I stayed at Grand Primoretz and Spa hotel for vacation. The hotel is at city center. The rooms are big and comfortable. The staff is very gentle and kind. The hotel has a big parking place. I was traveling with my electrical vehicle and the hotel has 2 EV chargers. The spa of the hotel is nice and you can use it during your stay. It is a nice hotel for family trips.

Grand stay at the Grand Hotel Primoretz! Any time we are in Burgas, this is our go-to Hotel. The rooms are spacious and super comfortable, the food in the restaurant is excellent and the spa amenities are all worth visiting for! Also the Hotel is beautifully located with spectacular views of the sea and the sound of waves as you go to sleep!

Ok for summer Not 5stars for sure. But ok for summer vacation. Breakfast a la carte but staff needs to be smiling a little bit. Room a bit empty and some modernization needed.

The whole building is in a great location, but due to the property and ground owners issues it is a bit like abandoned. For example there is no reception and restaurant, swimming pool is not operating and so on. Parking space is also not sufficient to fit all the guest cars.

Nice, not expensive place to stay, staff is nice and helpfull. It’s about 3 minutes walk from the beach and there is an easy bus connection with the city of Burgas. One disadvantage is food, unfortunatelly.

Myself and daughter came here for a two week holiday. We had a ball she is hard to please. Food, Entertainment, Kids Entertainment brilliant kids had a ball. It was our first time in The Clara Hotel and it was really nice time for me and my family . Just home from a fabulous family holiday in the Clara Hotel. The hotel is in a quiet area and is very family friendly. Excellent mid size hotel about 30 minutes walk from Burgas centre. Service is very good. Very nice pool and spa facilities. Limited car parking available. EV charging.

Good location. 15 min walk to the city center, 20 min to the beach. Breakfast is varied and sufficient. Rooms are comfortable, clean. Price/ quality - very good.

Clean rooms, furniture pretty new decent services considering the prices. Nice swimming pool, clean water. Also there is a decent gym. The fact that some devices are not in a very good state - air conditioning units at the swimming pool are rusted and the breakfast that was just ok made me give just 4 stars overall. Definitely recommend it for shorter stays or on a budget.

Great hotel, small European style! Two blocks off of Aleksandrovska, excellent breakfast, very clean and very comfortable beds. If you’re going on a basic trip and won’t be in the room often this is your spot, very central especially in a safe neighborhood! The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, all speak English and Bulgarian! Highly recommend!

Ot looks like a condo turned to a hotel. The staff is nice, rooms are ok for the class of the hotel. Fairly good location

Service was superb - staff was incredibly friendly, the rooms were lovely and clean. Breakfast was a buffet with cheese, meats, breads, sandwitches, fruit, sweets (eclairs, cookies, croissants, chocolate spread/jam etc.). The hotel itself looks romantic with a lot of lights at night, a lake and a park for kids.

Located in the forest - quite quiet place. A bit far from the beach. Good restaurant with fresh fishes you can choose.

Overall we had a great stay. We had a family room for 2 nights and a villa for 2 nights. Both room and villa were tastefully decorated. We had 2 rooms, one double on the first floor and one studio on the third floor. We couldn’t wait to leave from there. Studio on the upper floor had a very strong toilet drainage system smell, and it was not replaced. Hotel fare from the sea, and people were swimming in the duck pond. We hired a room , inspired by images. Do not recommend. Stay there only if you can’t find anything else

Positive: The houses are new and nicely furnished. However, in our case the a/c control was broken and the shower gel empty. There are lots of parking spaces and they offer a variety of options to entertain kids. There is also a public charging station with two plugs on the area (0,79lv/kWh) for your EV. Although the location is incredible, the food is just ok. We received raw risotto and all in all the prices of the food do not complement the quality.

The landmark hotel of the city of Burgas. Built in 1976, totally refurbished in 2000, it is very fancy. Nice room, clean and cozy. Impressive breakfast with large variety of products. All facilities from ironing to spa available but not included in the room price So it is the case of parking (20 leva/10 euros per day).

Wonderful hotel, really conveniently located in the centre of the city and still only 25 minutes from the airport. The selection for breakfast is excellent, the staff are friendly and the rooms well equipped. I'd definitely stay again.

We had an amazing stay! The breakfast was excellent and very rich, with plenty of variety (just a short wait sometimes for refills). The pool, sauna, and gym were all fantastic, and the elevator was fast even for the upper floors. It’s just amazing! The hotel is located near major pedestrian streets. There are many dishes available for breakfast. The room and service is perfect! Great view from the window. Underground parking costs 20 leva (10€) per day.

In Burgas, a small town with inconvenient transportation, booking this hotel is the biggest comfort of this trip. It is very cost-effective and the breakfast is also good. The hotel is well located and has complete facilities.

That's one of the few places around where you can have really good time.Great locaton. Hotel has been currently refurbished and it was done pretty good. Food is above average with no extraordinary jems. Staff is a really professional and accommodating. The hairdresser studio is really good. The piano bar is a real hit if you are here on weekends. The SPA is also good but not wow.

We were unfortunate that day when going the hotel. What was supposed to be a 5 mins drive from the train station ended up a drive of more than half an hour. There was a strike that day near the hotel and the police blocked the roads reaching the hotel. The location is very good. Walking distance to good places to eat. The bed was very comfortable the shower was great. You can act use the elevator for the gym or the morning breakfast because the button to go back upstairs does not work so as a handicap person it was a great difficulty to get into the basement and then stuck. Except for the location, every service and cleaning is extremely bad. I recommend the deluxe next to it.

This is a hotel for a short stay, handy on the edge of town to get about it seems far from the centre. Not much locally so you probably need a car. There are 2 hotels here so make certain you know which one you’re booking as the deluxe is reported newer and better. Restaurant is reasonable and good for an easy meal and drink. Breakfast buffet has plenty of options and you won’t go hungry

Hotel decent, breakfast awful. A good stay. Very good price. Beds were not that comfortable but still decent nights sleep had. Main point for us was breakfast.... although out of season and apparently different owners had taken over the restaurant, breakfast was a joke. The hotel's manager and maintenance staff were great. The location is very convenient, and good value. Rooms and gym are old and need lift up, not very clean.
