Aer lingus cancelled our flight home to Dublin and we were put in this hotel, really quick check in and extremely friendly and helpful staff, I honestly can't fault this hotel

Poor level of housekeeping, Room 404 tile damaged on washstand alongside toilet received cut on my arm as a result. Pillowcase didn't appear to have been changed from previous occupant. Had to request for additional toilet paper, tea and coffee etc not replaced. Excellent food in dining room.

The room is nice but the people are lying because during the morning I was able to order and then later during the day I wanted to order the same thing for room service and they said we don’t offer it during Saturday Sunday but they bought it to me on Sunday. So Liars ( it was Tarator) Also, the balcony is extremely dirty

Excellent mid size hotel about 30 minutes walk from Burgas centre. Service is very good. Very nice pool and spa facilities. Limited car parking available. EV charging.

Good location. 15 min walk to the city center, 20 min to the beach. Breakfast is varied and sufficient. Rooms are comfortable, clean. Price/ quality - very good.

Clean rooms, furniture pretty new decent services considering the prices. Nice swimming pool, clean water. Also there is a decent gym. The fact that some devices are not in a very good state - air conditioning units at the swimming pool are rusted and the breakfast that was just ok made me give just 4 stars overall. Definitely recommend it for shorter stays or on a budget.

Superb location for train and bus station, shops, bars and beach. Rooms a reasonable size, fridge, kettle etc Bed was hard. Noise from other guests like toilets flushing, thin walls On check in we requested breakfast to go at 630 as we had a train to catch, but this did not materialise so we left for a 4 hour train journey with no food which we had paid for. Descent hotel in the center of Bourgas. Walking.distance from the pedestrian central street, nice rooms and good service. Breakfast and finding a parking place was not meeting our expectations. The view from the restaurant during the breakfast was super relaxing.

The landmark hotel of the city of Burgas. Built in 1976, totally refurbished in 2000, it is very fancy. Nice room, clean and cozy. Impressive breakfast with large variety of products. All facilities from ironing to spa available but not included in the room price So it is the case of parking (20 leva/10 euros per day).

Wonderful hotel, really conveniently located in the centre of the city and still only 25 minutes from the airport. The selection for breakfast is excellent, the staff are friendly and the rooms well equipped. I'd definitely stay again.

We had an amazing stay! The breakfast was excellent and very rich, with plenty of variety (just a short wait sometimes for refills). The pool, sauna, and gym were all fantastic, and the elevator was fast even for the upper floors. It’s just amazing! The hotel is located near major pedestrian streets. There are many dishes available for breakfast. The room and service is perfect! Great view from the window. Underground parking costs 20 leva (10€) per day.

In Burgas, a small town with inconvenient transportation, booking this hotel is the biggest comfort of this trip. It is very cost-effective and the breakfast is also good. The hotel is well located and has complete facilities.

That's one of the few places around where you can have really good time.Great locaton. Hotel has been currently refurbished and it was done pretty good. Food is above average with no extraordinary jems. Staff is a really professional and accommodating. The hairdresser studio is really good. The piano bar is a real hit if you are here on weekends. The SPA is also good but not wow.

Nice views but the hotel is older

We were unfortunate that day when going the hotel. What was supposed to be a 5 mins drive from the train station ended up a drive of more than half an hour. There was a strike that day near the hotel and the police blocked the roads reaching the hotel. The location is very good. Walking distance to good places to eat. I stayed at Grand Primoretz and Spa hotel for vacation. The hotel is at city center. The rooms are big and comfortable. The staff is very gentle and kind. The hotel has a big parking place. I was traveling with my electrical vehicle and the hotel has 2 EV chargers. The spa of the hotel is nice and you can use it during your stay. It is a nice hotel for family trips.

Grand stay at the Grand Hotel Primoretz! Any time we are in Burgas, this is our go-to Hotel. The rooms are spacious and super comfortable, the food in the restaurant is excellent and the spa amenities are all worth visiting for! Also the Hotel is beautifully located with spectacular views of the sea and the sound of waves as you go to sleep!

Ok for summer Not 5stars for sure. But ok for summer vacation. Breakfast a la carte but staff needs to be smiling a little bit. Room a bit empty and some modernization needed.
