Stayed here for two weeks nice and clean hotel. All inclusive food was nicely protested chicken pork beef seafood rice chips fruit normal AIC stuff. Really enjoyed the breakfast here closes you’ll get to English breakfast. Rooms nice and clean two hundred meters from a fabulous beach. Sun beds provided by hotel but when you get to the beach the first thing you see is a beach bar and loads of sun beds these are private and cost £12 for two sun beds and umbrella.
Look to your right about 40 meters away are Nobel hotel sun beds for all inclusive customers. Plus a little hut for free refreshments. Back to the hotel the bar staff seem to work really hard and are on from morning to night every day. They run out of glasses then use half pint plastic ones or even smaller than half pint one or hot glasses from glass washer. Probably best to take your own as quite a few did. Hope this helps ps not enough room for Sun beds around pool area so if not down really early forget about it. Don’t forget though the beach is stunning cheers guys.

The cleaning is done very poorly or not at all. From the first day there I saw spiders and spider webs everywhere on the balcony. They were still there when I left. I even had to call the reception for them to clean my room because even when I had the sign at my door saying "Please clean my room" they would just ignore it.
The "beach bar", how they call it, is just a small wooden box where someone serves you in little plastic cups 2 types of juices, water and coffee.
The bar at the hotel would sometimes serve cocktails and soft drinks in little plastic cups even though there were plenty of glasses next to them.

I had an experience that I don't want to repeat. I had a 4 night stay where the food was not even 1 star considering the hotel was 5 star. Breakfast was the same every day, all the dishes were also kept during the day as a snack. The manager Ivan angelova was watching you to see how you were dressed and if he didn't like it he sent you back he even checked the seat if it was wet considering the tables were by the pool. None of the staff were smiling and the bar staff were very aggressive when you asked for a drink. Only one boy from Spain Aijan was very nice to the guests and smiling. If you're not from Bulgaria you're waiting a long time at the bar for a drink if this guy isn't there! A blond boy served and gave you whatever drink he wanted and served whomever he wanted! hope you fix it and teach the employees how to behave with guests

Nice Hotel 3 km from the chaotic city center. Food was amazing, the staff was super. Big rooms. SPA and gym working perfectly. Nice swimming pool area with enough sunbeds and the pool bar. Reserved beach area with a second small bar. Really a good experience!!

Just here at the min for a week stay, the staff are so polite and kind, the food is amazing! English fry up breakfast every morning, the rooms are modern and clean, outside pool good, also have a indoor pool, gym, sauna with it perfect love it! Highly recomend!

To go to the beach is a very long way ,the pool is good,food ♾️/10 ,they even have Italian,Mexican,Asian etc…. Food but in diferent days ,the animators ar sooooo nice 👌,some of them speak more than 6 languages,but I’d like to say that if you want to go to the beach it’s a 5-10 minute walk ,o ku one hotel is on the beach ,the rest are not ,the water is crystal clear , near the hotel (a 5-10 min ride with the car ) is an amusement park and an bazar 👍 after al the hotel is a 8/10 or 9/10 for other people

Great hotel,modern smart,clean hotel/rooms,can't fault the all-inclusive,have a great selection of food that i feel would cater for the most fussy of eaters...very very happy helpful staff,the staff here really do this hotel proud..they are an absolute credit to this company,hope you guys enjoyed the chocolates we left for you at reception room 134....28/06/2024-05/07/2024 will definitely be back again ❤️

Late review...visited the begining of the season....great hotel and all very pleasant and attentive staff..... Very clean, food was excellent and the deserts were to die for.....it has all the amenities you need....Position of hotel was great for me...a stroll on the beach to Sunny beach or Old town Nessibar....or a cheap swift bus ride from the stop outside the hotel.... Can't fault this moderate sized hotel...I would definitely visit again...a big thank you to Olga on reception, the manager and all staff for making my stay a very pleasant one 😁x

We were well looked after by all the friendly staff but in particular Oleg behind the bar and Olga at the main reception were both lovely. Oleg made the perfect aperol spritz and always greeted us with a smile. Whenever we went to Olga with any issues she resolved them easily and happily; we couldn’t ask for better customer service! There always seemed to be food available at any time of day, so if you fancy a lie-in don’t worry about missing breakfast! And the themed food night were a nice touch. Such a good price for such a lovely all-inclusive right by the beach! Perfect location smack bang in between Sunny Beach and Old Town Nesebar. We managed to walk it to both places along the beach and they were both lovely walks.

A beautiful Hotel in an amazing location just a short stroll across the sand dunes to the stunning sandy beach.
The staff were very friendly & helpful. The facilities were fantastic, the spa was a nice touch, sauna, steam room, cold plunge pool heated indoor pool & hot tub. Which all free with our all inclusive stay. Massages were also available for small fee.
The meals were very tasty, something for everyone & a good selection which was different every day. The room was spacious comfortable & clean.
Our stay was at the end of the season so it wasn't overly busy or crowded. Definitely somewhere we'd visit again. Hopefully in the not too distant future.
