Hotel itself is close to Burgas airport, city buses and also to the stop for buses to other cities in Bulgaria. They have parking lot in front of the hotel or it's possible to borrow a bike

Very well decorated throughout, felt higher than a 2 star hotel for sure. Aldi under a minute walk away, a car wash up the road and a burger van by aldi if you got peckish after dinner

Later I went to the manager and said I had a problem with the room. That way I could take care of my business. And - I was able to rent a car. I can really recommend this one

We had a fantastic stay at the city hotel! The owner was so welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Breakfast changed up most days so you'll not get stuck eating exactly the same food for a week

There are plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from as well as Kaufland literally next door. Area itself is very quiet and safe. Our room was modern, always very clean and with all equipment needed

We had people running to open our car doors, carry luggage and give us the drinks by the pool. The food quality + hygiene discipline at the restaurant when we had breakfast was unmatched

Pretty nice place 👌 amazing view from the balcony, so get the 5 floor room. The breakfast is not amazing but there is a restaurant literally 100 meters in front of the hotel near the sea

Very lovely rooms! I Had one facing the black sea, larger than Standard rooms, Just little Higher price. IT was really spacious! Everything CLEAN. Service ist pretty good, friendly, Professional

For 50lv. per person the SPA center during the weekend is pretty good. Not crowded, the facilities are well maintained and the staff is very polite. We didn't go to the gym, but it looked well equipped and clean.

It’s on the level of ibis styles or motel one. No luxury but clean and good for a couple nights

My mother planned our stay in Bourgas and she picked this hotel where we had to stay 2 nights before moving to Varna. She said it's a 5 star but we didn't know where we were going until we got there

The rooms are great with comfy beds & great shower/bath. No coffee making facilities but spacious and comfortable with great air conditioning

I had a room on the back from which you can see the sea beyond other buildings. Not many restaurants in immediate area but not far by foot to eateries

It was the final of a chess tournament...it is very well suited and big rooms for such events. Great!

It is great for conference events. Staff is friendly and cooperating. Restaurant is no longer working which is a huge disadvantage.

Tiles missing in the jacuzzi, wall corners covered in grime, no one at the bar - ever and a swimming pool full of children and their parents, noisy and disrespectful diving in, making a mess and shouting! I was hoping for some quiet time mid week but no such luck!

Although shown on booking web site no kitchenette in the room. Car parking is free and no problem. Next time at burgas I might search a place closer to center

Hotel is located in a good location 5 mins driving by car. Nearby there's a shopping mall and a supermarket. The area is quiet without noise

Decent budget option for a short business trip. Difficult to get to it by car as it is situated in some kind of industrial area at the entrance of town between an OMV petrol station and a Metro store

I was slightly disappointed during my stay. The parking was always full, it was impossible to find a lot after 6pm. The second elevator was working only one direction - you can go down but not up

Boryana hotel. Filled with cordiality, foreseeing, frendly mistress of the hotel! She always ready to help. This place close to the sea (about 7 minutes by walking). Near the hotel are market and cafe.

When you entering they are giving you a remote for TV I dont understand why the remotes are not in the room. The personal is very friendly and the rooms are cleaned well and the parking is just under the windows

One of the nicest rooms we have stayed in. The free refreshments in the fridge are a nice touch. Also, there is free car park for guests and the hotel facilities (sauna and gym) were very clean and nice surprise for me

The place looks great, haven't used the hotel but we visited the woods and the beach Utopia forest beach close by it in October. It is peaceful,out of season, heaven place.

The place owns a secluded beach also with a restaurant and ordinary prices for sun chairs and umbrellas, a massage corner, and sea sports/entertainment facilities

Great customer service. Unfortunately I had to cancel my trip. The process was smooth and painless. Got reimbursed the full amount with in a couple of days.

New, clean, friendly, quiet, overlooking the Sea Garden and the sea itself. From the backside - a nice and quiet view to the inner yards of neighbouring buildings. Good breakfast!

The location of hotel is by the green park on Bourgas beach and close to the main road (one might be unhappy due to the noise), near city centre, rail station and bus station
