Classic and comfortable in the heart of Burgas! Fourth time staying at this Hotel and as always it was fantastic! The room is incredibly spacious and the bed and pillows are so comfortable! Fantastic view of the sea from our balcony and a delicious dinner as well as breakfast

This hotel was stunning, in a great location with everything you could wish for to make your stay a most enjoyable one. Rooms were clean and spacious, staff were helpful and friendly, and the facilities were excellent

I loved it. The staff was amazing. The breakfast is plentiful and varied. The price was a bit too much, but I do take into account the luxury and the five stars. The location is perfect and the parking was spacious.

I was traveling with my electrical vehicle and the hotel has 2 EV chargers. The spa of the hotel is nice and you can use it during your stay. It is a nice hotel for family trips

The hotel fee also includes: -swimming pool - not very large, with three lanes - perfect after a hot day -gym - all exercise equipment is available, except for a treadmill -jacuzzi

The hotel also offers massages and a sauna for a fee. 5 km away, if you can walk through the courtyards. The center is 2 km away on foot. Convenient location and beautiful well maintained hotel

The place is enough for resting well during the vacations, beds are good and clean. Internet works great and the workers are kind and helpful. If you don't speak Bulgarian, no problem, you can communicate in English

Nice place to stay for a night or two. Situated close to the city center and the park on the seaside. Very gentle and helpful staff. The room was good, clean. I think they need to renovate the bathrooms.

The city center and the coast are 10 minutes by walking and bus terminal 6 minutes by car

The whole building is in a great location, but due to the property and ground owners issues it is a bit like abandoned. For example there is no reception and restaurant, swimming pool is not operating and so on

We had 3 young children with us and they had a great time on the slide in the pool, in the play park, doing activities in the kiddies club and dancing and singing in the evening along with Alex and Christo (two of the nicest fellas you could meet and good wee movers too lol) The beach is only a few minutes walk away

It was our first time in The Clara Hotel and it was really nice time for me and my family. Big thank you for animation team, especially two girls, Robert was happy playing in kids room 😍People are so nice and friendly

Myself and daughter came here for a two week holiday. We had a ball she is hard to please. Food, Entertainment, Kids Entertainment brilliant kids had a ball. Staff very friendly nothing too much bother

Family Day trips available from hotel to Sunny Beach, Water Park, and bus directly from hotel to Burgas for 1 lev each way. Really enjoyed ourselves my second time here and my daughter first time

Clara have trips running daily and I would recommend you go to the waterpark and Sunny Beach. The room was clean and comfortable and had air conditioning, which was needed when its 34*

Great customer service. Unfortunately I had to cancel my trip. The process was smooth and painless. Got reimbursed the full amount with in a couple of days.

Positive: The houses are new and nicely furnished. However, in our case the a/c control was broken and the shower gel empty. There are lots of parking spaces and they offer a variety of options to entertain kids

Also, some dish towels would be great. The staff is rather unmotivated. The cleaning staff once said they'd come later and didn't return. The pool is very small and obviously directed at kids only

What an amazing place! A hotel amongst the trees and at the same time so close to the sea. Clean rooms, delicious food, gorgeous garden and wonderful area for kids. We had a great time in June there.

They told they take it to make sure dog will not make any damage which has no sense as you charge already extra money for the dog plus in dog friendly hotels usually any little damages are considered into the price already

Second day it has been rainy all day long and I was not able to go to the restaurant to eat at all as also you cannot leave your pet unattended. Very strange pet policy and not worth to go there with your dogs

The hotel location and its amenities are amazing. I found Hotel Bulgaria Burgas to be perfect for my trip. Reserved paid parking was perfect for me since I planned on leaving and coming so much

That's one of the few places around where you can have really good time. Hotel has been currently refurbished and it was done pretty good. Food is above average with no extraordinary jems

Staff is a really professional and accommodating. The hairdresser studio is really good. The piano bar is a real hit if you are here on weekends. The SPA is also good but not wow

But it is far from the sea, which can be reached along the central pedestrian street of Burgas, passing near the hotel. Clean, comfortable room with everything you need. Friendly and welcoming staff

In Burgas, a small town with inconvenient transportation, booking this hotel is the biggest comfort of this trip. It is very cost-effective and the breakfast is also good

The hotel has an air of Soviet nostalgia, my mother in law (she is Bulgarian) said that this hotel was popular in Soviet times and you really can feel it everywhere, on the lifts, the stairs, the reception

It is in the middle of the park really near to the beach, also you have a bus stop that can take you easy to nesebar and other city. It look more like a place perfect for family that want to go to the sea

We always come to this hotel, my family and me love it! It's very well located, close to the beach, a circus, a terrarium with reptiles and gardens

They don't have laundry, but still in the room is a place to dry your clothes

In approx 30 min you are a few steps away from the hotel. The stop is called Drava and it is the second one in Sarafovo. The hotel restaurant does not work but I had a nice sandwich for breakfast

Nice and welcoming stuff super helpful providing the best solution to reach the hotel. There is a bus from the main bus station in Burgas, bus 15. 50BGN and ticket is paid on board

We got a nice, tidy room with a really beautiful bathroom, and some sea view as well. For the price we paid, I would gladly give it 6 stars :)

One might consider it a bit tight in space but I personally believe it was just about enough and the had all the essentials covered. Very clean, neat and comfortable

A cute hotel in the center of Burgas. The staff are very friendly. Room fees are much more affordable than Airbnb houses. Moreover, breakfast is included in the price and they offer very delicious options.

But when the service is kind, welcoming and at the level, the location is great, as well as the cleanliness, what more does a person need for one, two or three nights!

A place like a piece of Heaven

Although we stopped for only a few hours for the crew to rest, we were pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Everything quickly, responsibly, efficiently.

Great place to stay for a short time. Even with kids. There is a small playground.

The staff were nice and location is great but isolation is bad. We could hear people next to our room and above us. Anyhow, a great value for the money 😊

Very good place, not too expensive and the closest sea destination to the airport, you don't need to think about the transfer, you just walk from the airport directly to the sea

It is a great hotel. The Beds are comfortable, best nights sleep than any other Bulgarian Hotel. Aircon is fantastic. Staff are Great. They prepare food onsite if you do not wish to go out. Great pool and secure parking.

Note that the pool is only opened seasonally and when we went in early June it was not open (which, it was a bit chilly for the pool anyways). If a pool is important to you, check that it will be open

Boryana hotel. Filled with cordiality, foreseeing, frendly mistress of the hotel! She always ready to help. This place close to the sea (about 7 minutes by walking). Near the hotel are market and cafe.

We went in off season and I'm pretty sure we were the only guests in the hotel. But the staff were lovely, the rooms were clean, and the vibe was exactly the quiet, laid back vibe we were hoping for

We found a good place, very cosy with a great location. All the staff was very nice and hospitable. Boryana made sure to attend to all our needs. We will visit it again. 😊

Tucked away in a quiet, small town. Close enough to Burgas that is a pleasant commute by bus, but far enough away from everything that you can really relax
