my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Expo hotel provided a solid experience.

The receptionist was very nice upon arrival. The lobby has lots of comfortable sitting spaces. Our room was spacious with a big comfortable bed and large windows. The shower had good water pressure and temperature control. The room came with apple tea bags, waters, and slippers.

The tv was a little older, meaning there was no way to connect any streaming services to it other than an hdmi cord connected to a laptop. I expect a little better from a 4-star hotel.

What really sets this hotel apart is the breakfast. It had one of the best breakfasts I’ve had in Bulgaria so far. The giant croissants were flaky and fluffy, the fruits/veggies were fresh and crisp, the bacon had a nice flavor, and the chia yogurt was good. There was also a nice selection of juices (even pineapple.) This was also the very first hotel I’ve been to in Europe (after traveling 2 months) that had pancakes WITH syrup. It was not the highlight of the breakfast for me, but definitely worth noting.

I also really liked the room art in our room. The bird painting was particularly cute.
