The hotel itself is beautiful but lacks in all other aspects, food has little variety. Below standard for a 5 star hotel Gym machines are broken and not usable for any weights. It didn't meet my expectations for what was on the photos of the pools either.

Is my second day here, and I already hate it.. very bad food, no hot water, bad drinks, we’ve paid for nothing, to be honest! I trew up from food. This is not a hotel that I could recommend for anyone. Even the employees are bad. I asked for a room with sea side view, and is not. The room door is not shutting down properly. No clean towels, the pillows are wet(not from us) everything is a disaster! Oh , and they barely know english… this is for sure not a 5* hotel, is a max of 3*… STAY AWAY AS MUCH AS YOU CAN

This hotel Is good and funny,
The room Is beauty and confortabile.
And the pool Is good with the games room,spa and all.
But the service isn't very good because they don't ask indication and don't give help at the people.

Just don’t
It’s 2 stars not more,poor food,rude personal and impossible to find a place at the pool,everything is occupied with the towels but the pool is empty.Staff would do nothing about that.
All of us got the food poisoning,so I strongly not recommend.Pay a little bit more and go to Turkey.

Was really nice holiday, sincerely I don't know why the rating is so low, it's perfect for family's, food is good, the room was clean and large. The children had a great time.

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are clean, the beds are amazing, and the cleaning staff is well trained.
The rooms with sea view are not worth the extra money; we exchanged ours for one on the other side (with the pool).
As for the food, there is diversity, very very good food. Also, the drinks are mostly local and you can get whatever you want, just ask.
All in all is a great stay.
Must go to Aqua Park and must avoid Luna Park(not worth it).

Pretty far from what you would expect from a 5 stars resort, especially the employees services, with some exceptions. The rooms however were very clean, the towels were changed daily, also the rooms were cleaned daily and the cleaning staff found a way to do it very discreetly. At some point it was hard to convince the pool/reception staff to apply their own rules, they even tried to convince us to do what they were suposed to. Some of the food was very tasty but the freshness of some was questionable. My daughter was sick for 2 days and threw up 3 times during one night. Although I'm not 100% sure what caused this, we only ate and drank what they offered as we had an all inclusive vacation. The drinks from the bar were pretty low quality wise, although the pool bar staff tried their best to compensate with their positive attitude. I have to say that I've been to worse places, but I wouldn't go again at this hotel. A very big plus was the entertaining team with loads of entertaining activities for children and also for grown-ups, 10 stars for them!

Nice rooms hotel. Not clean!!!
The food is very low .
The dining room is dirty !! rotten vegetables and fruits in the dining room and no one cares .
The stuff dont clean the tables only remove dirty dishes...
It is better to eat out ..
