Room was clean, staff was nice and breakfast was versitale and tasty. One objection for me was that sound isolation in room was bad. We heard every thing from the hallway as thay are next to me.

The hotel is a bit outdated. Shower has nice water pressure however it is going to spray everywhere...
WiFi is very weak in our room (corner room), only a few spots has connection.
Recommended to bring an extension cord or power bar if you prefer to charge your phone next to the night stand.
Breakfast is so so, don't expect much.
The area is nice with a few supermarket around. Bus stop is about 3-5 minutes walk, very convenient.

Good hotel location with average breakfast but very reasonable price! In one room the TV didn't work at all since there was no antenna cable connected!

Luxury and tranquility, security and high respect for the client, perfect cleanliness and a classy restaurant with wonderful food, a starry Sky bar with a view from the seventh floor, in a commercial and entertainment area.The best!

Probably the worst hotel I have stopped in. The restaurant staff were rude and very aggressive and obviously did not like British people. The hotel is very dirty, and it’s advertised as a Best Western Hotel which it is not. DO NOT STOP HERE, it’s a dirty dump.

After my dad suffered a stroke in Sofia, I've been dealing with very rude people throughout the city. Standing in contrast to this, the hotel receptionist Ivan has been very friendly, accommodating and empathetic. He made sure all our issues were dealth with efficiently, all questions answered quickly and made us feel very welcome.
He even brought us desert on the house, simply to wish us Happy Holidays.
If he isn't the face of this Hotel yet, he definitely should be.

We had arranged for the Hotel to come and collect us from the airport which was much less stressful than trying to get a taxi. We were dropped off safely and our room was already ready for us even though we were very early.
Room was clean with good amenities.
Staff were extremely helpful especially Ivan and Antonio.
This is our first day but I already feel like we are going to have a good stay.

The hotel may not be 4 stars, but the prices for the stay are adequate and even low for what is offered! Breakfast - from bacon to croissants, various drinks included in it. Perfect location, helpful staff, big rooms, pool. The restaurant is open again, and the menu and service are gorgeous! Not too many dishes, but there is something for everyone. Very good selection of wines and drinks.

When u ask to change money in hotel usually take take low rates and it ok.
But when they add also 15 Leva as commission and they telling u that after they make the change its a rubber.
In this case hotel get 1 star.
If I could give then -1 I would make it.
