Where to stay in Pamporovo

The room is nice, tidy and warm. The food and the menu of the restaurant can be improved.

Perfect concept, perfect location. The houses need some refreshment, but in general everything is ok.

Quiet place to relax with friends. Loved the fire pits. Highly recommend not to take a villa too near to the playground. 🤗

The breakfast is very good. Rooms are OK. But - expensive meals, for nothing special. Half of the menu is gone in the early evening hours on Saturday. When you open the room windows, instead of the clean mountain air, you get leftover smell from the kitchen.

Excellent hotel. Very friendly and highly professional staff. Rooms are big, clean and well maintained. Spa center is cozy and hygiene levels are optimal. Breakfast buffet has a wide variety of choices and the same applies to the dinner menu. Totally approved and recommended, will definitely visit again next year!

The Hotel was average. The rooms were clean, and mostly maintained. There were some holes from some cables above the door, but I've seen worse... The apartment seems to have been designed with a kitchen in mind, but later removed and replaced with a smallish bed instead. The hotel is cozy and wonderful for a family vacation! The food is delicious, the wellness zone is not really big - sauna, salt room and jacuzzi, but it is not overcrowded. Also delicious food 🥘🥗

Great hotel and location, modernized and spacious rooms, friendly staff, delicious food, enough parking space, nice small spa center :) didn't like only that in the morning we were hearing our neighbors and the chimney wasn't well isolated cuz we could smell the iqos of the people smoking in their room below our room...overall highly recommend!

The place is great and the location is fantastic. The rooms are very warm. I am just disappointed by the restaurant inside the hotel as the wine was not in the menu and there were no prices so 2/3 of the bill were only the bottle of wine. I would advice to go to another restaurant where people are more honest.

Rooms were clean and warm when we got there and the heating was on all the time. There was hot water all the time. The hotel is in the center of the village so you can't miss it and the kitchen there was fantastic, everything was very delicious at reasonable prices. The prices for the rooms were ok, a little bit higher I think but with prices these days, they were fine.

Good hotel, quality price is aceptable. The restaurant is convenient. There is a breakfast included with the room. The people attending the restaurant and the hotel are the same a super friendly. Negative points, a lot of flies in the restaurant and the floor tiles in the bathroom were slippery.

Amazing place, amazing staff, OK food. But the thing that impressed the most is that the bathrooms were 10/10 this is the thing that makes me feel like the place is worth. And this one is amazing.

Unsure where the comments reference rude staff etc have come from. Lovely location, friendly staff who go over and above to assist if needed. Food very nice, and if you have special requests such as vegetarian they do all possible to accommodate.

A older looking hotel possible in the 80s but still fabulous as we discovered a lot of hitels and bars were of the same . Staff were polite and accommodating . Meals weren’t the best so we ate at bars outside of the hotel . The size of the room was more the size of an apartment . Straight from the hotel we caught the ski bus

This hotel is a pretty good place to stay for your vacation. Food choice seems decent, although it would be great for a little more variety to be added. The rooms are comfortable to stay in and have the basic things you need for your vacation. The biggest problem is that the hotel is difficult to navigate, but other than that it is a good place to stay

The hotel is situated a bit far from the lift but there is bus every hour from hotel to the lift. Food was good and the apartment we stayed was very nice. The pool wasn't that clear but the sauna was OK. Would go there again.

Nice place, location almost perfect, 20 mtr walk to pist. Has Slavi ski school inside, nice teachers. But totally not safe. Fire precautions below zero. There were no fire/smoke detectors in rooms. No fire extinguishers at corridors. Most importantly no fire escape. No chance to leave through balconies as its 8 stories. In the room all walls are plasterboard. Outside building covered with wood. Nothing beats Pamporovo after a good snowfall. Hotel is right next to the ski slopes. Amazing experience.

The hotel is huge and mostly empty. There are no escalators going down. You must carry the luggage.

This was a really convenient complex, the opportunity to ski straight in and out was an added bonus. Rooms were clean, comfortable and well equipped. Only downside was the communication - the in-room leaflet said there was a breakfast buffet served daily, but when asking reception they did not know anything about this. Local area was good with great access to the ski lifts and various restaurants...

Everything in the room was very old and worn out. The bathroom door and washing basin was rotten, difficult to close the door. The bed sheets were small, towers worn-out and stinky of bleach. The blinds wasn't functioning - could not open and no curtains. Do not recommend.

Excellent place for this money, I was taken 1 smile room for 13 $ per night . the are have some trouble with WiFi it is unavailable in room or poor signal ,but I think you can manage stay without internet for short time . Generally it is very good location for ski , near by very 2 market.

Pamporovo is always is amazing. Food was tasty, both dinner and breakfast, great service by the friendly staff, had a tidy and warm room, with an extra heating, comfy mattress, nice bathroom with perfectly clean bath, had a cooking area, barbeque area by the extremely nice balcony with a breath-taking view! Good location. Needs renewvation. Friendly staff. The parking area was not cleaned thus icy and extremely slippery. Not accesible by single axel drive cars. Good breakfast service.
