Nice place for good price. Friendly staff and cheap food. Location is great as well - you can easily get to the city centre and main highway.

Rooms are ok, the room and the apartment on the top floor are really nice with a guge terrace and a wonderful view to Atanasovsko lake. If you are into birdwatching be sure to pack in you binoculars or tube/spotting scope. The barh accessories can be renewed, as the current ones are old and even broken.

Rooms nice and clean. Staff also nice. However, just few parking lots belong to hotel. You need to park around in the mud if you find free place. Poor basic breakfast.

Rooms are outdated and need refurbushment. The cooling did not work very well. Bedding is just okay. Overall it lives to its three star rating. No lift, you have to use the stairs. Breakfast is limited, but honemade "mekici" were great. Service was attentive. It does the job for a short stay.

Great hotel, small European style! Two blocks off of Aleksandrovska, excellent breakfast, very clean and very comfortable beds. If you’re going on a basic trip and won’t be in the room often this is your spot, very central especially in a safe neighborhood! The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, all speak English and Bulgarian! Highly recommend!

Great location, close to the beach and park. There are places to walk in the evening. Clean room, cleaning every day. Normal breakfast is not expensive. Arrived at 3 am, placed without problems and surcharges. Good staff.

Very nice hotel, in a quiet place. The rooms are clean and spacious. The apartments are for 3-4 people. The breakfast is tasty and varied enough, and some of the food offered is prepared on site. Nothing special really. The shower in the bathroom wasn't working properly and they didn't have 2 bed rooms for us. Other than that the breakfast was nothing to write for, since it was much more disappointing than real bulgarian breakfast.

It's quite noisy because of the cars that passing in front of the hotel and thin walls between the rooms. There was a lot of mold in the bathroom. Apart of that the hotel location is pretty good it's on walking distance from the main Street, sea garden and the Bourgas central beach

Friendly staff, clean rooms good Breakfast .The restaurant is also worth trying, good wine selection and tasty food. Ignore the bad press of earlier posts, this Hotel is ok. Great position too, 10 minute walk to centre by foot and same to Sea Garden and Beach. On all the good Bus routes and close by to some decent Cafes and shops.

The material base is very old, but the staff are taking extraordinary measures to keep everything nice clean and tidy! Will definitely visit again if I need a place to stay in Burgas.

Clean, large, and @58 leva (appr. $33, breakfast included) a very attractively priced room, albeit somewhat dull, and a friendly receptionist. Main cons: beds could be softer and the AC considerably more powerful. Kudos to the maids for making the only available room ready earlier than regular check-in time (2 p.m.) upon my non-announced morning arrival.

Perfect location to explore the Sea Gardens, Port area and into the city. Rooms are good and the staff were really helpful.

New, clean, friendly, quiet, overlooking the Sea Garden and the sea itself. From the backside - a nice and quiet view to the inner yards of neighbouring buildings. Good breakfast!

The stay at Gran Via was perfect. The hotel is clean, small and the staff is very friendly. The location of hotel is by the green park on Bourgas beach and close to the main road (one might be unhappy due to the noise), near city centre, rail station and bus station. The breakfast is served and it is very delicious.

Overall everything was good. Room was OK but bathroom is really strange. Shower is between bathroom sink and toilet. When you take a shower everything is wet. Food was really tasty. Parking lot is quite tight but hotel stuff help to park your car inside.

Good atmosphere and service. Meals are good, not overpriced. There is also live music which is a good thing. Traditional Bulgarian cousin and music to be exact. The whole place is decorated in Bulgarian spirit. Definitely a must visit for tourist!

The whole building is in a great location, but due to the property and ground owners issues it is a bit like abandoned. For example there is no reception and restaurant, swimming pool is not operating and so on. Parking space is also not sufficient to fit all the guest cars.

Just home from a fabulous family holiday in the Clara Hotel. The hotel is in a quiet area and is very family friendly. Room was surprisingly big, balcony was fine but the room door only remained shut when you locked it. Also worth mentioning, the breakfast was too simply. There was barely any opion to choose from, the bread was soggy soft and no juice was provided. Overall, given the cheap price level the service was still acceptable but I wouldn't go back there.

Hotel Prestige is a family hotel and lives up to its name. Rooms are comfortably furnished and all have a small balcony where you can stay. The location is very quiet, the staff and the owners are very nice Bulgarians. The morning buffet is always prepared by the same chef and there are several surprises every day. Many times I visit Burgas, Bulgaria per year. This was my first stay in hotel Prestige. According to the price level and what you get is absolutely one of the better places to stay. Nice room with lots of space. Really good area and neighbourhood. Also close to Sea Garden or City Center. The breakfast they serve is good to normal standard. The receptionists do a wonderful job and are very helpful....

Positive: The houses are new and nicely furnished. However, in our case the a/c control was broken and the shower gel empty. There are lots of parking spaces and they offer a variety of options to entertain kids. There is also a public charging station with two plugs on the area (0,79lv/kWh) for your EV. Internet works very well. Negative: There is no hair dryer on the room. The two-bedroom apartments...

Although the location is incredible, the food is just ok. We received raw risotto and all in all the prices of the food do not complement the quality.

