We have been at White Rose ,for a week stay in Bourgas with kids.Found the studio that we stood very well equipped,clean and comfortable .Close to the see approx 10 min walk and central street of town.
Definitely will recommend and use it again when we visit Bourgas.

We didn`t even had the chance to accommodate!
We were on the road to Burgas, when they called me to ask if we are coming. I confirmed that we are very close and they said that they are expecting us. 30 minutes later they called again and I was told that the room for us is no longer available because the people are still there due to cancelled flight and that we cannot stay there. I wouldn`t recommend this place since you have no guarantee of your reservation.

This was a horrific experience. My mom and I were treated extremely rudely, we were yelled at and insulted - all this happened because the woman at the reception had to open the door after midnight, unless this is her "normal" way of being. The day prior I have sent a message to this hotel informing about the late arrival. I received a response that this is fine BUT they will charge 10EUR per each hour after midnight (what an amount for a country like Bulgaria btw...). And when we arrived this happened. It was unreal and I would have a hard time believing that this could even happen in a hotel if I would not have experienced it myself. At the end we did not stay there. Be careful when staying here as you are not a person to them, you are simply a wallet to take money from. This place is a really bad joke.

I booked a room with the warning that I'm arriving late at night with the time of arrival provided. I was assured that there was no problem and someone would be there. Even after several tries, nobody answered. Looking for a place to stay at one in the morning is not that pleasant.

Never again! The place smells of cigarette smoke as do the bed sheets, the staff slso smoke inside. Reality is far from the photographs, the place feels and looks cheap. Would not recomend it to anyone. Our aircon unit doesnt even have a remote control so its useless. The pillows come with stains too. It feels like you are in someones home and there reception isnt always manned, sometimes the people are gone for hours. Would not recomend this place.

Beautiful decorated rooms peaceful and relax place best homemade breakfast close to see garden only 5 min by walk will definitely come back next holiday nice promotion as well got package with one night free

Overall OK. Little details need to be adressed. Convenient. The breakfast opens at 9:30 on sunday which may be inconvenient for some people / early birds

The room and bathroom were very clean and tidy. The beds were reasonably comfortable. The lady who we dealt with was extremely friendly and welcoming and spoke some english. We didn't have time for breakfast unfortunately however she made sure that we left with some fresh fruit which was very much appreciated. If I end up back in Burgas which i hope too I would definitely be staying again.
