Service was superb - staff was incredibly friendly, the rooms were lovely and clean. Breakfast was a buffet with cheese, meats, breads, sandwitches, fruit, sweets (eclairs, cookies, croissants, chocolate spread/jam etc.). The hotel itself looks romantic with a lot of lights at night, a lake and a park for kids.

Located in the forest - quite quiet place. A bit far from the beach. Good restaurant with fresh fishes you can choose.

Overall we had a great stay. We had a family room for 2 nights and a villa for 2 nights. Both room and villa were tastefully decorated. We had 2 rooms, one double on the first floor and one studio on the third floor. We couldn’t wait to leave from there. Studio on the upper floor had a very strong toilet drainage system smell, and it was not replaced. Hotel fare from the sea, and people were swimming in the duck pond. We hired a room , inspired by images. Do not recommend. Stay there only if you can’t find anything else

Positive: The houses are new and nicely furnished. However, in our case the a/c control was broken and the shower gel empty. There are lots of parking spaces and they offer a variety of options to entertain kids. There is also a public charging station with two plugs on the area (0,79lv/kWh) for your EV. Although the location is incredible, the food is just ok. We received raw risotto and all in all the prices of the food do not complement the quality.

A nice hotel right next to the sea garden. The breakfast options were of great quality, we considered staying one more night because of the breakfast :) there was caprese, guacamole, avocados, gluten-free freshly homemade bread, salmon, shrimp, a variety of nice cheese and other yummy stuff, you don't see that very often in hotel breakfast options around here.

In winter, this hotel does not work, and in general the rooms are small, poorly equipped, no services other than living in the room, no !!! It is on the main and very noisy street! Parking is absolutely nowhere!

The hotel has nice, spacious rooms and comfortable beds at affordable prices. It is very clean and the staff, who is present 24 hours a day, is extremely friendly! Top!!!

Very close to the beach, has an indoor outdoor pool. About an hour's walk to the center and 15 minutes by car or public transport.

I don't know why the complex has 5 stars at all. We are accommodated in a private apartment, which is very nice and comfortable, but so far... When we checked in, they gave us countless rules - nothing bad, but no one observes whether they are followed. Parking is on the street, who boils where, there are no sidewalks except in front of the complex. The beach is close, but not nice, yes it is calm...

A good place is spoiled by a cruel manager. Hit a child!!! And left a nail mark on the skin! I respect the rules of residence and fulfilled them all the time of our stay - for two weeks. The hotel is gigantic in terms of buildings and outside area. A total of 6 massive buildings makes the hotel seem like a giant. But this also makes the area feel spacious and not crowded at all. Our stay at the Sunset Resort was a mixed bag. Our 3 bedroom apartment was spacious clean with a beautiful sea view. Maid service daily. Although our apartment had a washing machine it would not work. Reception were unhelpful saying it was up to the owners to fix it. This beach near Festa Pomorie Resort is known as "The First beach" in the New Town of Pomorie. It is very suitable for small kids because it is shallow-water and really warm! However, it is more stifling here compared to the other beaches - the second and the third.

The hotel was perfect for the price I was offered. The pool is a great addition to it. Nice location, little loud for my taste, due to my room was above the street, but the village itself gets quiet not so late at night. I've had a good time.

There are not enough parking spaces for all guests (and parking is hell in Pomorie). Rooms are fine but the studio I paid like an apartment was a standard double room with a chair-bed. Other than that it is quite cozy.

The place was really quiet and clean. I enjoyed every moment there! A very pleasant and peaceful place. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. Nice place to rest, very close to the beach. The staff is friendly, but in four nights they did not clean the room once. The environment, the rooms are very good, there are parking spaces next to the rooms, which is a big advantage in the area.

In the so-called Laguna Hotel Restaurant-Pub, a little while ago they explained to me that I would have to wait 20-25 minutes for a tripe soup from the lunch menu, because there were 2 groups in front of me. I looked around. There were 2 tables of 5 people with no food served. Interesting, how in the kitchen they can't issue a soup from the lunch menu for 20-25 min. I hope it's worth the wait :) PS...

The location, staff and food were okay, but the room was far from properly cleaned.. checking in, we found smudges all over the mirror and someone else’s razor in the bathroom. Our daughter (2-yr old), dropped her hair band, I told her to get it and she brought me a different one (not ours) 😳 There are two drawers in the room - one had some painkillers and the other - the wrapper of a used condom ...

Nice pool and wonderful rooms. All perfect. The only point is that it's not exactly at a walking distance to city centre, so to find a restaurant you may need to pick the car. The beach is correct to swim and sunbathing, but no sand for kids to play with.

It was a wonderful experience that we had in villa Bizantium. We had a New Year's eve dinner . The atmosphere in the hottel'is very cozy and nice .Our apartmenet was with a beautiful view to the sea. The SPA is adorable . The massage therapist are very good proffesionalist. I highly recomend to spend even a nice relaxing weekend .

Very nice, cosy and quite place. Perfect for children. The rooms are clean and the pools are excellent. The food is nothing special, but that is a small disadvantage that I personally do not care much about. I recommend the place for a quiet and relaxing vacation. One last thing, very friendly staff! Which, unfortunately, is a rare thing nowadays.

Stayed in an adjacent property, but got lost when we arrived, staff very friendly and helpful, had dinner in the property a few nights later, staff very friendly and good food, my son even got a complimentary ice cream, not needed, but in line with their customer friendly approach, good place and very relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
