I loved it. The staff was amazing. The breakfast is plentiful and varied. The price was a bit too much, but I do take into account the luxury and the five stars. The location is perfect and the parking was spacious.

First time at this hotel and it was fabulous. The staff could not have been more wonderful and attentive. The room was spacious and they had a cot ready for our little one (and even added baby shampoo in the bathroom!)

This hotel was stunning, in a great location with everything you could wish for to make your stay a most enjoyable one. Rooms were clean and spacious, staff were helpful and friendly, and the facilities were excellent

The pool and spa are wonderful and the location right on the sea garden and beach is great. It's a big hotel but we felt very at home. Definitely recommend it and thank you for a wonderful stay

Great hotel with good and cheap restaurant. The breakfast was okay and I always ate in the restaurant for dinner, super delicious. Location is not the best but there is a bus going to the sea or center.

The room is nice but the people are lying because during the morning I was able to order and then later during the day I wanted to order the same thing for room service and they said we don’t offer it during Saturday Sunday but they bought it to me on Sunday

Reception was nice, rooms are very clean and well maintained, staff is very kind and service is great. It's just OK, you get what you pay for. Greek salad for breakfast was average but fulfilling and worth the price

My mother planned our stay in Bourgas and she picked this hotel where we had to stay 2 nights before moving to Varna. She said it's a 5 star but we didn't know where we were going until we got there

As we arrived it turned out to be more of a 3-4 stars. It's a mid class new construction in a decent location across the road

So Liars ( it was Tarator) Also, the balcony is extremely dirty

Nice hotel, clean rooms, free parking around the hotel, but very few and you, probably, will need to drive thru nearest streets couple times to find one. Generally it's a safe district

It was the final of a chess tournament...it is very well suited and big rooms for such events. Great!

Construction on the rooms going on at 7-8AM in the morning making it impossible to sleep. I paid 110 leva for this hotel. Is this amateur hour? They shouldn't start construction until atleast 10 or 11 AM

The rooms are great with comfy beds & great shower/bath. No coffee making facilities but spacious and comfortable with great air conditioning

It is great for conference events. Staff is friendly and cooperating. Restaurant is no longer working which is a huge disadvantage.

Situated 2 km from city center, but bus stops are right in front of the hotel

Rooms nice and clean. Staff also nice. However, just few parking lots belong to hotel. You need to park around in the mud if you find free place. Poor basic breakfast.

If you are into birdwatching be sure to pack in you binoculars or tube/spotting scope. The barh accessories can be renewed, as the current ones are old and even broken

Nice place for good price. Friendly staff and cheap food. Location is great as well - you can easily get to the city centre and main highway.

Rooms are ok, the room and the apartment on the top floor are really nice with a guge terrace and a wonderful view to Atanasovsko lake

The service on the reception and the staff in general are very friendly and supportive 5/5. The location is top center 5/5 and they have own parking although it is paid and sometimes full 4/5

The hotel is located in the center of the city, right in the middle of the main pedestrian street and also has few reserved parking spots. It has great view from the restaurant located on the top floor

awesome boutique hotel, situated in the city center of Burgas. This is nothing like the other places I have stayed at. Spacious rooms, very clean floors and bathrooms, polite and helpful staff and awesome breakfast

Two girls aged below 20 who do not speak any language other then Bulgarian and the only English speaking guy who answers with "what's up" when asked for something 2/5

The location is great , in the city center, walking distance from Central railway station and the Main bus station. Breakfast was very , very good

A nice family hotel, clean, neat, offers good breakfast and is perfectly situated near the city center but away from the noisy crouds. Reasonable prices. Friendly staff.

Nice apartment hotel. Nice and courteous service. Not crowded, located in the heart of the neighborhood a nice place total.

If you’re going on a basic trip and won’t be in the room often this is your spot, very central especially in a safe neighborhood! The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, all speak English and Bulgarian! Highly recommend!

Ot looks like a condo turned to a hotel. The staff is nice, rooms are ok for the class of the hotel. Fairly good location

It's quite noisy because of the cars that passing in front of the hotel and thin walls between the rooms. There was a lot of mold in the bathroom

The material base is very old, but the staff are taking extraordinary measures to keep everything nice clean and tidy! Will definitely visit again if I need a place to stay in Burgas.

Great position too, 10 minute walk to centre by foot and same to Sea Garden and Beach. On all the good Bus routes and close by to some decent Cafes and shops

The shower in the bathroom wasn't working properly and they didn't have 2 bed rooms for us. Other than that the breakfast was nothing to write for, since it was much more disappointing than real bulgarian breakfast

Clean, large, and @58 leva (appr. $33, breakfast included) a very attractively priced room, albeit somewhat dull, and a friendly receptionist. Main cons: beds could be softer and the AC considerably more powerful

Situated between city center and the beach hotel offers nice stay. Clean rooms and friendly staff. It's location makes public parking difficult, there is private one around 400 m from the hotel

New, clean, friendly, quiet, overlooking the Sea Garden and the sea itself. From the backside - a nice and quiet view to the inner yards of neighbouring buildings. Good breakfast!

The location of hotel is by the green park on Bourgas beach and close to the main road (one might be unhappy due to the noise), near city centre, rail station and bus station

So clean. If you like your bedsheets pressed perfectly and room smelling wonderful, then this is the place for you.

The stay at Gran Via was perfect. The hotel is clean, small and the staff is very friendly

Room was OK but bathroom is really strange. Shower is between bathroom sink and toilet. When you take a shower everything is wet. Parking lot is quite tight but hotel stuff help to park your car inside

The beach is ~20 minutes by foot, and there are small shops (bakery, fruit market) near the hotel

It all of the restaurants on wanted: Strahotna atmosphere, underground and surface level lots good kitchen, petite sa mn. vkusni. Dobri prices. Quiet and nice.