What an amazing place! A hotel amongst the trees and at the same time so close to the sea. Clean rooms, delicious food, gorgeous garden and wonderful area for kids. We had a great time in June there.

I came with my little doggo as hotel confirmed they are pet friendly which is not quite that and I would say hotel is dog tolerating , rather friendly. If you come with dog you need to pay 10eur extra for your dog per night which is ok , but on top you need to leave 150lev deposit cash at the check in which they keep until you move out . They told they take it to make sure dog will not make any damage...

Amazing cozy place in the middle of the forest. We came by car from Istanbul to spend my mother birthday. The place looks great, haven't used the hotel but we visited the woods and the beach Utopia forest beach close by it in October. It is peaceful,out of season, heaven place.

Been on our holiday’s to sunny beach Nobel hotel. We had to be out our room for 12 noon and our flight wasn’t until 3:20 next morning. So we decided to book a room near the airport so we booked the Sea Horse hotel through booking.com. Around forty pounds the hotel was very clean and the lady’s there were so nice. One night stop over. The hotel is located close to the airport, around 10 minutes walk. We arrived into Burgas late at night and stayed here before picking up our hire car. We advised then we would arrive after it closed, so they left a key for us. The room is dated and could do with some renovations, but it did us for the night. If I was being picky, I could complain about a lot but it is sufficient...

Brilliant little hotel 5 minutes walk from the airport. Lovely staff too and they kept in touch via email to ensure that I got in as my plane arrived very late!! I stayed here twice during my holiday in Bulgaria, the day I arrived and the day I flew home. It is 10 minutes walk from the airport and 10 minutes the other way to the beach. Helpful, friendly staff and very clean rooms. I will be staying here again soon.

You will find all you need in this hotel. It’s a family business and as such you will interact with the owner who is very friendly and helpful. I will stay at this hotel every time I visit Bourgas. The bistro is super nice too. You should try the Satarash dish - my favourite.

I cannot say enough about the wonderful service and fantastic restaurant at the hotel. I highly recommend the tomato, mozzarella and avocado salad and the eggplant entree. Rooms are clean and comfortable, just a little dated. It's tucked away in a business/industrial area so there aren't any nice views and it's a long walk (45 minutes, all flat, so doable) or a 12-15 minute taxi ride to the beach....

I was planning to stay for few days and I ended up staying about 20 days. Clean, spacious rooms. What makes this hotel special is the owners and the staff. They made us feel at home. Super friendly, kind and awesome people. Highly recommended !

This is a hotel for a short stay, handy on the edge of town to get about it seems far from the centre. Not much locally so you probably need a car. There are 2 hotels here so make certain you know which one you’re booking as the deluxe is reported newer and better. Restaurant is reasonable and good for an easy meal and drink. Breakfast buffet has plenty of options and you won’t go hungry

The hotel is nice but it is really far away from the center. Not recommend if you are not with a car. Rooms were great and service splendid. Breakfast was good too. If you need something close to the city enterance/airport this is the place for you.

Not good not bad..The staff was very friendly speaking well English and ready to help you with whatever you need.The hotel needs further improvement regarding the facilities. The restaurant is good but the breakfast is poor. Hotel is located in a good location 5 mins driving by car. Nearby there's a shopping mall and a supermarket. The area is quiet without noise.

I was slightly disappointed during my stay. The parking was always full, it was impossible to find a lot after 6pm. The second elevator was working only one direction - you can go down but not up. The room wasn't clean and we had only one small towel per person. Definitely not a 4 start hotel.

Unfortunately I spent only one night in this hotel. The value for money is excellent. I was pleasantly surprised with literally everything. The rooms are spacious, super clean and comfy. The city is small an walkable and the hotel is in a good location. Within couple of minutes you can be in the shore and city center. The south bus terminal is also very close to the hotel. The staff are OK. There is no kettle or free water in the room. There is a Cafe restaurant on the ground floor. And nearby supermarket nearby

Stuff is good some of rooms are clean, some of them not so. In one of the room somebody probably smoked and it smelled and on the top of this the tv was only with turkish chanels so we asked to move on another room. First they told us they dont have another free rooms than we were ready to leave and than they gave us another room it was clean and nice.

Ideal location downtown, 3 min walk to the main pedestrian street, walking distance to the port area, Burgas municipality and shopping streets. All rooms facing East are quiet, comfortable beds, small but nice bathroom with hot water 24/7. Smiling and welcoming staff. Shortly - great value for money.

Have stayed here before last year. Staff remembered me . Comfortable room attached toilet and shower. Room a bit noisy as it was on busy main road. I like coming here.

Nice and welcoming stuff super helpful providing the best solution to reach the hotel. There is a bus from the main bus station in Burgas, bus 15. It costs 1.50BGN and ticket is paid on board. In approx 30 min you are a few steps away from the hotel. The stop is called Drava and it is the second one in Sarafovo. The hotel restaurant does not work but I had a nice sandwich for breakfast. I spent one night here and can only recommend this hotel, even for a longer stay. I booked a single room but got a double room 😊. The room was very nice and stylishly furnished, so I really felt very comfortable here. The bed was cozy and comfortable too. Overall, the hotel makes a very neat and clean impression.
