I cannot say enough about the wonderful service and fantastic restaurant at the hotel. I highly recommend the tomato, mozzarella and avocado salad and the eggplant entree. Rooms are clean and comfortable, just a little dated. It's tucked away in a business/industrial area so there aren't any nice views and it's a long walk (45 minutes, all flat, so doable) or a 12-15 minute taxi ride to the beach....

I was planning to stay for few days and I ended up staying about 20 days. Clean, spacious rooms. What makes this hotel special is the owners and the staff. They made us feel at home. Super friendly, kind and awesome people. Highly recommended !

Hotel itself is close to Burgas airport, city buses and also to the stop for buses to other cities in Bulgaria. They have parking lot in front of the hotel or it's possible to borrow a bike. Otherwise you need to count with approx.50 mins walk to the beach, which is not bad at all as you walk through a nice park majority of the time. Very lovely rooms! I Had one facing the black sea, larger than Standard rooms, Just little Higher price. IT was really spacious! Everything CLEAN. Best Hotel in Bulgarien. Service ist pretty good, friendly, Professional. Dont forget top Tip! Location ist great, right at the entrance of the huge Park "Sea Garden", two minutes fromm the beach. The hotel is of very high quality for Bulgaria and the service standards here. The room was spacious and very clean. The sea view is amazing and the location couldn’t be any better. The breakfast was also great. I had a bit higher expectations for the spa experience, but there is a room for improvement there. For 50lv. per person the SPA center during the weekend is pretty good. Not crowded, the facilities are well maintained and the staff is very polite. We didn't go to the gym, but it looked well equipped and clean.

Inexpensive 4 star hotel for the business trip. Rooms are spacious. The bathroom was very, very dirty. Old and broken shower head. Mold on the floor. Overall a very dirty hotel. 10min drive to the sea side. It is very close to a small mall and Lidl. The staff was very helpfull and kind. The room is good size, clean and fitted with everything you need. Breakfast was horrible. They serve it in the nearby 2 star hotel together with the guests there.

I'm writing an updated review for this hotel. The rooms have significantly improved since the last time. However whoever manages this hotel is a complete amateur. Construction on the rooms going on at 7-8AM in the morning making it impossible to sleep. I paid 110 leva for this hotel. Is this amateur hour? They shouldn't start construction until atleast 10 or 11 AM. The management or owner has no clue...

It was the final of a chess tournament...it is very well suited and big rooms for such events. Great!

You get what you pay for. I stayed in a very basic room since I don't spend much time in the hotel. Comfortable bed, no problems with the AC and the bathtub was a welcome surprise. Within reasonable walking distance from the centre. My only complaint would be the lack of electrical outlets (only 1 or 2(?) by the desk, none by the bed).

Hotel provides big rooms, however the rating will be higher if interioirs were better kept. Taking technical condition, the hotel will be much nicer place to stay, if they will renovate walls and bathrooms. The rooms are great with comfy beds & great shower/bath. No coffee making facilities but spacious and comfortable with great air conditioning. I had a room on the back from which you can see the sea beyond other buildings. Not many restaurants in immediate area but not far by foot to eateries. Fantastic service.

Hotel was lovely when it was first built, now the SPA is in a bit of a state. Tiles missing in the jacuzzi, wall corners covered in grime, no one at the bar - ever and a swimming pool full of children and their parents, noisy and disrespectful diving in, making a mess and shouting! I was hoping for some quiet time mid week but no such luck!

Hotel Bulgaria is a cut above the rest, we chose this hotel for it's central location, we knew it had a refurb but we didn't expect it to be so fresh! The staff are polite and accommodating, the breakfast is well thought out and tasty, and the rooms are more than comfortable! I whole heartedly endorse this hotel!

Unfortunately I spent only one night in this hotel. The value for money is excellent. I was pleasantly surprised with literally everything. The rooms are spacious, super clean and comfy. The service is excellent and the breakfast was perfect. The proximity to the sea is great and the view from the room is fantastic. I will definitely be back.

Great atmosphere, perfect rooms, perfect restaurant, lovely food and last but not least - conference hall is gorgeous. Hotel is perfect for business meetings and seminars. It is located in the area of marine port with lots of bars and restaurants around. Views are breath taking!

The hotel is nice but it is really far away from the center. Not recommend if you are not with a car. Rooms were great and service splendid. Breakfast was good too. If you need something close to the city enterance/airport this is the place for you.

Not good not bad..The staff was very friendly speaking well English and ready to help you with whatever you need.The hotel needs further improvement regarding the facilities. The restaurant is good but the breakfast is poor. Hotel is located in a good location 5 mins driving by car. Nearby there's a shopping mall and a supermarket. The area is quiet without noise.

I was slightly disappointed during my stay. The parking was always full, it was impossible to find a lot after 6pm. The second elevator was working only one direction - you can go down but not up. The room wasn't clean and we had only one small towel per person. Definitely not a 4 start hotel.

Sizeable basic but old interior hotel rooms. Reasonable value for your money, three beds so no need to rent two rooms at all (could have told us🤔) Ok breakfast for 7 bgn. The bathroom was dirty and not well maintained but I am in a good mood so still give 3 stars.

The hotel may not be a 5 star affair, but the service certainly is. I can't even think of another place I have visited with such lovely, accommodating staff. Everyone from the reception, waiters to the cleaning are there to make you feel welcomed. Convenient location, available parking, clean rooms.

It is a Hotel for cheap visitings the rooms are old style and smell is like old village home because the interior is decided in old style wood accesories. When you entering they are giving you a remote for TV I dont understand why the remotes are not in the room. The personal is very friendly and the rooms are cleaned well and the parking is just under the windows.

This was a beautiful hotel!! We were here for one night on our way from Plovdiv to Varna. The room was very spacious and luxurious. We enjoyed the complimentary mini bar and the little gift provided by the hotel for our anniversary celebration. The location was great, right by sea gardens with a beautiful view of the Black Sea. It is also close to the pedestrian streets for tons of dining options....

The villa is amazing! It's classy, it's designed with timeless style and convenience in mind. The staff are extremely nice and customer-focused. The location is obviously great and it has a parking in front of the property. It's a must experience!

One of the nicest rooms we have stayed in. The free refreshments in the fridge are a nice touch. Also, there is free car park for guests and the hotel facilities (sauna and gym) were very clean and nice surprise for me. The staff were very friendly and the room was super clean. The restaurant is also one of the nicest in town!!! Definitely recommend if you can afford the price.

Great hotel, small European style! Two blocks off of Aleksandrovska, excellent breakfast, very clean and very comfortable beds. If you’re going on a basic trip and won’t be in the room often this is your spot, very central especially in a safe neighborhood! The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, all speak English and Bulgarian! Highly recommend!

Very nice and clean hotel

The stay at Gran Via was perfect. The hotel is clean, small and the staff is very friendly. The location of hotel is by the green park on Bourgas beach and close to the main road (one might be unhappy due to the noise), near city centre, rail station and bus station. The breakfast is served and it is very delicious.
