Where to stay in Bourgas

I loved it. The staff was amazing. The breakfast is plentiful and varied. The price was a bit too much, but I do take into account the luxury and the five stars. The location is perfect and the parking was spacious.

This hotel was stunning, in a great location with everything you could wish for to make your stay a most enjoyable one. Rooms were clean and spacious, staff were helpful and friendly, and the facilities were excellent. Beach access and Sea Gardens were a few steps away from the hotel and beautiful. We didn't want to leave and will definitely return in the future 😃

Very lovely rooms! I Had one facing the black sea, larger than Standard rooms, Just little Higher price. IT was really spacious! Everything CLEAN. Best Hotel in Bulgarien. Service ist pretty good, friendly, Professional. Dont forget top Tip! Location ist great, right at the entrance of the huge Park "Sea Garden", two minutes fromm the beach. The room is nice but the people are lying because during the morning I was able to order and then later during the day I wanted to order the same thing for room service and they said we don’t offer it during Saturday Sunday but they bought it to me on Sunday. So Liars ( it was Tarator) Also, the balcony is extremely dirty

My mother planned our stay in Bourgas and she picked this hotel where we had to stay 2 nights before moving to Varna. She said it's a 5 star but we didn't know where we were going until we got there. 10min drive to the sea side. It is very close to a small mall and Lidl. The staff was very helpfull and kind. The room is good size, clean and fitted with everything you need. Breakfast was horrible. They serve it in the nearby 2 star hotel together with the guests there.

I'm writing an updated review for this hotel. The rooms have significantly improved since the last time. However whoever manages this hotel is a complete amateur. Construction on the rooms going on at 7-8AM in the morning making it impossible to sleep. I paid 110 leva for this hotel. Is this amateur hour? They shouldn't start construction until atleast 10 or 11 AM. The management or owner has no clue...

It was the final of a chess tournament...it is very well suited and big rooms for such events. Great!

You get what you pay for. I stayed in a very basic room since I don't spend much time in the hotel. Comfortable bed, no problems with the AC and the bathtub was a welcome surprise. Within reasonable walking distance from the centre. My only complaint would be the lack of electrical outlets (only 1 or 2(?) by the desk, none by the bed).

Hotel provides big rooms, however the rating will be higher if interioirs were better kept. Taking technical condition, the hotel will be much nicer place to stay, if they will renovate walls and bathrooms. The rooms are great with comfy beds & great shower/bath. No coffee making facilities but spacious and comfortable with great air conditioning. I had a room on the back from which you can see the sea beyond other buildings. Not many restaurants in immediate area but not far by foot to eateries. Fantastic service.

It is great for conference events. Staff is friendly and cooperating. Restaurant is no longer working which is a huge disadvantage.

Nice place for good price. Friendly staff and cheap food. Location is great as well - you can easily get to the city centre and main highway.

Rooms are ok, the room and the apartment on the top floor are really nice with a guge terrace and a wonderful view to Atanasovsko lake. If you are into birdwatching be sure to pack in you binoculars or tube/spotting scope. The barh accessories can be renewed, as the current ones are old and even broken.

Rooms nice and clean. Staff also nice. However, just few parking lots belong to hotel. You need to park around in the mud if you find free place. Poor basic breakfast.

Rooms are outdated and need refurbushment. The cooling did not work very well. Bedding is just okay. Overall it lives to its three star rating. No lift, you have to use the stairs. Breakfast is limited, but honemade "mekici" were great. Service was attentive. It does the job for a short stay.

Stayed at Burgas hotel in May , and again , in September 2019 . Work related , on my way to , and back from my summer job. The location is great , in the city center, walking distance from Central railway station and the Main bus station. Breakfast was very , very good. Much better than eating in nearby cafes! Reception staff are friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

The hotel is located in the center of the city, right in the middle of the main pedestrian street and also has few reserved parking spots. It has great view from the restaurant located on the top floor. Service is very polite. Surprising cable TV with possibility to reverse channels. Rooms and bathrooms in particular need some renovation/improvement but are spacious with everything needed.

awesome boutique hotel, situated in the city center of Burgas. This is nothing like the other places I have stayed at. Spacious rooms, very clean floors and bathrooms, polite and helpful staff and awesome breakfast. Strongly recommend that you stay here.

Good breakfast, clean bathrooms, nice people. NO WI-FI in the rooms (at 4th and 5th floor) which is not possible in a 4 star hotel in 2015. Overall is a nice place in the center of Burgas, a bit old, with stuff that needs to be fixed.

Great hotel, small European style! Two blocks off of Aleksandrovska, excellent breakfast, very clean and very comfortable beds. If you’re going on a basic trip and won’t be in the room often this is your spot, very central especially in a safe neighborhood! The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, all speak English and Bulgarian! Highly recommend!

Ot looks like a condo turned to a hotel. The staff is nice, rooms are ok for the class of the hotel. Fairly good location

Nothing special really. The shower in the bathroom wasn't working properly and they didn't have 2 bed rooms for us. Other than that the breakfast was nothing to write for, since it was much more disappointing than real bulgarian breakfast.

It's quite noisy because of the cars that passing in front of the hotel and thin walls between the rooms. There was a lot of mold in the bathroom. Apart of that the hotel location is pretty good it's on walking distance from the main Street, sea garden and the Bourgas central beach

Friendly staff, clean rooms good Breakfast .The restaurant is also worth trying, good wine selection and tasty food. Ignore the bad press of earlier posts, this Hotel is ok. Great position too, 10 minute walk to centre by foot and same to Sea Garden and Beach. On all the good Bus routes and close by to some decent Cafes and shops.

