I stayed at Grand Primoretz and Spa hotel for vacation. The hotel is at city center. The rooms are big and comfortable. The staff is very gentle and kind. The hotel has a big parking place. I was traveling with my electrical vehicle and the hotel has 2 EV chargers. The spa of the hotel is nice and you can use it during your stay. It is a nice hotel for family trips.

Grand stay at the Grand Hotel Primoretz! Any time we are in Burgas, this is our go-to Hotel. The rooms are spacious and super comfortable, the food in the restaurant is excellent and the spa amenities are all worth visiting for! Also the Hotel is beautifully located with spectacular views of the sea and the sound of waves as you go to sleep!

Ok for summer Not 5stars for sure. But ok for summer vacation. Breakfast a la carte but staff needs to be smiling a little bit. Room a bit empty and some modernization needed.

The room is nice but the people are lying because during the morning I was able to order and then later during the day I wanted to order the same thing for room service and they said we don’t offer it during Saturday Sunday but they bought it to me on Sunday. So Liars ( it was Tarator) Also, the balcony is extremely dirty

Great hotel with good and cheap restaurant. The breakfast was okay and I always ate in the restaurant for dinner, super delicious. Location is not the best but there is a bus going to the sea or center.

Inexpensive 4 star hotel for the business trip. Rooms are spacious. The bathroom was very, very dirty. Old and broken shower head. Mold on the floor. Overall a very dirty hotel. Receptionists are not really interested in servicing clients. Bad breakfast. Not recommended unless you are in a hurry and there is nothing else available in the city in the high season. The only good point is that it is close...

I'm writing an updated review for this hotel. The rooms have significantly improved since the last time. However whoever manages this hotel is a complete amateur. Construction on the rooms going on at 7-8AM in the morning making it impossible to sleep. I paid 110 leva for this hotel. Is this amateur hour? They shouldn't start construction until atleast 10 or 11 AM. The management or owner has no clue...

It was the final of a chess tournament...it is very well suited and big rooms for such events. Great!

You get what you pay for. I stayed in a very basic room since I don't spend much time in the hotel. Comfortable bed, no problems with the AC and the bathtub was a welcome surprise. Within reasonable walking distance from the centre. My only complaint would be the lack of electrical outlets (only 1 or 2(?) by the desk, none by the bed).

Nice place, nice rooms, very nice personell, lift, bath, small balcony, AC, fridge... Close to downtown. All you need during buisness trip 👍😉

Stayed at Burgas hotel in May , and again , in September 2019 . Work related , on my way to , and back from my summer job. The location is great , in the city center, walking distance from Central railway station and the Main bus station. Breakfast was very , very good. Much better than eating in nearby cafes! Reception staff are friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Great hotel, small European style! Two blocks off of Aleksandrovska, excellent breakfast, very clean and very comfortable beds. If you’re going on a basic trip and won’t be in the room often this is your spot, very central especially in a safe neighborhood! The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, all speak English and Bulgarian! Highly recommend!

No breakfast. Priced high for what you get. There are no parking spaces. There is no restaurant. The staff is not friendly and polite. Nice location. 20 minutes from the beach. 5 minutes from the Sea Garden.

Great location, close to the beach and park. There are places to walk in the evening. Clean room, cleaning every day. Normal breakfast is not expensive. Arrived at 3 am, placed without problems and surcharges. Good staff.

Very nice hotel, in a quiet place. The rooms are clean and spacious. The apartments are for 3-4 people. The breakfast is tasty and varied enough, and some of the food offered is prepared on site. Good transit option if you are driving and need to spend a night in Burgas. You do need a car but remember taxis are affordable and easily available. Staff is friendly and helpful, terrace is pleasant for a late nightcap.. Solid, dependable, easy on the budget

Based on a 3-night stay: a convenient hotel somewhat at the city's edge but useful for doing radial trips out to marsh and salt-pan areas for bird watching and walking. Rooms are snug, fairly quiet if not facing the highway, and the owner quickly allowed comfortable chairs for working at the desk to be substituted for the stools provided. Modern hotel on the outskirts of the city with friendly and helpful staff. We were sorry that there was no fridge with 34 degrees in July. Also when you arrive they let you choose what you want for breakfast from 5 choices, a shame because often you choose with your eyes.

We booked with a sea view, but the view is of the forest, the photo in the description is not from the hotel, very upsetting!. Nothing special really. The shower in the bathroom wasn't working properly and they didn't have 2 bed rooms for us. Other than that the breakfast was nothing to write for, since it was much more disappointing than real bulgarian breakfast.

It's quite noisy because of the cars that passing in front of the hotel and thin walls between the rooms. There was a lot of mold in the bathroom. Apart of that the hotel location is pretty good it's on walking distance from the main Street, sea garden and the Bourgas central beach

Friendly staff, clean rooms good Breakfast .The restaurant is also worth trying, good wine selection and tasty food. Ignore the bad press of earlier posts, this Hotel is ok. Great position too, 10 minute walk to centre by foot and same to Sea Garden and Beach. On all the good Bus routes and close by to some decent Cafes and shops.

The material base is very old, but the staff are taking extraordinary measures to keep everything nice clean and tidy! Will definitely visit again if I need a place to stay in Burgas.