A store is integrated into the hotel where you can buy snacks or drinks at reasonable prices, considering the place is 1km away from 2 hypermarkets and a mall

The only downside being the location is far from the beach, and it's a kilometre walk to the bus stop. Definitely a place recommended for tourists with a car

Meals are good, not overpriced. There is also live music which is a good thing. Traditional Bulgarian cousin and music to be exact. The whole place is decorated in Bulgarian spirit. Definitely a must visit for tourist!

There's air conditioning which helps with the summer heat. There's a TV and mini-fridge in the rooms

Accomodation is fine, room have everything what you need. Towels smell great and everything is very clean. Parking is little bit complicated. Great deal for price!

Very friendly staff and great owners. Quiet hotel with very good service. Easy access to local restaurants and coffee shops. The beach is not far away. Bus station nearby. Beautiful village .We liked it a lot.

I would give 6 stars if it was possible. Location is just perfect - 5 minutes from the beach and 19 minutes from the airport. Rooms are clean and cosy, service super nice.

We had 3 young children with us and they had a great time on the slide in the pool, in the play park, doing activities in the kiddies club and dancing and singing in the evening along with Alex and Christo (two of the nicest fellas you could meet and good wee movers too lol) The beach is only a few minutes walk away

It was our first time in The Clara Hotel and it was really nice time for me and my family. Big thank you for animation team, especially two girls, Robert was happy playing in kids room 😍People are so nice and friendly

Myself and daughter came here for a two week holiday. We had a ball she is hard to please. Food, Entertainment, Kids Entertainment brilliant kids had a ball. Staff very friendly nothing too much bother

Family Day trips available from hotel to Sunny Beach, Water Park, and bus directly from hotel to Burgas for 1 lev each way. Really enjoyed ourselves my second time here and my daughter first time

Clara have trips running daily and I would recommend you go to the waterpark and Sunny Beach. The room was clean and comfortable and had air conditioning, which was needed when its 34*

I'm very happy with this hotel. Great price, great staff everything is on point. The room is tidy and well maintained. Breakfast was included in the price so can't ask for more and the breakfast was tasty nicely served

Hotel Prestige is a family hotel and lives up to its name. Rooms are comfortably furnished and all have a small balcony where you can stay. The location is very quiet, the staff and the owners are very nice Bulgarians

The morning buffet is always prepared by the same chef and there are several surprises every day. I have been living here for 4 monthes (!) now and I will definitely miss my "family"

Many times I visit Burgas, Bulgaria per year. This was my first stay in hotel Prestige. According to the price level and what you get is absolutely one of the better places to stay. Really good area and neighbourhood

The single room I was in was kept clean, but you could see it hadn't been renovated in a long time - all the bathroom fittings were corroded, and the furniture and bedsheets were clearly very old

Positive: The houses are new and nicely furnished. However, in our case the a/c control was broken and the shower gel empty. There are lots of parking spaces and they offer a variety of options to entertain kids

The beach is a bit off to reach via shuttle, 15 min by foot or with your own car. Prices there are 8lv per chair or umbrella, 30lv per cabana bed

What an amazing place! A hotel amongst the trees and at the same time so close to the sea. Clean rooms, delicious food, gorgeous garden and wonderful area for kids. We had a great time in June there.

They told they take it to make sure dog will not make any damage which has no sense as you charge already extra money for the dog plus in dog friendly hotels usually any little damages are considered into the price already

Also, some dish towels would be great. The staff is rather unmotivated. The cleaning staff once said they'd come later and didn't return. The pool is very small and obviously directed at kids only

If you come with dog you need to pay 10eur extra for your dog per night which is ok , but on top you need to leave 150lev deposit cash at the check in which they keep until you move out

No far from a lovely bar called the white dolphin. Overall Top place for our overnight stay. PS around fife to ten minutes walk to airport. Well done guys it’s a 10 from us

Lovely staff too and they kept in touch via email to ensure that I got in as my plane arrived very late!! The room was perfect and the place is classy yet understated!! Will definitely use again and recommend to all my friends in UK and Bulgaria!! 😁❤

Been on our holiday’s to sunny beach Nobel hotel. We had to be out our room for 12 noon and our flight wasn’t until 3:20 next morning

The hotel is located close to the airport, around 10 minutes walk. We arrived into Burgas late at night and stayed here before picking up our hire car

So we decided to book a room near the airport so we booked the Sea Horse hotel through booking. Around forty pounds the hotel was very clean and the lady’s there were so nice

If I was being picky, I could complain about a lot but it is sufficient what we needed, and I had a good night's sleep. We did not get offered breakfast but it may be a possibility in the cafe connected to it

A family hotel situated near the sea garden and the centre of the Burgas. The owners are super caring and personally oversee the activities at the place - from welcoming you to seeing you off

The breakfast options were of great quality, we considered staying one more night because of the breakfast :) there was caprese, guacamole, avocados, gluten-free freshly homemade bread, salmon, shrimp, a variety of nice cheese and other yummy stuff, you don't see that very often in hotel breakfast options around here

Absolutely amazing hotel. Even though it's 3*, It's a lot better than many hotels with more stars. Clean and modern rooms, perfect location, friendly staff. Whenever I'm in Burgas again - I'll only stay in Doro.

The rooms are tidy, the bed is firm and comfortable, little things like toiletries and ironing board are thoughtfully within reach. The breakfast is another great bonus - copious, diverse and made on spot

From eggs, through salads and fruit to traditional meals and good coffee. I’d love to return here and recommend it warm-heartedly when in Burgas
