We just had a last minute, one night stay at the hotel and we were very pleasantly surprised. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful, and the rooms were very modern and comfortable. My wife even said that this was one of the best Hilton hotels we have stayed in, and we have stayed in our fair share. We are definitely coming back!

The room key many times did not work and one of the elevators was extremely noisy so much that you could hear the noise from across the hallway. I do like the fact that they have a sauna that opens early and ends late so you can come at any time. So overall my stay was pretty good.

Very nice hotel. Staff is extremely friendly , the restaurant serves a nice breakfast and dinner. We were upgraded to a corner unit that provided an excellent view of mountains. Will definitely stay here again!

Great hotel with very nice personal I enjoy to stay in hotel for the business meetings I have it's a very nice and clean. :) Also they chooses to work with a very nice taxi company the name is Volt premium taxi. Also great service Everything was great thank you :)

Super-convenient to the main centre of Sofia and to a metro station if you want to go elsewhere. Beautiful renovation… exec rooms and exec bar excellent. Breakfasts well stocked and eggs were hot every day. Diamond Hilton customer recognition also very good.

Best experience ever!
I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights everything was perfect. From check-in to my room which is very clean and comfortable with personal touch of the Housekeeping team. To the breakfast staff that welcome me warmly and the hot food that helps me start my day. I will also not forget to thank the staff in the executive lounge that welcome me with the warm smile. All of them are top!
I could say one of the memorable experience that I will always remember.
With all the Balkan counties I visited I could say for my personal experience this country this is my top 1 for the friendliest and welcome country I ever been to.

We stayed for 3 days.
Positive:
- new rooms
- good location
- friendly staff
Neutral:
- breakfast is ok, not bad. I would expect
more but overall fine.
Negative:
- no wellness/gym area
- no pool
- nothing inside mini bar, you need to go to the reception if you want something

Mixed business and vacation stay, the staff were amazing. Excellent English language spoken by all members of staff, free upgrade with Hilton Honors with access to the executive lounge and a suite on the top floor. I don’t normally visit hotel bars or restaurants as I’d rather engage in the local cultures but both the bar and restaurant were incredible. This is by far the nicest Hilton I have ever stayed in and by far the cheapest. I would highly recommend for either business or vacation. Special thanks to Andriyan, Kostadin and Peter in the Regale bar for brilliant recommendations on what to do in Sofia and great service!

The welcoming atmosphere begins outside, with the early 00's dance music pumping from the nearby sandwich caravan.
The proximity to the main road really gives the guests the chance to experience the revving engines of passing motorbikes and souped up volkswagens on a late evening. Think "Residential Estate Car Park on a Saturday Night" and you'll be close.
The staff on the front desk are incredibly helpful and patient, willing to accommodate even the most awkward of requests. I can't thank them enough.
The rooms are standard Hilton fayre. Clean, spacious and comfortable. The showers are a pleasant way to start the day.
Unfortunately there was only 1 elevator out of 3 that was operational, and the reception area was undergoing some kind of renovation or decoration, which began at the early hours of the morning. This meant being woken by the relaxing sound of power tools. What a joy!
Special mention goes to Aleksandar for his helpful information about the food and drink of Bulgaria. He's a helpful and patient gentleman.
If I was to visit Sofia again, I might choose a different hotel, but only because I would prefer somewhere that isn't by a race track and that wouldn't wake me up with the sounds of industry.
In summary: Staff polite, rooms great, building in a state of disrepair.

Comfortable premium rooms, hotel is currently under renovation. Very good breakfast. At breakfast were very kind and attentive. Although this is only a temporary thing the it's quite a bit of construction going on around the hotel. When I was due to leave, my taxi could not get to the lobby because of the construction that was going on outside. This hotel will be slightly better when all this is done. The lobby is brightly lit and well decorated.