Clean, large, and @58 leva (appr. $33, breakfast included) a very attractively priced room, albeit somewhat dull, and a friendly receptionist. Main cons: beds could be softer and the AC considerably more powerful. Kudos to the maids for making the only available room ready earlier than regular check-in time (2 p.m.) upon my non-announced morning arrival.

Perfect location to explore the Sea Gardens, Port area and into the city. Rooms are good and the staff were really helpful.

Very close to the beach, excellent service and great breakfast. Thedora the reception lady was super helpful and the night time reception I guess her name was Anna they both amazing people and take care of everything you need.

New, clean, friendly, quiet, overlooking the Sea Garden and the sea itself. From the backside - a nice and quiet view to the inner yards of neighbouring buildings. Good breakfast!

The stay at Gran Via was perfect. The hotel is clean, small and the staff is very friendly. The location of hotel is by the green park on Bourgas beach and close to the main road (one might be unhappy due to the noise), near city centre, rail station and bus station. The breakfast is served and it is very delicious.

Not bad , but there is almost no parking space available

Overall everything was good. Room was OK but bathroom is really strange. Shower is between bathroom sink and toilet. When you take a shower everything is wet. Food was really tasty. Parking lot is quite tight but hotel stuff help to park your car inside.

Great rooms, friendly staff. There's air conditioning which helps with the summer heat. There's a TV and mini-fridge in the rooms. A store is integrated into the hotel where you can buy snacks or drinks at reasonable prices, considering the place is 1km away from 2 hypermarkets and a mall. The only downside being the location is far from the beach, and it's a kilometre walk to the bus stop. Definitely...

Good atmosphere and service. Meals are good, not overpriced. There is also live music which is a good thing. Traditional Bulgarian cousin and music to be exact. The whole place is decorated in Bulgarian spirit. Definitely a must visit for tourist!

Nice place to stay for a night or two. Situated close to the city center and the park on the seaside. Very gentle and helpful staff. The room was good, clean. I think they need to renovate the bathrooms.

The place is enough for resting well during the vacations, beds are good and clean. Internet works great and the workers are kind and helpful. If you don't speak Bulgarian, no problem, you can communicate in English. The city center and the coast are 10 minutes by walking and bus terminal 6 minutes by car

I would give 6 stars if it was possible. Location is just perfect - 5 minutes from the beach and 19 minutes from the airport. Rooms are clean and cosy, service super nice.

Clean and look presentable hotel. Very nice and warm atmosphere . The staf is very kind and friendly. Location is one of the best in Burgas. 5 min walk to the Sea Garden and 5 min to city centre. Walking distance to all sites . I am very happy with my stay and highly recommended .

Simple hotel, Simple service but enough to stay here for good price

The whole building is in a great location, but due to the property and ground owners issues it is a bit like abandoned. For example there is no reception and restaurant, swimming pool is not operating and so on. Parking space is also not sufficient to fit all the guest cars.

Nice, not expensive place to stay, staff is nice and helpfull. It’s about 3 minutes walk from the beach and there is an easy bus connection with the city of Burgas. One disadvantage is food, unfortunatelly.

Room was surprisingly big, balcony was fine but the room door only remained shut when you locked it. Also worth mentioning, the breakfast was too simply. There was barely any opion to choose from, the bread was soggy soft and no juice was provided. Overall, given the cheap price level the service was still acceptable but I wouldn't go back there.

Hotel Prestige is a family hotel and lives up to its name. Rooms are comfortably furnished and all have a small balcony where you can stay. The location is very quiet, the staff and the owners are very nice Bulgarians. The morning buffet is always prepared by the same chef and there are several surprises every day. Positive: The houses are new and nicely furnished. However, in our case the a/c control was broken and the shower gel empty. There are lots of parking spaces and they offer a variety of options to entertain kids. There is also a public charging station with two plugs on the area (0,79lv/kWh) for your EV. Internet works very well. Negative: There is no hair dryer on the room. The two-bedroom apartments...

Although the location is incredible, the food is just ok. We received raw risotto and all in all the prices of the food do not complement the quality.

What an amazing place! A hotel amongst the trees and at the same time so close to the sea. Clean rooms, delicious food, gorgeous garden and wonderful area for kids. We had a great time in June there.

I came with my little doggo as hotel confirmed they are pet friendly which is not quite that and I would say hotel is dog tolerating , rather friendly. If you come with dog you need to pay 10eur extra for your dog per night which is ok , but on top you need to leave 150lev deposit cash at the check in which they keep until you move out . They told they take it to make sure dog will not make any damage...

Amazing cozy place in the middle of the forest. We came by car from Istanbul to spend my mother birthday. The place looks great, haven't used the hotel but we visited the woods and the beach Utopia forest beach close by it in October. It is peaceful,out of season, heaven place.

Been on our holiday’s to sunny beach Nobel hotel. We had to be out our room for 12 noon and our flight wasn’t until 3:20 next morning. So we decided to book a room near the airport so we booked the Sea Horse hotel through booking.com. Around forty pounds the hotel was very clean and the lady’s there were so nice. Small hotel with perfect location, close to the airport. We arrived late but codes and keys found and all was good. Clean and nice!

One night stop over. The hotel is located close to the airport, around 10 minutes walk. We arrived into Burgas late at night and stayed here before picking up our hire car. We advised then we would arrive after it closed, so they left a key for us. The room is dated and could do with some renovations, but it did us for the night. If I was being picky, I could complain about a lot but it is sufficient...
