We have been guests here every summer for the last 11 years. The people here are no longer staff but almost family. Always helpful, friendly, professional as well as polite. The rooms are nice and prices reasonable. How not to give to points.

The price is very good, and the staff are very friendly. Room was cozy, but could do with a bit of a refurbishment. The air conditioning, bathroom fan and taps all made really loud noises, which was a bit annoying at night. Great location though, perfect for short stays!

I first stayed in the Fotinov back in around 2005 and since then have probably used it...at least 10 times. In the beginning, breakfast was served in Cafe Rosa, at a reduced price, but the Fotinov now has it's own small kitchen where they prepare the breakfast choices, which are a buffet style, available in the reception area. Very good place for summer vacation! The house is in a very good location. There is a parking space. The rooms are clean and equipped with everything you need - air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, kitchenware. The owners are very laughable and helpful. It is worth staying there.

While it's definitely not a 4 star hotel was good enough.We were at big spacey clean studio with one big bed and one smaller.Friendly hosts.

The best hotel in Bourgas, Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service.Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic charm!

Location is great, rooms are decent but the breakfast needs some improvement. From my experience the bread was molded and still served at the canteen.

5/5. The location is absolutely great! Big rooms. Very clean! There is an elevator. Parking space next to hotel is like 5 euro per day. (You have to install app, as it’s from municipality). Staff is very helpful and profi + knows english ok. Would def stay here again.

What a wonderful place this was. Super easy access upon arrival as check-in information is all sorted by email a few days before. We stopped in room 4 which was decorated perfectly. Really comfortable bed my only gripe would be the pillows but that's all down to personal preference for comfort, one wasn't enough but two was too many. Plenty of storage space and a nice well stocked bathroom. Nice touch...

It was pleasure to stay in the basement apartment. The place was clean, had shampoo, shower gel, even a hair conditioner and a lot of towels. We were amazed, that it has fruits, candies and full fridge of cola, fanta, water (still and sparkling) were waiting for us. In bedroom we had kettle to make coffee or tea and air conditioner. Lovely apartment. Close to the center, close to the seaside. Close to the blue parking spots - 1 lv per hour for parking.

Clean and comfortable rooms, with AC, easy self check in system. Close to shops, restaurants and the beach at about 10 mins walking. Definitely recommend the place.
