My trip to Burgas was work related and I stayed here, on the top floor, for a week. I was embraced by the hospitality and immediately felt like visiting old friends. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and it had all the necessary amenities. The location could not have been better, right next to everything essential in Burgas. Definitely will stay here again.

Great location in the heart of the city center. Service was more than excellent - the room was clean, the staff was extremely polite and courteous. We had a great breakfast included.

We have been guests here every summer for the last 11 years. The people here are no longer staff but almost family. Always helpful, friendly, professional as well as polite. The rooms are nice and prices reasonable. How not to give to points.

The price is very good, and the staff are very friendly. Room was cozy, but could do with a bit of a refurbishment. The air conditioning, bathroom fan and taps all made really loud noises, which was a bit annoying at night. Great location though, perfect for short stays!

Great place to stay, quiet, clean and close to beach and restaurants

What a wonderful place this was. Super easy access upon arrival as check-in information is all sorted by email a few days before. We stopped in room 4 which was decorated perfectly. Really comfortable bed my only gripe would be the pillows but that's all down to personal preference for comfort, one wasn't enough but two was too many. Very good location behind the main street, 4 minutes walk from the beach and the Sea Garden. Very amicable and accommodating staff. Very clean room and bathroom. Our room was the triple bedroom with a small balcony. Overall we can only recommend to stay at this Guesthouse.

The landmark hotel of the city of Burgas. Built in 1976, totally refurbished in 2000, it is very fancy. Nice room, clean and cozy. Impressive breakfast with large variety of products. All facilities from ironing to spa available but not included in the room price So it is the case of parking (20 leva/10 euros per day).

Wonderful hotel, really conveniently located in the centre of the city and still only 25 minutes from the airport. The selection for breakfast is excellent, the staff are friendly and the rooms well equipped. I'd definitely stay again.

We had an amazing stay! The breakfast was excellent and very rich, with plenty of variety (just a short wait sometimes for refills). The pool, sauna, and gym were all fantastic, and the elevator was fast even for the upper floors. At the heart of city center, very good location. Restaurants, shopping, banks everything is nearby. Hotel is new, renovated recently. Room cleaning, refilling of teabags, coffee capsules etc could be better but still everything is available. I would recommend staying and would next time again choose to stay in this hotel.

It’s just amazing! The hotel is located near major pedestrian streets. There are many dishes available for breakfast. The room and service is perfect! Great view from the window. Underground parking costs 20 leva (10€) per day.

In Burgas, a small town with inconvenient transportation, booking this hotel is the biggest comfort of this trip. It is very cost-effective and the breakfast is also good. The hotel is well located and has complete facilities.

Hotel Marina keeks the same great conditions, very nice rooms, and those ones with see view are most beoutifully. Good breakfast, clean rooms but overheated, only with windows open the temperature inside decrease enough. The hotel parking is automated with LPR, but you need to check in first. Will be nice if would possible to send car number in advance to save one ticket paper and some time to enroll...

Wonderful place for short or long breaks, absolutely stunning near by the port, great location, super clean, and most important very welcoming staff , lovely restaurants near by, walkable distance to the city near by the coast. Parking facilities just near by the hotel. Thank you.

The hotel has excellent location, rooms are clean and spacious. The front desk staff was amazing and the house cleaning is up to par. However, I was very disappointed by the service at the restaurant. For the 5 day stay, every morning I will go down to the restaurant to have a my coffe ,after my walk , and I was charged different amount for the same order every day during our stay. Same problem with employees not knowing other language than bulgarian. Breakfast was ok but for sure the can improve the juices and the hospitality (somehow put a smile on employees faces).

Convinient. There is parking. Also convenient. Staff is nice and kind. Rooms look big and bright, but could be better cleaned and smell like that. Towels look old and overused, Matrices and pillows are not comfortable at all.

Very convenient to the train station and walkable to centre of town. There is access to a great gym and sauna across the street for a moderate fee. Coffee not available until 7:30 am but there is a coffee machine across the street.

We were unfortunate that day when going the hotel. What was supposed to be a 5 mins drive from the train station ended up a drive of more than half an hour. There was a strike that day near the hotel and the police blocked the roads reaching the hotel. The location is very good. Walking distance to good places to eat. To far from City center and from beach

Very nice hotel! I stayed 3 nights and will be back in 3 days. The receptionists were very helpful and nice. They arranged for my ride from the airport to hotel. A driver was waiting for me at the gate. This hotel is very much recommended.

You will find all you need in this hotel. It’s a family business and as such you will interact with the owner who is very friendly and helpful. I will stay at this hotel every time I visit Bourgas. The bistro is super nice too. You should try the Satarash dish - my favourite.

The bed was very comfortable the shower was great. You can act use the elevator for the gym or the morning breakfast because the button to go back upstairs does not work so as a handicap person it was a great difficulty to get into the basement and then stuck. Except for the location, every service and cleaning is extremely bad. I recommend the deluxe next to it.

This is a hotel for a short stay, handy on the edge of town to get about it seems far from the centre. Not much locally so you probably need a car. There are 2 hotels here so make certain you know which one you’re booking as the deluxe is reported newer and better. Restaurant is reasonable and good for an easy meal and drink. Breakfast buffet has plenty of options and you won’t go hungry

Hotel decent, breakfast awful. A good stay. Very good price. Beds were not that comfortable but still decent nights sleep had. Main point for us was breakfast.... although out of season and apparently different owners had taken over the restaurant, breakfast was a joke. The best hotel I could have ever been to, with kind people and good treatment, although, it may be loud there, but I didn’t find it disturbing. Recommending for everyone.
