I loved it. The staff was amazing. The breakfast is plentiful and varied. The price was a bit too much, but I do take into account the luxury and the five stars. The location is perfect and the parking was spacious.

This hotel was stunning, in a great location with everything you could wish for to make your stay a most enjoyable one. Rooms were clean and spacious, staff were helpful and friendly, and the facilities were excellent. Beach access and Sea Gardens were a few steps away from the hotel and beautiful. We didn't want to leave and will definitely return in the future 😃

Very lovely rooms! I Had one facing the black sea, larger than Standard rooms, Just little Higher price. IT was really spacious! Everything CLEAN. Best Hotel in Bulgarien. Service ist pretty good, friendly, Professional. Dont forget top Tip! Location ist great, right at the entrance of the huge Park "Sea Garden", two minutes fromm the beach. Spa, parking and so on....very good!

I'm writing an updated review for this hotel. The rooms have significantly improved since the last time. However whoever manages this hotel is a complete amateur. Construction on the rooms going on at 7-8AM in the morning making it impossible to sleep. I paid 110 leva for this hotel. Is this amateur hour? They shouldn't start construction until atleast 10 or 11 AM. The management or owner has no clue...

It was the final of a chess tournament...it is very well suited and big rooms for such events. Great!

You get what you pay for. I stayed in a very basic room since I don't spend much time in the hotel. Comfortable bed, no problems with the AC and the bathtub was a welcome surprise. Within reasonable walking distance from the centre. My only complaint would be the lack of electrical outlets (only 1 or 2(?) by the desk, none by the bed).

Hotel provides big rooms, however the rating will be higher if interioirs were better kept. Taking technical condition, the hotel will be much nicer place to stay, if they will renovate walls and bathrooms. I give PLUS for cleaning service, as the impression of beddings and towels was really fine. Breakfast was also good! Location was safe (even for single woman) and in the close area you can find...

The rooms are great with comfy beds & great shower/bath. No coffee making facilities but spacious and comfortable with great air conditioning. I had a room on the back from which you can see the sea beyond other buildings. Not many restaurants in immediate area but not far by foot to eateries. Fantastic service.

It is great for conference events. Staff is friendly and cooperating. Restaurant is no longer working which is a huge disadvantage.

The hotel location and its amenities are amazing. I found Hotel Bulgaria Burgas to be perfect for my trip. Reserved paid parking was perfect for me since I planned on leaving and coming so much. The rooms are clean and spacious, the gym is great, and the staff are friendly! Would definitely stay again.

Short: I would stay here again. Longer: Large clean lobby, friendly staff. You take the elevators which are fast and decent sized up to your rooms. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Hotel was lovely when it was first built, now the SPA is in a bit of a state. Tiles missing in the jacuzzi, wall corners covered in grime, no one at the bar - ever and a swimming pool full of children and their parents, noisy and disrespectful diving in, making a mess and shouting! I was hoping for some quiet time mid week but no such luck!

This is a hotel for a short stay, handy on the edge of town to get about it seems far from the centre. Not much locally so you probably need a car. There are 2 hotels here so make certain you know which one you’re booking as the deluxe is reported newer and better. Restaurant is reasonable and good for an easy meal and drink. Breakfast buffet has plenty of options and you won’t go hungry

The hotel is clean and new. It is perfect for a business trip. But if you want to be close to the city attractions or beaches , this is not your hotel

The hotel is nice but it is really far away from the center. Not recommend if you are not with a car. Rooms were great and service splendid. Breakfast was good too. If you need something close to the city enterance/airport this is the place for you.

Not good not bad..The staff was very friendly speaking well English and ready to help you with whatever you need.The hotel needs further improvement regarding the facilities. The restaurant is good but the breakfast is poor. Hotel is located in a good location 5 mins driving by car. Nearby there's a shopping mall and a supermarket. The area is quiet without noise.

I was slightly disappointed during my stay. The parking was always full, it was impossible to find a lot after 6pm. The second elevator was working only one direction - you can go down but not up. The room wasn't clean and we had only one small towel per person. Definitely not a 4 start hotel.

The room is nice but the people are lying because during the morning I was able to order and then later during the day I wanted to order the same thing for room service and they said we don’t offer it during Saturday Sunday but they bought it to me on Sunday. Inexpensive 4 star hotel for the business trip. Rooms are spacious. The bathroom was very, very dirty. Old and broken shower head. Mold on the floor. Overall a very dirty hotel. My mother planned our stay in Bourgas and she picked this hotel where we had to stay 2 nights before moving to Varna. She said it's a 5 star but we didn't know where we were going until we got there. 10min drive to the sea side. It is very close to a small mall and Lidl. The staff was very helpfull and kind. The room is good size, clean and fitted with everything you need. Breakfast was horrible. They serve it in the nearby 2 star hotel together with the guests there.