The material base is very old, but the staff are taking extraordinary measures to keep everything nice clean and tidy! Will definitely visit again if I need a place to stay in Burgas.

Clean, large, and @58 leva (appr. $33, breakfast included) a very attractively priced room, albeit somewhat dull, and a friendly receptionist. Main cons: beds could be softer and the AC considerably more powerful. Kudos to the maids for making the only available room ready earlier than regular check-in time (2 p.m.) upon my non-announced morning arrival.

Perfect location to explore the Sea Gardens, Port area and into the city. Rooms are good and the staff were really helpful.

New, clean, friendly, quiet, overlooking the Sea Garden and the sea itself. From the backside - a nice and quiet view to the inner yards of neighbouring buildings. Good breakfast!

The stay at Gran Via was perfect. The hotel is clean, small and the staff is very friendly. The location of hotel is by the green park on Bourgas beach and close to the main road (one might be unhappy due to the noise), near city centre, rail station and bus station. The breakfast is served and it is very delicious.

Overall everything was good. Room was OK but bathroom is really strange. Shower is between bathroom sink and toilet. When you take a shower everything is wet. Food was really tasty. Parking lot is quite tight but hotel stuff help to park your car inside.

A store is integrated into the hotel where you can buy snacks or drinks at reasonable prices, considering the place is 1km away from 2 hypermarkets and a mall. Good atmosphere and service. Meals are good, not overpriced. There is also live music which is a good thing. Traditional Bulgarian cousin and music to be exact. The whole place is decorated in Bulgarian spirit. Definitely a must visit for tourist!

The place is enough for resting well during the vacations, beds are good and clean. Internet works great and the workers are kind and helpful. I would give 6 stars if it was possible. Location is just perfect - 5 minutes from the beach and 19 minutes from the airport. Rooms are clean and cosy, service super nice.

The whole building is in a great location, but due to the property and ground owners issues it is a bit like abandoned. For example there is no reception and restaurant, swimming pool is not operating and so on. Parking space is also not sufficient to fit all the guest cars.

Nice, not expensive place to stay, staff is nice and helpfull. It’s about 3 minutes walk from the beach and there is an easy bus connection with the city of Burgas. One disadvantage is food, unfortunatelly.

Room was surprisingly big, balcony was fine but the room door only remained shut when you locked it. Also worth mentioning, the breakfast was too simply. There was barely any opion to choose from, the bread was soggy soft and no juice was provided. Overall, given the cheap price level the service was still acceptable but I wouldn't go back there.

Hotel Prestige is a family hotel and lives up to its name. Rooms are comfortably furnished and all have a small balcony where you can stay. The location is very quiet, the staff and the owners are very nice Bulgarians. The morning buffet is always prepared by the same chef and there are several surprises every day. Many times I visit Burgas, Bulgaria per year. This was my first stay in hotel Prestige. According to the price level and what you get is absolutely one of the better places to stay. Nice room with lots of space. Really good area and neighbourhood. Also close to Sea Garden or City Center. The breakfast they serve is good to normal standard. The receptionists do a wonderful job and are very helpful....

Positive: The houses are new and nicely furnished. However, in our case the a/c control was broken and the shower gel empty. There are lots of parking spaces and they offer a variety of options to entertain kids. There is also a public charging station with two plugs on the area (0,79lv/kWh) for your EV. Internet works very well. Negative: There is no hair dryer on the room. The two-bedroom apartments...

Although the location is incredible, the food is just ok. We received raw risotto and all in all the prices of the food do not complement the quality.

What an amazing place! A hotel amongst the trees and at the same time so close to the sea. Clean rooms, delicious food, gorgeous garden and wonderful area for kids. We had a great time in June there.

I came with my little doggo as hotel confirmed they are pet friendly which is not quite that and I would say hotel is dog tolerating , rather friendly. If you come with dog you need to pay 10eur extra for your dog per night which is ok , but on top you need to leave 150lev deposit cash at the check in which they keep until you move out . They told they take it to make sure dog will not make any damage...

Amazing cozy place in the middle of the forest. We came by car from Istanbul to spend my mother birthday. Been on our holiday’s to sunny beach Nobel hotel. We had to be out our room for 12 noon and our flight wasn’t until 3:20 next morning. So we decided to book a room near the airport so we booked the Sea Horse hotel through booking.com. Around forty pounds the hotel was very clean and the lady’s there were so nice. Small hotel with perfect location, close to the airport. We arrived late but codes and keys found and all was good. Clean and nice!

One night stop over. The hotel is located close to the airport, around 10 minutes walk. We arrived into Burgas late at night and stayed here before picking up our hire car. We advised then we would arrive after it closed, so they left a key for us. The room is dated and could do with some renovations, but it did us for the night. If I was being picky, I could complain about a lot but it is sufficient...

Brilliant little hotel 5 minutes walk from the airport. Lovely staff too and they kept in touch via email to ensure that I got in as my plane arrived very late!! I stayed here twice during my holiday in Bulgaria, the day I arrived and the day I flew home. It is 10 minutes walk from the airport and 10 minutes the other way to the beach. Helpful, friendly staff and very clean rooms. I will be staying here again soon.
