I stayed at Grand Primoretz and Spa hotel for vacation. The hotel is at city center. The rooms are big and comfortable. The staff is very gentle and kind. The hotel has a big parking place. I was traveling with my electrical vehicle and the hotel has 2 EV chargers. The spa of the hotel is nice and you can use it during your stay. It is a nice hotel for family trips.

Grand stay at the Grand Hotel Primoretz! Any time we are in Burgas, this is our go-to Hotel. The rooms are spacious and super comfortable, the food in the restaurant is excellent and the spa amenities are all worth visiting for! Also the Hotel is beautifully located with spectacular views of the sea and the sound of waves as you go to sleep!

Ok for summer Not 5stars for sure. But ok for summer vacation. Breakfast a la carte but staff needs to be smiling a little bit. Room a bit empty and some modernization needed.

Great hotel right on the beach; if your room is facing the sea, you may be able to hear the sound of the waves; staff is very professional and polite; the check in process was seamless; the room was very clean and comfortable; the hotel staff reserved a parking spot for us upon arrival right in front of the hotel. This was a beautiful hotel!! We were here for one night on our way from Plovdiv to Varna. The room was very spacious and luxurious. We enjoyed the complimentary mini bar and the little gift provided by the hotel for our anniversary celebration. The location was great, right by sea gardens with a beautiful view of the Black Sea. It is also close to the pedestrian streets for tons of dining options....

The villa is amazing! It's classy, it's designed with timeless style and convenience in mind. The staff are extremely nice and customer-focused. The location is obviously great and it has a parking in front of the property. It's a must experience!

One of the nicest rooms we have stayed in. The free refreshments in the fridge are a nice touch. Also, there is free car park for guests and the hotel facilities (sauna and gym) were very clean and nice surprise for me. The staff were very friendly and the room was super clean. The restaurant is also one of the nicest in town!!! Definitely recommend if you can afford the price.

The room is nice but the people are lying because during the morning I was able to order and then later during the day I wanted to order the same thing for room service and they said we don’t offer it during Saturday Sunday but they bought it to me on Sunday. So Liars ( it was Tarator) Also, the balcony is extremely dirty

Great hotel with good and cheap restaurant. The breakfast was okay and I always ate in the restaurant for dinner, super delicious. Location is not the best but there is a bus going to the sea or center.

Inexpensive 4 star hotel for the business trip. Rooms are spacious. The bathroom was very, very dirty. Old and broken shower head. Mold on the floor. Overall a very dirty hotel. Receptionists are not really interested in servicing clients. Bad breakfast. Not recommended unless you are in a hurry and there is nothing else available in the city in the high season. The only good point is that it is close...

I'm writing an updated review for this hotel. The rooms have significantly improved since the last time. However whoever manages this hotel is a complete amateur. Construction on the rooms going on at 7-8AM in the morning making it impossible to sleep. I paid 110 leva for this hotel. Is this amateur hour? They shouldn't start construction until atleast 10 or 11 AM. The management or owner has no clue...

It was the final of a chess tournament...it is very well suited and big rooms for such events. Great!

You get what you pay for. I stayed in a very basic room since I don't spend much time in the hotel. Comfortable bed, no problems with the AC and the bathtub was a welcome surprise. Within reasonable walking distance from the centre. My only complaint would be the lack of electrical outlets (only 1 or 2(?) by the desk, none by the bed).

Nice place, nice rooms, very nice personell, lift, bath, small balcony, AC, fridge... Close to downtown. All you need during buisness trip 👍😉

Stayed at Burgas hotel in May , and again , in September 2019 . Work related , on my way to , and back from my summer job. The location is great , in the city center, walking distance from Central railway station and the Main bus station. Breakfast was very , very good. Much better than eating in nearby cafes! Reception staff are friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

In Burgas, a small town with inconvenient transportation, booking this hotel is the biggest comfort of this trip. It is very cost-effective and the breakfast is also good. The hotel is well located and has complete facilities.

That's one of the few places around where you can have really good time.Great locaton. Hotel has been currently refurbished and it was done pretty good. Food is above average with no extraordinary jems. Staff is a really professional and accommodating. The hairdresser studio is really good. The piano bar is a real hit if you are here on weekends. The SPA is also good but not wow.

The hotel location and its amenities are amazing. I found Hotel Bulgaria Burgas to be perfect for my trip. Reserved paid parking was perfect for me since I planned on leaving and coming so much. The rooms are clean and spacious, the gym is great, and the staff are friendly! Would definitely stay again.

The stay was great, the hotel is in a good location. Burgas is very walkable. The wellness centre is great and the gym is one of the better gyms I have experienced in a hotel. Only negative is the rooms are not very sound proof, could hear a lot of noise from the corridor from other guests which woke me up a few mornings.

Short: I would stay here again. Longer: Large clean lobby, friendly staff. You take the elevators which are fast and decent sized up to your rooms. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
