Highly recommend!we was they’re for 2 weeks and we are very happy of all Very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful!definitely Our holidays in Burgas we will spend again in this hotel!

Later I went to the manager and said I had a problem with the room. That way I could take care of my business. And - I was able to rent a car. I can really recommend this one

We had a fantastic stay at the city hotel! The owner was so welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Breakfast changed up most days so you'll not get stuck eating exactly the same food for a week

Hotel itself is close to Burgas airport, city buses and also to the stop for buses to other cities in Bulgaria. They have parking lot in front of the hotel or it's possible to borrow a bike

Very well decorated throughout, felt higher than a 2 star hotel for sure. Aldi under a minute walk away, a car wash up the road and a burger van by aldi if you got peckish after dinner

There are plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from as well as Kaufland literally next door. Area itself is very quiet and safe. Our room was modern, always very clean and with all equipment needed

Nice hotel with a beautiful garden and pool, spacious rooms but old-looking furniture. The breakfast was pretty good. I could say the hotel is good but does not worth the money.

Pretty nice place 👌 amazing view from the balcony, so get the 5 floor room. The breakfast is not amazing but there is a restaurant literally 100 meters in front of the hotel near the sea

Very lovely rooms! I Had one facing the black sea, larger than Standard rooms, Just little Higher price. IT was really spacious! Everything CLEAN. Service ist pretty good, friendly, Professional

Dont forget top Tip! Location ist great, right at the entrance of the huge Park "Sea Garden", two minutes fromm the beach

The hotel is of very high quality for Bulgaria and the service standards here. The room was spacious and very clean. The sea view is amazing and the location couldn’t be any better

It’s on the level of ibis styles or motel one. No luxury but clean and good for a couple nights

It is very close to a small mall and Lidl. The staff was very helpfull and kind. The room is good size, clean and fitted with everything you need. They serve it in the nearby 2 star hotel together with the guests there

Not recommended unless you are in a hurry and there is nothing else available in the city in the high season. The only good point is that it is close to the motorway

I had a room on the back from which you can see the sea beyond other buildings. Not many restaurants in immediate area but not far by foot to eateries

It was the final of a chess tournament...it is very well suited and big rooms for such events. Great!

Breakfast was also good! Location was safe (even for single woman) and in the close area you can find good bakery and local grossery shops

Nice hotel, clean rooms, free parking around the hotel, but very few and you, probably, will need to drive thru nearest streets couple times to find one. Generally it's a safe district

It is great for conference events. Staff is friendly and cooperating. Restaurant is no longer working which is a huge disadvantage.

Overall I’d go there again which says it all about that place and location is good as well , quiet but not far from bars and restaurants!

Unfortunately I spent only one night in this hotel. The value for money is excellent. I was pleasantly surprised with literally everything. The rooms are spacious, super clean and comfy

For the 5 day stay, every morning I will go down to the restaurant to have a my coffe ,after my walk , and I was charged different amount for the same order every day during our stay

Hotel is located in a good location 5 mins driving by car. Nearby there's a shopping mall and a supermarket. The area is quiet without noise

Boryana hotel. Filled with cordiality, foreseeing, frendly mistress of the hotel! She always ready to help. This place close to the sea (about 7 minutes by walking). Near the hotel are market and cafe.

One of the nicest rooms we have stayed in. The free refreshments in the fridge are a nice touch. Also, there is free car park for guests and the hotel facilities (sauna and gym) were very clean and nice surprise for me

We enjoyed the complimentary mini bar and the little gift provided by the hotel for our anniversary celebration. The location was great, right by sea gardens with a beautiful view of the Black Sea

The only privacy issue with being on the first-floor suite was that shades always had to be closed, and the private entrance to the Villa used by others made a loud shutting noise

The staff were very friendly and the room was super clean. The restaurant is also one of the nicest in town!!! Definitely recommend if you can afford the price

This one is a must for the region! An amazing place tucked away in the forest at walking distance from the sea. Every single thing and experience is different and nicer than most hotels

The place looks great, haven't used the hotel but we visited the woods and the beach Utopia forest beach close by it in October. It is peaceful,out of season, heaven place.

The place owns a secluded beach also with a restaurant and ordinary prices for sun chairs and umbrellas, a massage corner, and sea sports/entertainment facilities

Great customer service. Unfortunately I had to cancel my trip. The process was smooth and painless. Got reimbursed the full amount with in a couple of days.

Very nice hotel, in a quiet place. The rooms are clean and spacious. The apartments are for 3-4 people. The breakfast is tasty and varied enough, and some of the food offered is prepared on site

The staff is very welcoming, responsive and smiling people, they inspire peace. The central beach is a 5 to 10 minute walk away. There are restaurants and food shops nearby

A slight inconvenience is finding a parking space right in front of the hotel, but there are enough streets around where a car can stay overnight

Great location, close to the beach and park. There are places to walk in the evening. Clean room, cleaning every day. Normal breakfast is not expensive. Arrived at 3 am, placed without problems and surcharges

If you’re going on a basic trip and won’t be in the room often this is your spot, very central especially in a safe neighborhood! The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, all speak English and Bulgarian! Highly recommend!

Nice and clean

New, clean, friendly, quiet, overlooking the Sea Garden and the sea itself. From the backside - a nice and quiet view to the inner yards of neighbouring buildings. Good breakfast!

Situated between city center and the beach hotel offers nice stay. Clean rooms and friendly staff. It's location makes public parking difficult, there is private one around 400 m from the hotel

The location of hotel is by the green park on Bourgas beach and close to the main road (one might be unhappy due to the noise), near city centre, rail station and bus station

Very luxurious place to stay. Great value for money. Excellent location.

Really comfortable bed my only gripe would be the pillows but that's all down to personal preference for comfort, one wasn't enough but two was too many. Plenty of storage space and a nice well stocked bathroom

And the apartment has a cleaning service, you can also put little sign on the handle to not disturb you or to clean your room. The basement was really quiet inside, we did not hear any noises from outside

We were amazed, that it has fruits, candies and full fridge of cola, fanta, water (still and sparkling) were waiting for us. In bedroom we had kettle to make coffee or tea and air conditioner

The restaurant that is attached to this hotel, is one of the most popular with locals and tourists alike. Great service, great menu and superb cuisine. The staff are excellent and highly efficient

Stuff is good some of rooms are clean, some of them not so. In one of the room somebody probably smoked and it smelled and on the top of this the tv was only with turkish chanels so we asked to move on another room

The hotel is in nice spot but it needs new furniture nice try for breakfast but still that something is missing. I was feeling it was not enough light.Anyway good try but just for couple of nights.

The city is small an walkable and the hotel is in a good location. Within couple of minutes you can be in the shore and city center. The south bus terminal is also very close to the hotel

Rooms are outdated and need refurbushment. The cooling did not work very well. Overall it lives to its three star rating. No lift, you have to use the stairs. Breakfast is limited, but honemade "mekici" were great

It does the job for a short stay

The man at the reception (I guess one of the owners) spoke good German and took a lot of time to explain to me the sights in the province of Burgas

I spent one night here and can only recommend this hotel, even for a longer stay. I booked a single room but got a double room 😊. The room was very nice and stylishly furnished, so I really felt very comfortable here

The bed was cozy and comfortable too. Overall, the hotel makes a very neat and clean impression. Especially, I like how everything is lovingly thought out down to the smallest detail

The only thing that bothered me a little bit was the noisy refrigerator in the room, but I did not need it and just unplugged it

Great spot in that area. Quite new. Perfect place to spend a night before the flight.
