Great hotel with good and cheap restaurant. The breakfast was okay and I always ate in the restaurant for dinner, super delicious. Location is not the best but there is a bus going to the sea or center.

Not recommended unless you are in a hurry and there is nothing else available in the city in the high season. The only good point is that it is close to the motorway

It’s on the level of ibis styles or motel one. No luxury but clean and good for a couple nights

The hotel also offers massages and a sauna for a fee. 5 km away, if you can walk through the courtyards. The center is 2 km away on foot. Convenient location and beautiful well maintained hotel

Staff is friendly and helpful, terrace is pleasant for a late nightcap. Solid, dependable, easy on the budget

Good transit option if you are driving and need to spend a night in Burgas. You do need a car but remember taxis are affordable and easily available

Based on a 3-night stay: a convenient hotel somewhat at the city's edge but useful for doing radial trips out to marsh and salt-pan areas for bird watching and walking

Very friendly staff and great owners. Quiet hotel with very good service. Easy access to local restaurants and coffee shops. The beach is not far away. Bus station nearby. Beautiful village .We liked it a lot.

I would give 6 stars if it was possible. Location is just perfect - 5 minutes from the beach and 19 minutes from the airport. Rooms are clean and cosy, service super nice.

Accomodation is fine, room have everything what you need. Towels smell great and everything is very clean. Parking is little bit complicated. Great deal for price!

It was our first time in The Clara Hotel and it was really nice time for me and my family. Big thank you for animation team, especially two girls, Robert was happy playing in kids room 😍People are so nice and friendly

We had 3 young children with us and they had a great time on the slide in the pool, in the play park, doing activities in the kiddies club and dancing and singing in the evening along with Alex and Christo (two of the nicest fellas you could meet and good wee movers too lol) The beach is only a few minutes walk away

Myself and daughter came here for a two week holiday. We had a ball she is hard to please. Food, Entertainment, Kids Entertainment brilliant kids had a ball. Staff very friendly nothing too much bother

Family Day trips available from hotel to Sunny Beach, Water Park, and bus directly from hotel to Burgas for 1 lev each way. Really enjoyed ourselves my second time here and my daughter first time

Clara have trips running daily and I would recommend you go to the waterpark and Sunny Beach. The room was clean and comfortable and had air conditioning, which was needed when its 34*

So we decided to book a room near the airport so we booked the Sea Horse hotel through booking. Around forty pounds the hotel was very clean and the lady’s there were so nice

Lovely staff too and they kept in touch via email to ensure that I got in as my plane arrived very late!! The room was perfect and the place is classy yet understated!! Will definitely use again and recommend to all my friends in UK and Bulgaria!! 😁❤

No far from a lovely bar called the white dolphin. Overall Top place for our overnight stay. PS around fife to ten minutes walk to airport. Well done guys it’s a 10 from us

If I was being picky, I could complain about a lot but it is sufficient what we needed, and I had a good night's sleep. We did not get offered breakfast but it may be a possibility in the cafe connected to it

Staff were friendly when we spoke to them at checkout. Those who complain at the smallest of things need not stay here. You get what you pay for at the end of the day

In winter, this hotel does not work, and in general the rooms are small, poorly equipped, no services other than living in the room, no !!! It is on the main and very noisy street! Parking is absolutely nowhere!

That's one of the few places around where you can have really good time. Hotel has been currently refurbished and it was done pretty good. Food is above average with no extraordinary jems

It is in the middle of the park really near to the beach, also you have a bus stop that can take you easy to nesebar and other city. It look more like a place perfect for family that want to go to the sea

Not so bad place if you looking for a hotel closer to the sea on a not so expensive price. However you've to be careful when you bring some valuables with you

I've been to extremely crappy hotels around the world and I haven't complained. When I checked in here and I saw the disgusting old room I almost ran away. I only stayed because of the great sea view.

The hotel has an air of Soviet nostalgia, my mother in law (she is Bulgarian) said that this hotel was popular in Soviet times and you really can feel it everywhere, on the lifts, the stairs, the reception

We got a nice, tidy room with a really beautiful bathroom, and some sea view as well. For the price we paid, I would gladly give it 6 stars :)

In approx 30 min you are a few steps away from the hotel. The stop is called Drava and it is the second one in Sarafovo. The hotel restaurant does not work but I had a nice sandwich for breakfast

Nice and welcoming stuff super helpful providing the best solution to reach the hotel. There is a bus from the main bus station in Burgas, bus 15. 50BGN and ticket is paid on board

I spent one night here and can only recommend this hotel, even for a longer stay. I booked a single room but got a double room 😊. The room was very nice and stylishly furnished, so I really felt very comfortable here

The man at the reception (I guess one of the owners) spoke good German and took a lot of time to explain to me the sights in the province of Burgas

The only thing that bothered me a little bit was the noisy refrigerator in the room, but I did not need it and just unplugged it

A place like a piece of Heaven

Great hotel right on the beach; if your room is facing the sea, you may be able to hear the sound of the waves; staff is very professional and polite; the check in process was seamless; the room was very clean and comfortable; the hotel staff reserved a parking spot for us upon arrival right in front of the hotel

We enjoyed the complimentary mini bar and the little gift provided by the hotel for our anniversary celebration. The location was great, right by sea gardens with a beautiful view of the Black Sea

One of the nicest rooms we have stayed in. The free refreshments in the fridge are a nice touch. Also, there is free car park for guests and the hotel facilities (sauna and gym) were very clean and nice surprise for me

Excellent Location, I stayed in both properties The boutique and the Villa, Quiet, Friendly Staff, Extra Clean, Parking. First-class accommodation, Friendly and knowledgeable staff, organized

The only privacy issue with being on the first-floor suite was that shades always had to be closed, and the private entrance to the Villa used by others made a loud shutting noise

The staff were very friendly and the room was super clean. The restaurant is also one of the nicest in town!!! Definitely recommend if you can afford the price

Boryana hotel. Filled with cordiality, foreseeing, frendly mistress of the hotel! She always ready to help. This place close to the sea (about 7 minutes by walking). Near the hotel are market and cafe.

Note that the pool is only opened seasonally and when we went in early June it was not open (which, it was a bit chilly for the pool anyways). If a pool is important to you, check that it will be open

We went in off season and I'm pretty sure we were the only guests in the hotel. But the staff were lovely, the rooms were clean, and the vibe was exactly the quiet, laid back vibe we were hoping for

It is a great hotel. The Beds are comfortable, best nights sleep than any other Bulgarian Hotel. Aircon is fantastic. Staff are Great. They prepare food onsite if you do not wish to go out. Great pool and secure parking.

We found a good place, very cosy with a great location. All the staff was very nice and hospitable. Boryana made sure to attend to all our needs. We will visit it again. 😊

Tucked away in a quiet, small town. Close enough to Burgas that is a pleasant commute by bus, but far enough away from everything that you can really relax
