Very nice hotel! I stayed 3 nights and will be back in 3 days. The receptionists were very helpful and nice. They arranged for my ride from the airport to hotel. A driver was waiting for me at the gate. This hotel is very much recommended.

You will find all you need in this hotel. It’s a family business and as such you will interact with the owner who is very friendly and helpful. I will stay at this hotel every time I visit Bourgas. The bistro is super nice too. You should try the Satarash dish - my favourite.

Nice place to stay for a night or two. Situated close to the city center and the park on the seaside. Very gentle and helpful staff. The room was good, clean. I think they need to renovate the bathrooms.

The place is enough for resting well during the vacations, beds are good and clean. Internet works great and the workers are kind and helpful. If you don't speak Bulgarian, no problem, you can communicate in English. The city center and the coast are 10 minutes by walking and bus terminal 6 minutes by car

Good value for money. Although some meters away from touristic places and the sea.

Accomodation is fine, room have everything what you need. Towels smell great and everything is very clean. Parking is little bit complicated. Great deal for price!

I would give 6 stars if it was possible. Location is just perfect - 5 minutes from the beach and 19 minutes from the airport. Rooms are clean and cosy, service super nice.

Quite and nice place to stay, clean rooms, friendly staff and good location. Always staying there before and after a late or early flight.

Clean and look presentable hotel. Very nice and warm atmosphere . The staf is very kind and friendly. Location is one of the best in Burgas. 5 min walk to the Sea Garden and 5 min to city centre. Walking distance to all sites . I am very happy with my stay and highly recommended .

Simple hotel, Simple service but enough to stay here for good price

Although we stopped for only a few hours for the crew to rest, we were pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Everything quickly, responsibly, efficiently.

The staff were nice and location is great but isolation is bad. We could hear people next to our room and above us. Anyhow, a great value for the money 😊

Great place to stay for a short time. Even with kids. There is a small playground.

a lot of noise. drunk teenagers at midnight who make noises in the hallway and you have to yell at them. those above seem to move the furniture only at 00.00 at night... people who try the door handle to enter the hotel room several times (and no, not the cleaning staff but other hotel guests)... the world really doesn't have shame... I didn't have time to lock the door yesterday because I had luggage...

Close to the city center. The rooms are nice but the rest of the hotel needs renovation. Typical Bulgarian service, not very interested in customer's needs and it looks like the staff has no willingness to do their job. We waited more than an hour after the official check-in time to have our room.

If you need to stay in the center of Burgas and dont wanna spend a lot of money the hotel is a nice option because of its location. The breakfast and other meals are not the most impressive but you will not stay hungry.

Very good place, not too expensive and the closest sea destination to the airport, you don't need to think about the transfer, you just walk from the airport directly to the sea

Clean rooms, balcony with sea view, very friendly owner, reasonable prices, the hotel is practically on the beach, free public parking and supermarket and terraces nearby. We were very pleased and hope to come back again!

Very good location behind the main street, 4 minutes walk from the beach and the Sea Garden. Very amicable and accommodating staff. Very clean room and bathroom. Our room was the triple bedroom with a small balcony. Overall we can only recommend to stay at this Guesthouse.

My trip to Burgas was work related and I stayed here, on the top floor, for a week. I was embraced by the hospitality and immediately felt like visiting old friends. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and it had all the necessary amenities. The location could not have been better, right next to everything essential in Burgas. Definitely will stay here again.

Great location in the heart of the city center. Service was more than excellent - the room was clean, the staff was extremely polite and courteous. We had a great breakfast included.

Pleasant guest house at the city center of Burgas, decsnt prices and rooms, some of which are newly refurbished. Some of the rooms have nice view. It's 10 seconds walking from the pedestrian street

We have been guests here every summer for the last 11 years. The people here are no longer staff but almost family. Always helpful, friendly, professional as well as polite. The rooms are nice and prices reasonable. How not to give to points.

The price is very good, and the staff are very friendly. Room was cozy, but could do with a bit of a refurbishment. The air conditioning, bathroom fan and taps all made really loud noises, which was a bit annoying at night. Great location though, perfect for short stays!

Nice hotel, to the sea 500 meters, quiet place, friendly staff, fitness available and a small room with the possibility of brewing coffee and have a rest, right next to the hotel shop and near the hotel ATM

In winter, this hotel does not work, and in general the rooms are small, poorly equipped, no services other than living in the room, no !!! It is on the main and very noisy street! Parking is absolutely nowhere!

The hotel has nice, spacious rooms and comfortable beds at affordable prices. It is very clean and the staff, who is present 24 hours a day, is extremely friendly! Top!!!
