A very cool hotel, I really enjoyed my stay in it, I really enjoyed the rooms, the kitchen, the pool, the waiters and the staff were pleasant. I would go to this hotel again, it is located near the sea, the beach is healthy, there is always enough space to fall on the sand. It is located almost in the center, surrounded by a lot of cafes, restaurants and the main promenade. They even gave us a bottle of champagne as a gift. I would recommend this hotel for a holiday to both young people and married couples.

This hotel is OK if you don't care what you eat example cold food and the pool area is dirty and staff are very rude ...but the room is big clean and shower is good the maid is very polite hard working ...indoor pool is not working and been raining so was needed also there is no evening entertainment 😒 you need goid eyesight as very dark at might also the steps to go down to beach road are dark and dangerous and a killer. Food and drink are very limited and of poor standard ....we are here at the minute and have not eaten anything because the food is cold....all in all would not stay here again even if it was FREE

We had a good room with view at the sea 😍. The place where you serve the food has a great view (first picture). The food was good not so variated but good. The drinks are locate so you can not expect at high quality (for all inclusive). To arrive at the beach you have to down a lot of stairs. We had a bar on the beach where you can take drinks and snack’s. The room was ok, cleaned. The stuff is receptive. The hotel is located in a resort so you have somewhere to walk.

Just imagine paying a "FALSE" as they promote themselves.
The staff from this hotel is the most disrespectful, angry, unpolite human beings I have ever encounter during my stays at different hotels.
The receptionist manager, the young boy from the reception, and MOST the (~ 40 years + lady) -> who calls herself "BOSS" or at least that is what she thinks of herself, are of total LACK of respect, they don't listen to the peoples, don't care about customer's needs and care ONLY about money !!! Is like they pretend money in order to be nice.

I had an issue with one of my bank cards, as they were blocking my card due to "suspicion action" and that I need to confirm there is me who is doing the transaction and after that it worked, but the FEMALE from the reception did not listen, or try to understand me (all she had in her vocabulary was "money, money, I don't care, you need to pay"). ... I mean, OK, of course I will pay, but listen, don't be a _ _ _ _ _ with people!
It was on 13.08.2023 around 1 PM - for sure she knows herself, but don't care. NO 7 years from home. Hope she has the same treatment as she offers.

So basically, she was of total lack of respect, angry, a person who does not deserve to be there.
Shame, total shame!
Probably a customer complaint to the "consumer protection" of Bulgarian authorities should be raised.

The rooms are big, they clean it everyday. Great view of the sea. Ghendo from the bar is the best. Some part of the staff from the restaurant aren't so polite, food is almost everyday the same and from the hotel to the beach you have around 120 steps.

The hotel rooms are pretty big and clean. They clean the room every day and change the towels.Food is delicious and variety. They have animation for the kids and the animation girls are very funny and full of energy. The animation staff also organized volleyball matches between tourist and that was perfect.

Good hotel. There is air conditioned in the rooms and other parts of the hotel. The food is good and there is every day different menu.

Stay away! We have prepaid sunbeds with drinks for the beach. First of all hard to find sunbeds on the beach 10:30 in the morning all sunbeds are taken. Once we found sunbeds at 14 oclock there came a guy responsible for the beach and told us to leave 2 of the 3 sunbeds as we did not have the right color bracelets. I told him that we have paid all invludive beach for all of us but the kids had different colors and he was rude and unpolite. I told him not to ruin our day on the beach that we will free 2 of the sunbeds and to leave us in peace which he did not. Obviously quarreling with people is his enjoyment. Please book your vacation elsewhere as your beach day might be ruined by rude people asking you to leave. The hotel accepted to compensate us for the beach but not for the hotel room. What do you do with a hotel room if they dont let you to the beach??? Extremely unplesent incident that cant compensate our day where we were suppsed to enjoy the beach but obviously some people are working hard to make all turists never return to this place.
