Great value all-inclusive stay!
Palm Beach is a clean, well-located hotel just steps from the beach. The all-inclusive package had plenty of tasty food and drinks, with options for both kids and adults. Staff were friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed. Perfect for a family holiday at a reasonable price!

Overall a very good hotel, with great service.
All staff (including cleaning/bartending/reception) were very attentive to the guests and especially to the children.
Rooms are large and clean, but furniture is pretty old.
WiFi has to be improved because it's very weak and mostly unusable.

Super nice and pleasant stay in this hotel. All staff is helpful and friendly, rooms are very clean, food is very tasty and with such great variety. But the highest praise will go to 2 animators who made the rest real, as kids were occupied with so many different activities every day. Thank you for your enthusiasm, resourcefulness and fabulous attitude to your job and our children.

We really liked the hotel. The rooms were clean and regularly cleaned, and the towels were changed frequently. The staff was kind and helpful. The kids liked the animators the most. The food was delicious and plentiful.

It has been OK.
The rooms are pretty old and there are tv cables that are not secured. The food is fresh and you have plenty to choose from.
Overall, it's a good alternative for the price range, but don't expect something wow.

I didn't like the fact that some of the food looked like it was old and for a Bulgarian hotel no pancakes no mekitsi no przheni Fili banitsa and ect but is pretty good I am just a picky eater thats all the rooms weren't that bad all tho they were old they were clean but the bath tub was kinda dirty and the ice cream tasted fake and like chemicals but for the price is okay I recommend staying in the hotels near by this one they are much better and again are really luxurious tall and pretty I didn't like this hotel

I recently stayed at Palm Beach for 3 nights and had an exceptional experience. The hotel, located along a pristine coastline, offers luxurious accommodations with stunning sea views. The facilities are top-notch, including a gorgeous pool and a clean, private beach. The on-site restaurant served delicious, fresh cuisine with excellent service. The staff's dedication to guest satisfaction is evident in every interaction, making us feel genuinely cared for.
Palm Beach is the perfect destination for relaxation and adventure. Highly recommended for an unforgettable beachside getaway!

The hotel is 20 years old, renovated 7 years ago. Walls from room it looks like they're old, but VERY CEALN, beds, toilets everything. Personal and the food are amazing, shows with dancing and singing every evening. We like very much so everyone can join here to Palm beach Bulgaria 🇧🇬 😀 😎 😊

Extremely bad organization, quality and service. The beach was overpacked, nobody looks over if the people are even from the hotel. The food was bad, the rooms were hardly considered clean. And to top it off the WiFi was horrible. The hotel did not meet any of the expectations it is supposed to offer. Walls were peeling, no charging sockets that are functional near the bed, towels were changed 1 time in 4 nights and the sheets not a single time. The air conditioning was also a total disaster, only creating noise and no coldness. A total discrimination towards any other nationalities, excluding Romanians (very ironic considering this is Bulgaria) and the staff hardly knows Bulgarian. I do not recommend. It is sad to see one of the best touristic cities (Golden Sands) in such a horrible state. Only the servers and some of the staff were kind.
