Classic and comfortable in the heart of Burgas! Fourth time staying at this Hotel and as always it was fantastic! The room is incredibly spacious and the bed and pillows are so comfortable! Fantastic view of the sea from our balcony and a delicious dinner as well as breakfast

This hotel was stunning, in a great location with everything you could wish for to make your stay a most enjoyable one. Rooms were clean and spacious, staff were helpful and friendly, and the facilities were excellent

I loved it. The staff was amazing. The breakfast is plentiful and varied. The price was a bit too much, but I do take into account the luxury and the five stars. The location is perfect and the parking was spacious.

I was traveling with my electrical vehicle and the hotel has 2 EV chargers. The spa of the hotel is nice and you can use it during your stay. It is a nice hotel for family trips

Excellent mid size hotel about 30 minutes walk from Burgas centre. Service is very good. Very nice pool and spa facilities. Limited car parking available. EV charging.

The fact that some devices are not in a very good state - air conditioning units at the swimming pool are rusted and the breakfast that was just ok made me give just 4 stars overall

It was the final of a chess tournament...it is very well suited and big rooms for such events. Great!

The pool, sauna, and gym were all fantastic, and the elevator was fast even for the upper floors. Staff were extremely helpful — they even cooked for us after the kitchen had closed when we arrived late

Towels were changed daily, the view was stunning, and the location was perfect

Wonderful hotel, really conveniently located in the centre of the city and still only 25 minutes from the airport. The selection for breakfast is excellent, the staff are friendly and the rooms well equipped

Parking is in an open spot on a central pedestrian street, so the car is not protected, and cleanliness could be slightly improved (some spilled coffee near the air conditioner wasn’t cleaned)

It’s just amazing! The hotel is located near major pedestrian streets. There are many dishes available for breakfast. The room and service is perfect! Great view from the window

However the air conditioner in the room is not functioning well. It was like a sauna in the day time. Had to open the door to get fresh air from the outside to keep the room temperature down

There was a strike that day near the hotel and the police blocked the roads reaching the hotel. Walking distance to good places to eat. Also 5 mins driving distance to the shopping mall

We were unfortunate that day when going the hotel. What was supposed to be a 5 mins drive from the train station ended up a drive of more than half an hour

The hotel has an air of Soviet nostalgia, my mother in law (she is Bulgarian) said that this hotel was popular in Soviet times and you really can feel it everywhere, on the lifts, the stairs, the reception

It is in the middle of the park really near to the beach, also you have a bus stop that can take you easy to nesebar and other city. It look more like a place perfect for family that want to go to the sea

We always come to this hotel, my family and me love it! It's very well located, close to the beach, a circus, a terrarium with reptiles and gardens

They don't have laundry, but still in the room is a place to dry your clothes

Also, the hotel charges extra costs for small standard things such as pool towels or a juice at breakfast. This is not what one expects from this type of hotel

Service was superb - staff was incredibly friendly, the rooms were lovely and clean. Breakfast was a buffet with cheese, meats, breads, sandwitches, fruit, sweets (eclairs, cookies, croissants, chocolate spread/jam etc

Very convenient for kids to play on the playground or kids room, swim in a cool nature looking pool and just go hang out in each other villas. I really liked the food (except for muscles)

The hotel itself looks romantic with a lot of lights at night, a lake and a park for kids

The breakfast was ok, considering how many international guests they have, they should consider offering something more than just phyllo dough pastry

What bothered me is that the restaurant didn’t have non smoking tables. It’s very unpleasant to have dinner when someone is smoking on the table next to you

Awesome! With this word I can appreciate the service from the staff of this hotel! And personally, people's names are extremely important to me! Yes, it may not be the most luxurious or chic hotel,but the price per night wouldn't be like that either

A cute hotel in the center of Burgas. The staff are very friendly. Room fees are much more affordable than Airbnb houses. Moreover, breakfast is included in the price and they offer very delicious options.

But when the service is kind, welcoming and at the level, the location is great, as well as the cleanliness, what more does a person need for one, two or three nights!

Perfect for trips bear the port of Burgas. The rooms were clean and it was quite. It was not expensive at all. The breakfast was a bit disappointing but for this value - it was alright!

The place is enough for resting well during the vacations, beds are good and clean. Internet works great and the workers are kind and helpful. If you don't speak Bulgarian, no problem, you can communicate in English

A place like a piece of Heaven

The whole building is in a great location, but due to the property and ground owners issues it is a bit like abandoned. For example there is no reception and restaurant, swimming pool is not operating and so on

We had 3 young children with us and they had a great time on the slide in the pool, in the play park, doing activities in the kiddies club and dancing and singing in the evening along with Alex and Christo (two of the nicest fellas you could meet and good wee movers too lol) The beach is only a few minutes walk away

It was our first time in The Clara Hotel and it was really nice time for me and my family. Big thank you for animation team, especially two girls, Robert was happy playing in kids room 😍People are so nice and friendly

Myself and daughter came here for a two week holiday. We had a ball she is hard to please. Food, Entertainment, Kids Entertainment brilliant kids had a ball. Staff very friendly nothing too much bother

Family Day trips available from hotel to Sunny Beach, Water Park, and bus directly from hotel to Burgas for 1 lev each way. Really enjoyed ourselves my second time here and my daughter first time

Clara have trips running daily and I would recommend you go to the waterpark and Sunny Beach. The room was clean and comfortable and had air conditioning, which was needed when its 34*

It is a great hotel. The Beds are comfortable, best nights sleep than any other Bulgarian Hotel. Aircon is fantastic. Staff are Great. They prepare food onsite if you do not wish to go out. Great pool and secure parking.

Note that the pool is only opened seasonally and when we went in early June it was not open (which, it was a bit chilly for the pool anyways). If a pool is important to you, check that it will be open

Boryana hotel. Filled with cordiality, foreseeing, frendly mistress of the hotel! She always ready to help. This place close to the sea (about 7 minutes by walking). Near the hotel are market and cafe.

We went in off season and I'm pretty sure we were the only guests in the hotel. But the staff were lovely, the rooms were clean, and the vibe was exactly the quiet, laid back vibe we were hoping for

We found a good place, very cosy with a great location. All the staff was very nice and hospitable. Boryana made sure to attend to all our needs. We will visit it again. 😊

Tucked away in a quiet, small town. Close enough to Burgas that is a pleasant commute by bus, but far enough away from everything that you can really relax

In approx 30 min you are a few steps away from the hotel. The stop is called Drava and it is the second one in Sarafovo. The hotel restaurant does not work but I had a nice sandwich for breakfast

Nice and welcoming stuff super helpful providing the best solution to reach the hotel. There is a bus from the main bus station in Burgas, bus 15. 50BGN and ticket is paid on board

We got a nice, tidy room with a really beautiful bathroom, and some sea view as well. For the price we paid, I would gladly give it 6 stars :)

We took a deluxe room - the area is large, the room is neat, clean, with access to a balcony, they clean every day, all hygiene products are provided, and the garbage is taken out. Friendly staff at the reception

The hotel also offers massages and a sauna for a fee. 5 km away, if you can walk through the courtyards. The center is 2 km away on foot. Convenient location and beautiful well maintained hotel
