I stayed at Grand Primoretz and Spa hotel for vacation. The hotel is at city center. The rooms are big and comfortable. The staff is very gentle and kind. The hotel has a big parking place. I was traveling with my electrical vehicle and the hotel has 2 EV chargers. The spa of the hotel is nice and you can use it during your stay. It is a nice hotel for family trips.

Grand stay at the Grand Hotel Primoretz! Any time we are in Burgas, this is our go-to Hotel. The rooms are spacious and super comfortable, the food in the restaurant is excellent and the spa amenities are all worth visiting for! Also the Hotel is beautifully located with spectacular views of the sea and the sound of waves as you go to sleep!

Ok for summer Not 5stars for sure. But ok for summer vacation. Breakfast a la carte but staff needs to be smiling a little bit. Room a bit empty and some modernization needed.

I'm writing an updated review for this hotel. The rooms have significantly improved since the last time. However whoever manages this hotel is a complete amateur. Construction on the rooms going on at 7-8AM in the morning making it impossible to sleep. I paid 110 leva for this hotel. Is this amateur hour? They shouldn't start construction until atleast 10 or 11 AM. The management or owner has no clue...

It was the final of a chess tournament...it is very well suited and big rooms for such events. Great!

You get what you pay for. I stayed in a very basic room since I don't spend much time in the hotel. Comfortable bed, no problems with the AC and the bathtub was a welcome surprise. Within reasonable walking distance from the centre. My only complaint would be the lack of electrical outlets (only 1 or 2(?) by the desk, none by the bed).

Great hotel, small European style! Two blocks off of Aleksandrovska, excellent breakfast, very clean and very comfortable beds. If you’re going on a basic trip and won’t be in the room often this is your spot, very central especially in a safe neighborhood! The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, all speak English and Bulgarian! Highly recommend!

Ot looks like a condo turned to a hotel. The staff is nice, rooms are ok for the class of the hotel. Fairly good location

The whole building is in a great location, but due to the property and ground owners issues it is a bit like abandoned. For example there is no reception and restaurant, swimming pool is not operating and so on. Parking space is also not sufficient to fit all the guest cars.

Nice, not expensive place to stay, staff is nice and helpfull. It’s about 3 minutes walk from the beach and there is an easy bus connection with the city of Burgas. One disadvantage is food, unfortunatelly.

Myself and daughter came here for a two week holiday. We had a ball she is hard to please. Food, Entertainment, Kids Entertainment brilliant kids had a ball. It was our first time in The Clara Hotel and it was really nice time for me and my family . Positive: The houses are new and nicely furnished. However, in our case the a/c control was broken and the shower gel empty. There are lots of parking spaces and they offer a variety of options to entertain kids. There is also a public charging station with two plugs on the area (0,79lv/kWh) for your EV. Although the location is incredible, the food is just ok. We received raw risotto and all in all the prices of the food do not complement the quality.

What an amazing place! A hotel amongst the trees and at the same time so close to the sea. Clean rooms, delicious food, gorgeous garden and wonderful area for kids. We had a great time in June there.

I came with my little doggo as hotel confirmed they are pet friendly which is not quite that and I would say hotel is dog tolerating , rather friendly. If you come with dog you need to pay 10eur extra for your dog per night which is ok , but on top you need to leave 150lev deposit cash at the check in which they keep until you move out . They told they take it to make sure dog will not make any damage...

Amazing cozy place in the middle of the forest. We came by car from Istanbul to spend my mother birthday. Meal at the restaurant are very delicious, they offer fresh seafood and meat, vegetarian dishes and tasty unique desserts and fresh fruits. Thank you to Martin for kind welcoming and assistance.

The place looks great, haven't used the hotel but we visited the woods and the beach Utopia forest beach close by it in October. It is peaceful,out of season, heaven place.

In Burgas, a small town with inconvenient transportation, booking this hotel is the biggest comfort of this trip. It is very cost-effective and the breakfast is also good. The hotel is well located and has complete facilities.

That's one of the few places around where you can have really good time.Great locaton. Hotel has been currently refurbished and it was done pretty good. Food is above average with no extraordinary jems. Staff is a really professional and accommodating. The hairdresser studio is really good. The piano bar is a real hit if you are here on weekends. The SPA is also good but not wow.

The hotel location and its amenities are amazing. I found Hotel Bulgaria Burgas to be perfect for my trip. Reserved paid parking was perfect for me since I planned on leaving and coming so much. The stay was great, the hotel is in a good location. Burgas is very walkable. The wellness centre is great and the gym is one of the better gyms I have experienced in a hotel. Only negative is the rooms are not very sound proof, could hear a lot of noise from the corridor from other guests which woke me up a few mornings.

You can act use the elevator for the gym or the morning breakfast because the button to go back upstairs does not work so as a handicap person it was a great difficulty to get into the basement and then stuck. This is a hotel for a short stay, handy on the edge of town to get about it seems far from the centre. Not much locally so you probably need a car. There are 2 hotels here so make certain you know which one you’re booking as the deluxe is reported newer and better. Restaurant is reasonable and good for an easy meal and drink. Breakfast buffet has plenty of options and you won’t go hungry

The city is small an walkable and the hotel is in a good location. Within couple of minutes you can be in the shore and city center. The south bus terminal is also very close to the hotel. The staff are OK. There is no kettle or free water in the room. There is a Cafe restaurant on the ground floor. And nearby supermarket nearby

Stuff is good some of rooms are clean, some of them not so. In one of the room somebody probably smoked and it smelled and on the top of this the tv was only with turkish chanels so we asked to move on another room. First they told us they dont have another free rooms than we were ready to leave and than they gave us another room it was clean and nice.

Ideal location downtown, 3 min walk to the main pedestrian street, walking distance to the port area, Burgas municipality and shopping streets. All rooms facing East are quiet, comfortable beds, small but nice bathroom with hot water 24/7. Smiling and welcoming staff. Shortly - great value for money.

Have stayed here before last year. Staff remembered me . Comfortable room attached toilet and shower. Room a bit noisy as it was on busy main road. I like coming here.

It is a Hotel for cheap visitings the rooms are old style and smell is like old village home because the interior is decided in old style wood accesories. When you entering they are giving you a remote for TV I dont understand why the remotes are not in the room. The personal is very friendly and the rooms are cleaned well and the parking is just under the windows.

We found a good place, very cosy with a great location. All the staff was very nice and hospitable. Boryana made sure to attend to all our needs. We will visit it again. 😊

Tucked away in a quiet, small town. Close enough to Burgas that is a pleasant commute by bus, but far enough away from everything that you can really relax. We went in off season and I'm pretty sure we were the only guests in the hotel. But the staff were lovely, the rooms were clean, and the vibe was exactly the quiet, laid back vibe we were hoping for. Note that the pool is only opened seasonally...

It is a great hotel. The Beds are comfortable, best nights sleep than any other Bulgarian Hotel. Aircon is fantastic. Staff are Great. They prepare food onsite if you do not wish to go out. Great pool and secure parking.