I expected less and got more. It was a perfect place for me and my team to stay. This is a 4 star hotel by Romanian standards. Great job!

You will find all you need in this hotel. It’s a family business and as such you will interact with the owner who is very friendly and helpful. I will stay at this hotel every time I visit Bourgas. The bistro is super nice too. You should try the Satarash dish - my favourite.

I cannot say enough about the wonderful service and fantastic restaurant at the hotel. I highly recommend the tomato, mozzarella and avocado salad and the eggplant entree. Rooms are clean and comfortable, just a little dated. It's tucked away in a business/industrial area so there aren't any nice views and it's a long walk (45 minutes, all flat, so doable) or a 12-15 minute taxi ride to the beach....

I was planning to stay for few days and I ended up staying about 20 days. Clean, spacious rooms. What makes this hotel special is the owners and the staff. They made us feel at home. Super friendly, kind and awesome people. Highly recommended !

The hotel has excellent location, rooms are clean and spacious. The front desk staff was amazing and the house cleaning is up to par. However, I was very disappointed by the service at the restaurant. For the 5 day stay, every morning I will go down to the restaurant to have a my coffe ,after my walk , and I was charged different amount for the same order every day during our stay. Same problem with employees not knowing other language than bulgarian. Breakfast was ok but for sure the can improve the juices and the hospitality (somehow put a smile on employees faces).

Convinient. There is parking. Also convenient. Staff is nice and kind. Rooms look big and bright, but could be better cleaned and smell like that. Towels look old and overused, Matrices and pillows are not comfortable at all.

Unfortunately I spent only one night in this hotel. The value for money is excellent. I was pleasantly surprised with literally everything. The rooms are spacious, super clean and comfy. Positive: The houses are new and nicely furnished. However, in our case the a/c control was broken and the shower gel empty. There are lots of parking spaces and they offer a variety of options to entertain kids. There is also a public charging station with two plugs on the area (0,79lv/kWh) for your EV. Internet works very well. Negative: There is no hair dryer on the room. The two-bedroom apartments...

Although the location is incredible, the food is just ok. We received raw risotto and all in all the prices of the food do not complement the quality.

What an amazing place! A hotel amongst the trees and at the same time so close to the sea. Clean rooms, delicious food, gorgeous garden and wonderful area for kids. We had a great time in June there.

I came with my little doggo as hotel confirmed they are pet friendly which is not quite that and I would say hotel is dog tolerating , rather friendly. If you come with dog you need to pay 10eur extra for your dog per night which is ok , but on top you need to leave 150lev deposit cash at the check in which they keep until you move out . They told they take it to make sure dog will not make any damage...

Amazing cozy place in the middle of the forest. We came by car from Istanbul to spend my mother birthday. Meal at the restaurant are very delicious, they offer fresh seafood and meat, vegetarian dishes and tasty unique desserts and fresh fruits. Thank you to Martin for kind welcoming and assistance.

The place looks great, haven't used the hotel but we visited the woods and the beach Utopia forest beach close by it in October. It is peaceful,out of season, heaven place.

We always come to this hotel, my family and me love it! It's very well located, close to the beach, a circus, a terrarium with reptiles and gardens. The hotel has an air of Soviet nostalgia, my mother in law (she is Bulgarian) said that this hotel was popular in Soviet times and you really can feel it everywhere, on the lifts, the stairs, the reception... And is cheap too...

Awesome location, and real cheap. Great view from the room balcony. Avoid if you prefer peace, quiet, and undisturbed sleep during your stay, as it's extremely noisy, specially at night, due to the proximity of the beach bars and discos.

The hotel location is in the park of the city. Very quite and 3 min walk from the find sandy beach... There is bus stop 5 min walk to visit the city center if not with own car. Parking lot just infront of the hotel and some free public Sport faciliries for Sport lovers. Not luxury but very resonable hotel to stay in.

Not so bad place if you looking for a hotel closer to the sea on a not so expensive price. However you've to be careful when you bring some valuables with you. The doors are not secure and there is no cameras on the floor. The entrance door of my room seems like it has been broken before. Also the door of the bathroom didn't close, and the sheets doesn't fit the bed size.

I've been to extremely crappy hotels around the world and I haven't complained. When I checked in here and I saw the disgusting old room I almost ran away. I only stayed because of the great sea view.

Stayed at Burgas hotel in May , and again , in September 2019 . Work related , on my way to , and back from my summer job. The location is great , in the city center, walking distance from Central railway station and the Main bus station. Breakfast was very , very good. Much better than eating in nearby cafes! Reception staff are friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

The hotel is located in the center of the city, right in the middle of the main pedestrian street and also has few reserved parking spots. It has great view from the restaurant located on the top floor. Service is very polite. Surprising cable TV with possibility to reverse channels. Rooms and bathrooms in particular need some renovation/improvement but are spacious with everything needed.

Good breakfast, clean bathrooms, nice people. NO WI-FI in the rooms (at 4th and 5th floor) which is not possible in a 4 star hotel in 2015. Overall is a nice place in the center of Burgas, a bit old, with stuff that needs to be fixed.

We found a good place, very cosy with a great location. All the staff was very nice and hospitable. Boryana made sure to attend to all our needs. We will visit it again. 😊

Tucked away in a quiet, small town. Close enough to Burgas that is a pleasant commute by bus, but far enough away from everything that you can really relax. We went in off season and I'm pretty sure we were the only guests in the hotel. But the staff were lovely, the rooms were clean, and the vibe was exactly the quiet, laid back vibe we were hoping for. Note that the pool is only opened seasonally...

It is a great hotel. The Beds are comfortable, best nights sleep than any other Bulgarian Hotel. Aircon is fantastic. Staff are Great. They prepare food onsite if you do not wish to go out. Great pool and secure parking.

Boryana hotel. Filled with cordiality, foreseeing, frendly mistress of the hotel! She always ready to help. This place close to the sea (about 7 minutes by walking). Near the hotel are market and cafe.

The city is small an walkable and the hotel is in a good location. Within couple of minutes you can be in the shore and city center. The south bus terminal is also very close to the hotel. The staff are OK. There is no kettle or free water in the room. There is a Cafe restaurant on the ground floor. And nearby supermarket nearby

Stuff is good some of rooms are clean, some of them not so. In one of the room somebody probably smoked and it smelled and on the top of this the tv was only with turkish chanels so we asked to move on another room. First they told us they dont have another free rooms than we were ready to leave and than they gave us another room it was clean and nice.

Ideal location downtown, 3 min walk to the main pedestrian street, walking distance to the port area, Burgas municipality and shopping streets. All rooms facing East are quiet, comfortable beds, small but nice bathroom with hot water 24/7. Smiling and welcoming staff. Shortly - great value for money.

Have stayed here before last year. Staff remembered me . Comfortable room attached toilet and shower. Room a bit noisy as it was on busy main road. I like coming here.

Great hotel, small European style! Two blocks off of Aleksandrovska, excellent breakfast, very clean and very comfortable beds. If you’re going on a basic trip and won’t be in the room often this is your spot, very central especially in a safe neighborhood! The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, all speak English and Bulgarian! Highly recommend!

Nice place for good price. Friendly staff and cheap food. Location is great as well - you can easily get to the city centre and main highway.

Rooms are ok, the room and the apartment on the top floor are really nice with a guge terrace and a wonderful view to Atanasovsko lake. If you are into birdwatching be sure to pack in you binoculars or tube/spotting scope. The barh accessories can be renewed, as the current ones are old and even broken.

Rooms nice and clean. Staff also nice. However, just few parking lots belong to hotel. You need to park around in the mud if you find free place. Poor basic breakfast.

Rooms are outdated and need refurbushment. The cooling did not work very well. Bedding is just okay. Overall it lives to its three star rating. No lift, you have to use the stairs. Breakfast is limited, but honemade "mekici" were great. Service was attentive. It does the job for a short stay.

Nothing special really. The shower in the bathroom wasn't working properly and they didn't have 2 bed rooms for us. Other than that the breakfast was nothing to write for, since it was much more disappointing than real bulgarian breakfast.

It's quite noisy because of the cars that passing in front of the hotel and thin walls between the rooms. There was a lot of mold in the bathroom. Apart of that the hotel location is pretty good it's on walking distance from the main Street, sea garden and the Bourgas central beach

Friendly staff, clean rooms good Breakfast .The restaurant is also worth trying, good wine selection and tasty food. Ignore the bad press of earlier posts, this Hotel is ok. Great position too, 10 minute walk to centre by foot and same to Sea Garden and Beach. On all the good Bus routes and close by to some decent Cafes and shops.

The material base is very old, but the staff are taking extraordinary measures to keep everything nice clean and tidy! Will definitely visit again if I need a place to stay in Burgas.

Clean, large, and @58 leva (appr. $33, breakfast included) a very attractively priced room, albeit somewhat dull, and a friendly receptionist. Main cons: beds could be softer and the AC considerably more powerful. Kudos to the maids for making the only available room ready earlier than regular check-in time (2 p.m.) upon my non-announced morning arrival.
